Zack has been my daughters horse for the last 3 years but is sadly for sale as she is now bringing on a youngster.

In the years we have had him he has turned his hoof to everything including showjumping hunting xc even the odd gymkhana ,been at bishop burton college this last year with my daughter.

He would suit a competitive rider who wants to showjump/event ,he would do an excellent dressage test.
Great breeding .

He hacks out alone or in company but does need a confident rider as he is a competition horse . He has been out jumping up to a meter but has potential to go higher .

He is up to date with everything and ready to go.
We have excellent facilities for potential buyers to try him.

River , 16.3hh, 8 year old bay gelding, SUPER EVENT/TEAM CHASER/ HUNTER/ PURE DRESSAGE/ SHOWJUMPING

Will go all the way in the correct hands

River has been slowly and correctly produced, gaining his scores in his unaffiliated dressage tests, never scoring below high 60%s in his dressage. Qualified first rounds SEIB trailblazers championships, Would have qualified second rounds but just got too busy with everything else!
Just moved up to Novice level dressage and ready to affiliate.

River has been to numerous arena hires, popping round courses of 90cms and 1m with ease! So
Much scope to go up the levels, he has also been to arena eventing hires jumping the maximum jumps at 1.05m and lots of XC hires jumping up to 1.20s (sommerford park a few times, rectory farm park and Swalcliffe Ec).

River has team chased Spring 2025 and did intermediates in the majority of the Autumn team chasing! , (didn’t even have a cavasson noseband on, just went round in a snaffle with minimal tack) nothing fazing him, hedges, ditches , water, steps etc, fabulous team chaser never says no!!

he has also hunted over some big country and attended numerous ladies days in 2024 and 2025! where he has been impeccably well behaved and learnt to settle on a hunting field. Again jumping everything asked of him, just loves the job and so bold!

River is a horse that needs a job, he loves going out and about , and it’s never too much to ask , he would go out every day to do something if he could! At competition venues he is an absolute pleasure , calm and easy to handle, warm up arenas no problem, and just delivers every single time.

River is fit and ready to go, I would love to see someone continue to produce him and further his education, stepping him through the levels in any discipline.

A bit of background: Finished racing December 2022, only ran twice so very low mileage
Had some few months down time after racing.

So this horse is something very special, a real head turner and such a pleasure to deal with! he also absolutely loves a fuss! A real life teddy bear

Great In open spaces, always snaffle mouthed, Hacks alone ( although can take some encouragement if he is nervous of something) or in company, good in heavy traffic, fit and ready to go , very well schooled, works in a beautiful outline, 3 balanced paces, very flashy and uphill movement.

Done Pub rides(stands whilst you finish your drinks ?? ??)
Stands for a port and sausage roll at the hunt meets

Good to box, clip (although a little ticklish in some areas!) and shoe, up to date on shoes and vaccinations up to date and just been wormed.

Has had a wind op, after his first race doesn’t affect him in anyway.
Retired sound no injuries. However, has been seen to weave invery occasionally when stressed/ not getting enough work/ turnout
(Soon settles and isn’t constant only at times of high stress) and this must be a handful of times I’ve seen this over the past year and a half!

Turns out alone or with others (mares and geldings)

River is one I would keep for myself as we have spent a long time producing him, but I have too many horses and I can’t keep them all, he will make such a fantastic horse for someone. Will live out or in, an absolute yard favourite

Open to viewings and vetting’s ?? more info on request

Unlimited videos and pictures of this lad! Will absolutely break all of our hearts to see him go

Subulter Fern - Stunning dapple grey mare,16.2hh, 6years, weight carrier. Safe and Steady Draught / Irish Cob

Happy Hacker, Weight Carrier, Ride and Drive, Low Maintenance

Fern is an ultimate confidence giver, exceptional 16.2hh chunky mare with a leg in each corner, this rare combination of safety, strength, experience, and a heart of gold. She is kind, bold, dependable weight carrier, ideal for a wide range of riders from competent noice to more experienced jockeys who prefer a calm sensible mount with an engine.

Fern is beautifully put together and has been there and done it in every sense. A calm, considerate and willing mare, she is a perfect mount for riders who want to enjoy their riding at a relaxed pace without compromising on ability and responsiveness. She has a 5th gear to die for when asked, she will love jumping both coloured and rustic fences, she is bold, athletic and careful she would compete in showjumping, cross country, working hunter, hunting, the great thing about Fern is that she has the ability to excel in any discipline while remaining calm and unfazed, she is being completely wasted in a riding school as she has so much potential.

she has been driven prior to us getting her both Single, Pair: harnessed side-by-side to a carriage and team in agricultural, draught, two heavy horses working together.

Fern is currently working 4 days a week in a professional riding school environment, she has excelled with every level of rider from competent novices to advanced, group and private lessons, both under saddle and during stable management sessions.

She would be ideal for hunting. She will stand and wait calmly within large crowds and open spaces and remains completely unfazed by loud noises or horses running around her. She does not fizz up, spook or spin.

Fern loves to hack out and does so safely and calmly. She will happily hack alone or in company and has been exposed to the heaviest, fastest-moving traffic imaginable. She is completely unphased by buses, lorries, farm machinery and all types of vehicles. She remains safe and steady in all environments and does not rush or pull, even in open spaces or on the way home.

Although she is happy to go at a quiet, steady pace, she is also responsive to the leg and has three balanced, steady paces. For more experienced riders, she will work with enthusiasm and energy, always staying calm and sensible.

Fern has outstanding ground manners. She stands for hours to be groomed and fussed over, with or without a headcollar or lead rope. She is never marish or clingy, and she’s happy living in or out. In the field, she keeps herself to herself and never causes trouble, whether stabled alone or turned out in a mixed herd.

Fern has a history of excellent health and has never had laminitis, sweet itch, sarcoids, or any lumps, bumps, or unsoundness. She is currently barefoot with strong, healthy hooves and is equally happy to be shod. She is excellent to catch, great to load and travel, good with the farrier, vet, and dentist.

She is incredibly low maintenance, requiring no daily work. She can have weeks off and return to ridden work without any fuss. She maintains her condition year-round on a simple diet and is easy to manage in every way.

She passes our annual Licence Inspection, which is the equivalent of a Stage 2 vetting.

Fern is a rare gem. She is the perfect choice for someone looking for a calm, dependable, and capable all-rounder. Whether you are a novice rider, someone looking for a safe happy hacker, or a family looking for a versatile and loving horse, Fern fits the bill perfectly. She is a genuine schoolmistress who provides confidence and enjoyment in every ride and will give her next owner years of pleasure.

This is a heartbreaking sale. As part of our regular stock rotation, we give our riding school horses the opportunity to move on to private homes every few years so they can enjoy one-on-one attention and new experiences. Fern is ready to bring joy to her next rider and deserves the very best home. Sold on behalf of a working livery.

We rotate our stock and we are currently reducing our numbers so we have a few other horses and ponies available for sale.

BMC Diamond Legacy (“Ellie”) is a 2017 bay mare by Eldorado (currently ranked number 8 in the world), from a very competitive family with numerous results throughout her pedigree. She has an excellent temperament and a super attitude to both work and people.

Lightly backed as a 4-year-old, Ellie then bred two high-class foals. She returned to work in December 2024 and has taken everything in her stride. She began training shows in early 2024 and quickly built an excellent record, proving herself to be scopey and genuine, with plenty more to come as she gains rounds and experience.

She has competed clear up to 1.20m SJI, and at home she is schooling to 1.35m, with clear potential to progress further in the right hands. Ellie started her SJI career in October 2025. In 26 outings she has produced 22 clear rounds and collected 57 points up to March 2026. From January to March 2026 alone she earned 32 points, placing her number one in Ireland for points collected during that period.

Her sire Eldorado is currently ranked number 8 in the world for show jumping. Her dam, Blackmoor Diamond Delight, is by TB stallion Broussard and out of a King of Diamonds mare, giving Ellie a strong and proven performance pedigree.

Ellie comes from a very smart page with many international siblings, two to note are:

BMC On Top, who competed up to 1.60m

Mon Ami, highly competitive at 1.40m with numerous national and international placings and wins

Ellie has also schooled cross-country and shown a natural flair. With 56% blood she would easily convert to a high-quality grassroots event or all-round competition horse. She rides very well on the flat, with three good paces and automatic changes, and would easily produce a nice dressage test.

Ellie is easy and safe to hack, happy in open spaces and unfazed by going out alone. I regularly take her to shows on my own where she is straightforward to load, travel, tack up and mount.

She has also been ridden by a 12-year-old girl for Pony Club activities, demonstrating her ability to adjust to her rider and look after them.

Ellie is very straightforward and a pleasure to manage day-to-day:

Easy to shoe, catch, tack up and clip

Lovely in the stable, enjoys her feed and is no trouble in the field

Bubbly personality who always gives her best and loves affection. Partial to a treat or two!

Floris - Registered KWPN Gelding
2010
16'2 Chestnut

Dressage Bred in the purple
Sire - Lexicon by Volitaire
Dam - Tessa by Goodtimes

A real favourite - Florie is with us in sales livery on behalf of his owner - A long time friend and is genuinely a heartbreaking sale.

A few years ago I had the honour of riding him at a family members funeral where he did everyone proud by leading the procession through a busy high street, waiting patiently at the ceremony and stood like a rock at the graveside. The way this gentleman conducted himself that day will never leave my memory.

Aside his willingness the aforementioned day - Floris has a great CV again proving his versatility to go and achieve in any sphere.

Plenty of ribbons have been collected over the years from his performance between the white boards. Straight moving, correct and supple. Exactly what he was bred to be. A performance horse performing. Having mainly competed unaffiliated purely down to his owners wishes and no direct relation to his ability he is a blank canvas for anyone wanting to open him up a BD record with lots more frillies to be won.

Jumping - His temperament matches his trainability and with a level head his is able
To negotiate show jumping courses ans XC fences with ease. A big natural pop with lots of scope. Again a great natural technique. Having attended plenty of RC training days, lessons as well as being based for a while with a professional rider all the foundations are in place for a BS career or of course a continuation of a lower level unaffiliated should new owners wish

Has hunted well with a hillside pack and over galloping country. Both of which he really enjoyed really country was no issue for him and his careful steady mentality. Again in faster country he wasn't strong nor silly and stood patiently at the meet while his rider enjoyed the hospitality.

Hacking is a much enjoyed past time for Flo - confident alone and in company. Unfazed by heavy traffic road marking etc a happy hacking home would be right up his street.

Turns out with mares and geldings and isn't worried about coming in away from his friends or being out with shetlands to shires. A kind boy who just wants to be everyone best friend.

Stable manners are to die for - has spent many years based on a busy yard, Floris is used to children farm machinery cats and dogs. You name it he's seen it ! Loves to be brushed fussed kissed and cuddled - infact this is part of the terms and conditions of his new home - he must be very much loved.

Loads and travels like a dream. On and off the trailer his laid back attitude to life shines through.

Vaccinated, wormed and shod to date
Chiro and physio appointments have been routinely done.

Does have a small sarcoid on his sheath - this has been part of him for many years. Has never grown or expanded. And never worsened. Does not affect him in the slightest.

No health issues and no stable vices
Never sick not sorry and infact hes a hard cob type in a quality warmbloods body.

No loans or trials sorry
Nationwide delivery options available
Open to any vetting

Viewings are welcomed - getting his right for Florie and his owner is very very important for everyone involved.

If you think you might be Flos new best friend please do not hesitate to get in touch

150cm Registered Welsh Section D Mare – 2017**

It is with great sadness that I offer my much-loved mare for sale due to my MS progressing. This is an incredibly difficult decision, so finding the very best home is my absolute priority.

Lady is a registered Welsh Section D mare, born in 2017, by Ionos Llion, out of a mare by (Pennal) Tireve Welsh Flyer. She is a quality, substantial mare with plenty of bone, presence and true Welsh character, making her an ideal weight-carrying type with the ability and scope to excel across a range of disciplines. Standing approximately 149–150cm (not JMB measured), she combines quality with a genuine, kind temperament and has proven herself time and again to be an exceptionally versatile all-round horse. I bought her from the breeder, so all her history is known.

**Driving**

Driving is where she truly shines. She pleasure drives confidently in the heaviest of traffic and absolutely loves her work, always going forward with her ears pricked and looking through the bridle. She carries a lovely light contact in your hand and is responsive without ever being sharp or strong. I have complete confidence driving her in any environment.

She has successfully competed in BDS events including Le Trec, show classes, cones courses and dressage tests. She was Champion at Smiths Lawn, highlighting her quality, trainability and versatility as a driving horse. She has all the attributes to continue progressing and be competitive in the right hands.

**Ridden**

Under saddle, she is equally capable and enjoyable. She has competed at affiliated level, jumped courses up to 1m, hunted and taken part in showing and dressage always scoring well. She is a responsive ride who enjoys having a job to do, yet remains safe and sensible enough for all the family to enjoy. She hacks confidently and is the sort of horse that can turn her hoof to almost anything. She has jumped round Suffolk County WHP course with ease & loves the beach!

She is never sick or sorry, has no vices and is a genuine pleasu8re to own. She is 100% to load, travel, clip and handle, and is easy to do in all ways.

This is a heartbreaking sale, and only the very best home will be considered for this special mare. She is a versatile, reliable and much-loved horse who deserves a home where she can continue to thrive and be appreciated for everything she has to offer.

Her Hartland harness, Bennington carriage and her fylde ridden tack are also available by separate negotiation.

**POA – serious enquiries only.**

Arioso is just 16 and has competed extensively in France and would be registered as Grade A with BSJA. He has jumped up to 130 and would quite happily continue around 110/115. He has taken two competative teenagers from ponies to horses.

He is very experienced, always looking for the next fence with established changes and is kind and very honest. He is totally unphased by show enviroments, loads himself and travels well. He hacks alone or in company, is fine with traffic, tractors and buses etc. He is good to catch and shoe and clip.

He is up to date with shoes, teeth and worming and had a recent chiropractor visit with no problems. He is sound and had clear x.rays two years ago when I bought him.

Video of him happily at Felbridge 8/6/26. He is ready to go out competing now.

Please contact me for more information. Genuine reason for sale due to illness.

  • Must Be Confident Hacking Out & Passing Farm Vehicles
  • Lightweight Cob / Connemara Or Similar Type
I am searching for a trustworthy, best friend type to welcome to our kind, knowledgeable, family home. Our horses are treated as part of our family & they receive the absolute best of care. I would be happy to provide references & to keep in touch.

I have ridden for several years & consider myself a knowledgeable & capable rider. However, due to ongoing health issues with my horse, who is now retired, I haven’t ridden as consistently in more recent years & so I am no longer as confident as I once was. Therefore, I am seeking a laid back, best friend type, who does not need riding most days to remain safe & sane (realistically, I will generally ride 3-4 times a week).

We will be enjoying fun hacks from home, attending organised pleasure rides, forest trips, XC schooling & some clinics. I will at times want to hack alone but will also hack alongside my young daughter on her (sometimes quirky!) horse, so it is especially important that I find a level-headed, trustworthy type who I can depend on. Due to us going out in our horsebox regularly, I would like to find a horse who is good to load / travel &, most importantly, who remains calm & polite to handle & ride in different environments.

Our horses are kept at home with us & have all year turnout (stabled overnight during winter). I would love to find a gentle natured, polite character & a true best friend type.

We live in a rural area & although we generally meet very little traffic, when we do, it is often likely to be a tractor/farm vehicle. Therefore, it is hugely important that my new horse is confident around this type of traffic.

* I do appreciate that no horse is ‘perfect’ & that ‘bombproof’ does not exist & I am open to compromise, but please do just be honest about any possible known ‘issues’ as I will not buy unseen & would want to have any potential horse vetted *

We are based in Norfolk so ideally looking for something in or around East Anglia but would travel further if plenty of info, videos/photos could be provided beforehand. I have a sensible budget & very relaxed & loving forever home for the right horse.

Freddy is a striking black gelding with an abundance of presence and quality. He has enjoyed a successful dressage career so far and is beautifully established on the flat, working in a soft, consistent outline with three expressive paces. He is naturally uphill and eye-catching, with a particularly impressive canter.

Away from the arena, Freddy is a pleasure to hack. He is sensible, reliable and confident both alone and in company, happily cantering across open spaces without becoming strong or silly. He enjoys getting out and seeing the world and thrives off of a varied lifestyle.

More recently Freddy has been enjoying his jumping, he is bold, brave and genuine. He has a fantastic attitude to his fences while being very capable also, happily taking on whatever is put in front of him and always looking to please.

Freddy loves attention, enjoys a fuss, and is the sort of horse that quickly becomes a firm favourite in the yard. He would be perfectly suited to someone looking for a talented horse to continue excelling in dressage while also enjoying hacking, jumping and a fun, varied partnership.

Finn is a lovely, experienced horse with a huge amount to offer, combining his dressage education with the bravery and versatility to shine as a true allrounder. A genuine dressage schoolmaster, he is well established on the flat and has previously competed at Medium level as a young horse, with BD points to his name.

He has three expressive, balanced paces and a kind, forgiving nature, making him a fantastic choice for someone wanting to learn, improve, and gain confidence with a knowledgeable partner.

Away from the arena, Finn is incredibly brave and willing. He has a great jump, happily popping fillers, and is bold cross country, confidently tackling steps, banks, and ditches. He really is the type who will turn his hoof to anything and enjoy it.

Finn has a full history known and has been in the same home for the past five years, where he has been much loved. He is now looking for a new home where he can be enjoyed more consistently, as his talent and experience deserve to be used.

He is a fabulous hack, safe and relaxed both alone and in company, and is a pleasure to have on the yard.

Finn is a rare find — a genuine schoolmaster on the flat with the bravery and attitude to excel in any sphere, whether dressage, riding club, or simply as a fun, confidence-giving partner.

Silver is a fantastic horse who has taught many the ropes and can be ridden by riders of different experience or interests.

She’s equally happy popping x poles, jumping a 1m track, steadily walking round, hacking in heavy traffic, going xc or full on hunting.

Very very sad sale by current owner due to exams etc after 2 happy years where she has instilled confidence

At mine on sales livery, where she has been ridden by a tall lad, nervous over 50yr old lady, and enthusiastic teenager.

She really is a true diamond

Lots of recent videos on request, but absolutely no time wasters please

Not been sick or sorry, everything up to date

First to try will buy, or so I thought!
Due to TOTAL TIME WASTERS PLEASE ONLY ENQUIRE IF YOU HAVE EVERY INTENTION OF VIEWING IF SHE FITS YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Shannondale Freddy

Fred is a very attractive, genuine gelding with three expressive paces, a bold jump and an exceptional temperament. He is an absolute pleasure to train and ride.

He has been produced by a young rider with excellent support from her experienced and knowledgeable mum, alongside regular coaching. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a horse who has been a hugely loved family horse, yet cared for and managed to a professional standard. He is incredibly easy to keep — happiest living out 24/7 to mooch, then coming in to be ridden and fed.

Fred is beautifully schooled and well established on the flat. He is confident with leg yield, shoulder-in, travers and half pass, along with medium trot and canter, counter canter, walk–canter and canter–walk transitions, and rein back. He has a naturally positive attitude to his work and always tries his hardest for his rider.

He has a genuine, bold and careful jump. Fred has had years of correct gymnastic training and has seen all types of fillers, water trays, etc., making him extremely brave and straightforward.

Cross-country, Fred is a real standout. He is incredibly bold and brave, and once a partnership is established, you can simply point and go. He jumps in a lovely rhythm, stays rideable, and is unfazed by any type of fence — ditches, steps, water, etc. He genuinely loves his job.

Fred’s kind, affectionate nature is one of his greatest assets. He is easy and safe to handle in every way, with no quirks or complications. He really is the definition of a “good boy” with a heart of gold.

Fred regularly benefits from water treadmill sessions, Theraplate sessions, and routine chiropractor/physio care. He has truly been treated like a king for the past five years.

Fred would make a fantastic partner for a competitive grassroots rider. This is the level at which he is happiest, and homes aiming to move up to Juniors/2* will not be considered, as his long-term happiness and welfare are our priority.

Fred is excellent to shoe, clip, load, and travel. He hacks confidently on the road and in open spaces, both alone and in company. He has also hunted with both mum and daughter and has proven to be a total superstar. He has field mastered bloodhounds and is absolutely brilliant out hunting. He stands, follows, leads walks. He loves beach rides and his young rider regularly hacks him bareback.

A 10* home is essential for this very special horse. His family are heartbroken to be selling him, but his rider now has ambitions to move up the levels, while Fred is happiest staying at grassroots.

All prospective homes will be carefully vetted. Plenty of year-round turnout is a must, as his future lifestyle is extremely important to us.

Fred is being sold on behalf of his owners, and I (coach) will be handling all enquiries as I know him very well and want to make sure he finds the perfect home.
Serious enquiries only can then speak to Fred’s owners.

Lionel is sadly for sale due to his rider going to university. In the time they have spent together he has been a perfect first horse coming off ponies for his rider. They have competed to 100/110 level together and previously he has jumped to 130 and would absolutely do this again.

Lionel is super to hack. Works really nicely on the flat with auto changes and great movement.

He’s a forward ride, makes him quick in a jump off! But equally can be jumped in a snaffle and isn’t unsafe or silly.

He will live in or out and is lovely to deal with and manage on the ground & at shows travelling etc. He does need sedation to be clipped.

He’s very well bred with cornet oblensky/boreas/clinton lines.

Price reflects some slight changes on X-rays. Never any history of lameness or injuries and the X-rays aren’t of any degree worse than your average good level competition horse just that we are aware they will be there in a vetting.

He’s a very loved, genuine & kind horse and a great home is a must.

Can come with rugs & boots etc.
Bridle & saddle available separately.
