Horse area 10ft x8ftx7ft9in No tack lockers in horse area. Stalled for 3 with 2 full adjustable sturdy partitions and adjustable height tie rings, loading gates and full rubber ramp. Sealed rubber floor on top of new aluminium floor when converted. Fully lined in kickboard and stainless steel panelling, with lined ceiling with spotlights and red night time lights. Floodlight on ramp and camera for viewing horses when driving and reversing wired into dash. Windows on 2 sides. Lockable grooms door. All in immaculate condition.

Cut through from tilt cab. Solar panel on roof for running leisure battery so battery always charged. Benches have storage underneath and convert to large comfortable bed with enough space for another spare bed if required. There is a 2 ring hob and sink and a bathroom cubicle that is currently used for storage but could easily be converted into a full bathroom. Wardrobe and cupboards, laminate flooring, insulated ceiling with spotlights.

Cab

Tidy well maintained cab with excellent condition upholstery covered with heavy duty covers.

Electric windows, 3 seats with seat belts, cruise control, speed limiter, exhaust brake. Drives very smoothly and quiet engine. Reverse/horse camera on dash.
Isolator switch (so no flat batteries,) in outside stainless steel lined tack/rug locker that locks for security.

All receipts for any work done. No advisories on any of MOT’s. Just come from professional commercial vehicle garage with a full engine/brakes/tyres, inspection/check with any works completed that were needed following a previous inspection, and with an inspection report confirming what has been done and condition of engine.

This box does not have an all singing and dancing living area and has no Luton. It has the space and gas/water /battery connections to easily add a bathroom, microwave and fridge. It also has a decent legal payload and a reliable good condition engine and cab that is not 20 odd years old that will always start and get you and your horses to wherever you want to go safely. The interior of both horse and living area is immaculate with a smart appearance on the outside. There is nothing older than three and a half years old in the horse area and three years old in the living area and has had little use in this time.
