Ellie (Oborne Lady, ex-racehorse) is a 13 yr old TB, who has been out of racing for 4 years and is now an absolute school mistress. She has 3 very correct paces, a lovely big walk, expressive trot and super adjustable canter. She loves her jumping and would suit a home looking for the perfect all-rounder. Ideal for a competent teenager (she would be a great transition from ponies to horses as she is super adjustable) or a competitive adult.

Betsy – 15.3hh, 16-year-old mare

The hardest advert to write, but we feel now is the right time for Betsy to find her next jockey to bring on.

We have owned Betsy for the last 3 years, during which time she has done showjumping, dressage, cross country, PC camps, stay away shows, hacks and beach rides. She will literally turn her hoof to anything — she’s brave, bold and always sensible. Betsy is a really hard type to find, being fantastic on the ground and always aiming to please when ridden.

She has done all Pony Club activities and has recently affiliated in showjumping, qualifying for the second rounds of the 85 Amateur Championship. She has also just competed at Scone.

Betsy is an absolute confidence giver and would be an ideal starter horse for an older child or young teen coming off ponies. She is happy to go up or down the levels to suit her rider’s capability, making her a lovely horse for someone to learn and progress with. She is equally happy taking things at a quieter pace or stepping up and being competitive, depending on what her jockey wants to do.

She is a really fun horse who loads and travels by herself and is more than happy to stand on the box at a show. She is great for the farrier, vet etc. and is straightforward to handle.

Duchess is the most sweet natured, 16.2 13yr old, absolutely stunning lady.

A Hanoverian warmblood by Asti' Amsterdam, she has 3 super active paces and is a well balanced responsive ride. She works beautifully on the flat and does a lovely dressage test. She scored 74.5% last weekend. Snaffle mouthed.

She's won just over £660 BS and jumped some double clears in Foxhunters and 1.25s.

She's scopey, rangey, clever, careful, light on her feet and a pleasure to work with.

Dressage Highlights: Recently, April has helped her rider learn the ropes up to PSG level in pure dressage. She placed 3rd at the Medium Area Festival, consistently scoring in the high 68%s. She has also competed in a couple of PSGs and will happily guide another rider to this level. In the boards, she is incredibly light on her feet for a bigger horse. She is currently ridden by a small adult but has the frame to easily carry a taller rider. She is fully established in all lateral work, and her tempi changes are continually improving.

Jumping & Eventing History: In the past, April evented successfully up to 4* level. While she is no longer suited for top-level eventing, she would be fantastic for someone looking to compete at the lower levels and have some fun. She is naturally careful and sharp over show jumps.

The only reason she is for sale is that her current rider wishes to pursue top-level eventing, and we feel April has earned a step down from that intensity.

Temperament & Care: April is an affectionate mare to look after. She hacks out beautifully, both alone and in company. In the field, she prefers her own space from other horses but is never malicious and does not look for trouble.

Health & Management:From her high-level eventing days, April was successfully rehabilitated from a rare hind tendon injury. She has required no specific management since and has gone on to compete successfully at PSG this year. She has many more years of competitive life left in her, whether focusing on pure dressage or lower-level eventing.

For sale but no fault of his own, just too much horse power for my 16yr old daughter.

Inky was bought as a gift for my daughter but there is a lot of power as you would expect from an extremely well bred and established dressage horse. It is proving a little too much when you have been used to riding school ponies.

Inky has not put a hoof wrong and is great to hack but can look at an occasional grid and fly tipping. He is really brave, happy to lead or be at the rear in a group. Good in traffic and used to Lorry, motorbikes, push bikes and farm machinery.

Great to catch, clip, shoe and travels well in a trailer. Easy to handle, loves to be groomed and fussed over.

Tolerant in the field with more dominant horses, has never shown any aggression toward another horse. Just a happy horse.

Previously, scoring mid 70’s at Prelim, and more recently, 72.2 in an unaff event.

He was fabulous when we took him on a fun ride, well mannered, great in open spaces and not fazed with anything we have asked.

Inky is patient enough to be ridden in the arena / frequently hacked by a teenager. But would be more suited to a rider that is used to bigger paces. He thrives off a varied lifestyle with lots of hacking as he enjoys that the most.

This is an extremely hard decision of a much loved horse that will be only sold to the best of homes. Serious enquiries only.

You name it he can do it.

Ive done absolutely everything with him, I dont have a bad word about him. Flatwork, showjumping, workers, he loves farm rides, XC, hunting, and is brilliant at the beach. Out hunting he looked after my daughter who was at the time 7. Shes jumped him, hes very honest. Hes done PC Camp, Arena XC, BD quest and stays away no problem at all. He is responsive but not forward going or sensitive.

He finds trotting in circles very boring, doesnt do anything bad, just is happier out of the school so if id suggest keeping schooling to once a week if you want to do more than that, your not the home I'd like for him.

Hes very easily kept. Barefoot. Turns out with anything. He was my stallions companion and dealt with him being dominant without any fight. Snaffle mouthed in all situations. Not your typical welsh. Hes one of a kind.

Only for sale as I'm a long way off needing him for my daughter and he just doesn't have enough spice for me. Although if the right home doesn't come up he'll just stay.

Orange Sollenburg (Sully) is a gorgeous 16.2hh chestnut gelding looking for his new rider to enjoy him.

He’s 7 years old but very much an old head on young shoulders being very genuine when competing and always wanting to jump and look for the flags.

He’s always easy to ride for his dressage tests and never gets hot and silly in the boards. He doesn’t need loads of warm up either and the judges always like him as he moves well and is correct but is powerful so occasionally still loses his balance at his young age.

Show jumping he is really careful and goes off any stride, and jumps equally as well on grass as he does in an arena.

Cross country he’s such a dude ! He has a great way of going with such a lovely neutral head carriage. He gallops extremely well and stays in a lovely rhythm. He’s easy to adjust and is so straight to all ditches/skinnies/combinations.

Good to shoe, travel and clip.

Would suit a competitive amateur to gain experience at novice and work up the levels or equally he has plenty of talent to continue up the grades easily with a professional.

He’s such a lovely horse to have in the yard and it’s a really sad sale so home is a priority!

Only quirk would be he can have the odd spook or buck but this is very rare and usually if fresh in winter!

Only vet history is he had a kissing spine op as a 4 year old but hasn’t ever had any issues and it doesn’t affect him doing his job in any way.

Bailey is the most fabulous all-round and could turn his hoof to anything, with very low milage for his age.

He has the most fantastic jump hardly ever touching a pole, quick against the clock as he can turn and can gallop to jumps. He's snaffle mouthed.

He has numerous Newcomers and 1.15m wins, he would make a fantastic Bronze league horse. I very rarely come home without money he's so much fun to jump. He qualified for the Discovery final in 2024 finished in the top 20, and won the area 36 Bronze league in 2025.

He has also competed and won BD up to Para Grade V Gold (medium dressage) he is extremely trainable and continuing to improve. He won the Para Silver summer champs at Hartpury and has just placed 4th at Somerford in the gold championships at the BD Nationals.

He has also done a few XC schooling sessions and plenty of arena eventing, which he really enjoyed.

He has correct confirmation and is extremely attractive with 3 great paces, which makes him equally suited to the show ring especially working hunter.

He is the kindest horse my 6yr old takes off his rugs and puts his boots on. He is easy at shows and a total gentleman. He has very low milage having only been consistently worked and competed with me over the last 4 years as I bought him from his breeder.

There can't be many horses who have competed at the BS nationals and the BD nationals.

He would suit any ambitious amateurs or capable kid coming onto horses. He will excel in anything you choose to do with him he is a pleasure to own. He is only for sale as I'm focusing on my para dressage journey.
