• Amazing temperament. Great to do in all ways.
• Absolute stunner- a real eye catcher.
• Good to load , shoe , clip - no vices - ideal hunting horse.

Dream ( Kildromin Dream) has been my granddaughters pony club ride from a five year old until now - she reached her 12th year in June - born 2014.

She is fast - quick to turn and is great out hunting / Hunter trials / team chase and polocrosse - she was a real winner show jumping and has a good BSJ record, but started to put a stop in at SJ competitions- she has still hunted fine and enjoys the cross-country, rustic fences. She’s competed polocrosse regularly, even getting a podium place at pony club championships in 2024. This year she’s mainly hunted and was in the ribbons last weekend at the Hunter trials.

She’s always been exercised regularly in our arena at home -( she’s always been shod on all four ) and we are told by experts recently that she shows real potential as a dressage horse. We feel she would be ideally suited to a hunting family or low level dressage / happy hacker.

She can be a little spooky but nothing dangerous… she does take confidence from her rider and is sensitive. So not a novice ride.

She measured in at 149.5 officially and is probably 15hh now - so a horse not a pony - therefore our aim is for her to go to a petite adult rider with experience- and who can offer a five star forever home for this much loved mare.

She is never sick or sorry and is open to any vetting - she is up to date with worming / injections / teeth etc and comes with her saddle / bridle rugs etc

I am looking for a genuine, safe pony for lightweight older lady to hack and do low level Riding Club clinics.. The pony must be easy in every way , load on trailer , be bombproof ( I know no pony is, but as good as it gets!) and be happy hacking alone and in company .We don't need a superstar , but a well schooled pony that genuinely enjoys exploring the countryside! The pony must be excellent in traffic, including large farm vehicles and never consider napping, bucking or rearing!

We would be happy to buy/ loan/ loan with view to buy and offer a long term home on private yard with company, where the pony will be much loved and want for nothing.Happy to keep in touch with previous owner. Looks andcompetition experience are far less important than kindness and willingness. Within 2 hrs drive from SY11.

Please WhatsApp with brief details including price /location and photo. and I will get back to everyone who responds . Thank you!

• Safe, Genuine Novice Ride
• 16hh+ | 8 Years & Over
• Full Livery & Experienced Support

Looking for my first horse and hoping to find the right long-term partner.

I'm an adult beginner rider, looking for a sensible, confidence-giving horse that I can learn and progress with.

Ideally looking for:

16hh or above

8 years old or older

Kind, calm and forgiving temperament

Well-schooled and established, rather than green or sharp

Sensible to hack, ideally alone and in company

Happy with general schooling and some low-level jumping

Good manners on the ground and straightforward to handle

The horse will be kept on full livery, with experienced support and regular schooling by the yard, so there will be plenty of help on hand.

I'm not looking to compete seriously, just to develop my riding, enjoy hacking, schooling and a bit of jumping, and hopefully build a great partnership.

Budget: Ideally £10,000–£12,000, but flexible for the right horse.

Based in Norfolk, happy to travel for the right one.

This will be a long-term home, and I'm in no rush to buy. Temperament and suitability are far more important to me than breed, colour or competition history.

Please get in touch if you have anything suitable or know of a horse that might fit.

• Must be sane and sensible out hacking and unphased by traffic, farm animals etc
• Allrounder up for clinics, fun rides and lessons
• Cob or cob cross between 14.3-16hh

I am a 27 year old rider looking to take the plunge and buy my first horse, after years of sharing at the same yard. Would also consider full loan.

The requirements include:

- Cob or cob cross between 14.3-16hh (rider is 5ft8)

- Ideally aged between 8-14. Would accept younger if very sensible and safe but nothing younger than 6.

- Gelding preferred but open to mare if affectionate, kind and not mareish

- A safe, fun and sensible allrounder looking for a varied life, including happy hacking, lessons, fun rides, camps and clinics!

- Must be sane and sensible out hacking and be used to a variety of things, including cyclists, various machinery and manage motorway bridges and train bridges with encouragement.

- Horse will be highly pampered, enjoying lots of grooming sessions and cuddles! Must be a people person and like spending lots of time with me, as will be on assisted DIY.

- Enjoy schooling max twice a week, as owner would like to learn and grow with the horse, but this would always be varied as I get bored in the school too!

- Possibility of dressage shows, small clear rounds in the future. Bonus points if will jump the odd log now and again!

- Will receive daily turnout, including possibility of 24/7 turnout in the summer. Stabled overnight in winter.

If you have a keen, chilled out horse who would like to do more and is ready to live their best life please get in touch. As it is my first horse, viewings will be requested and the horse will be 5 stage vetted.

⭐ A lovely young gentleman with so much potential! ⭐

Paddy has only recently arrived in the UK and has already impressed us with his wonderful, quiet nature and sensible attitude to life!

Quiet as a lamb and taking absolutely everything in his stride! 🥰

Straight off the lorry, Paddy was happily ridden by a 12-year-old girl, showing just how relaxed and willing he is in a completely new environment. Absoloutely super on the road .

Since arriving, we have schooled him and taken him hacking, and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

He is a lovely young horse with a fantastic attitude and plenty of potential for someone to put their own stamp on.

🐴 What’s next for Paddy?

We are planning to take him cross-country and hunting very soon, allowing him to gain further experience and continue his education.

💰 Sensible offers around the asking price will be considered!

Paddy is available now, and the longer he stays with us, the more his price will increase as his education and experience develop.

A fantastic opportunity to purchase a lovely young horse before he progresses further!

Still owned by his breeder, Willy has been in the same home for the last 4 years.

He has done Cotswold Cup, lots of show jumping, Hunting, fun rides and allround fun stuff.

He’s a real schoolmaster, goes off any stride, very careful and clever but always snaffle mouth.

Extremely easy at home to do absolutely anything with.

• Very easy straight forward little horse in all ways, will be a fab eventer / allrounder

Robyn - 4yo 15hh Connemara mare Robyn. All class one breeding throughout her book, totally nice and blemish free and a total pleasure to have around. Plenty of maturing and growing left to do.

Robyn has attended clear rounds and training shows, and arena hires. She has always been super bold over fillers and has care for a pole. She has a lovely technique over a fence and is very light on her feet. She is straight to her fences and isn’t strong/ silly or overly wobbly for a 4yo!

She has been xc schooling and jumped everything first time, was good into the water and genuine at every fence including ditches and owl holes! She is happy to trot and pop or will canter on to a fence. Again she is super straight and loves to work. She’s not spooky when working around the fences and not phased by other horses working around her on the course. She is well behaved on the lorry, she is also very well behaved when another horse is taken away from her and happy to stand on the box and wait her turn.

Robyn is fab to hack, she’s a hand on your hip one hand on the reins and go off mooching kind of pony! She’s very good in all traffic, has seen lots of tractors and hedge cutters and farm machinery. She’s brill on the roads, alone or in company and in open space and is always in a snaffle.

She has been hunter trialling and had to be the lead horse round a 2’6-3ft (90cms) course. She jumped everything in front and was incredibly brave and genuine. She was fab in the collecting ring and a star the whole way round. She certainly is a pony with a v bright future!

Robyn is good in the ménage but she is a 4yo, so she can’t really be anything but a little green! I would be happy to attend a prelim dressage test on her and expect to score respectably! She has a lovely length of stride in the trot and looks super flash trotting around the school! She has a rhythmical canter and is never sharp / strong or silly.

Robyn day to day is a kind easy genuine pony. She is good to catch/ turn out / lives alone or with others / happy to stable / good to shoe / load / travel / bath. Stood like a lamb to pull her mane / wash her tail etc.

this is a lovely example of a sporty type Connemara, she has a recent clean vet cert from the middle of august when she was Purchased, she is open to any vetting. She has no blemishes / scars / sarcoids / vices / hang ups. Robs is a total pleasure to have around and wish they could all be like her! She is going to make someone very happy and will excel in any sphere, but I think she would make a fab eventer/ mother daughter share and a lovely hack.

15hh 5yo Full Connemara grey Gelding

A super kind all rounder who has a genuine temperament and a happy and easy way about him. He has been well educated over the summer and professionally produced, he is genuine and uncomplicated with a fantastic work ethic and a willingness to please.

On the flat he has three correct paces, works nicely into a soft contact and has all the ability to produce a super dressage test. He has competed at BE80 dressage and has never scored below 70%

He has had a good all round education including attending rallies, clinics and beach and farm rides. He has gained varied education with arena hires, pole work and SJ clinics, cross-country schooling and extensive hacking around the fields and bridlepaths

He has competed successfully in SJ, Combined Training and the Arena eventing. He has been placed every time out at 70/80cm, having jumped clear around 90cm.

Ossie is a careful jumper with a plenty of scope, showing excellent technique and a natural desire to do his job, being willing with all types of SJ and simulated XC and XC including water, ditches, steps and combinations.

He hacks confidently alone or in company, is sensible in open spaces and traffic, and is equally happy to lead or follow. He is good to catch, load, travel etc and has genuine, kind and uncomplicated temperament. Ossie has also been a pleasure to take autumn hunting- where he behaved impeccably!

He is up to date with vaccs, dentist, farrier and worming.

He is now ready for his new person to continue his education and enjoy a successful competition career. He is perfectly suited to RC/PC or an all-round competition home where he would definitely excel as a Show Jumper or Event horse. He would suit a small adult or competent teenager. Serious enquiries only.

• Private loving home awaits
• Good budget for the right pony
• Life long home

Seeking my next perfect pony! Must haves between - 14.2h and 15.2h, between - 6 and 15 , although would change for the perfect one.

Needs to be within 2 and a half hours of Derbyshire. would go further for the perfect one

MUST be safe around traffic , farm machinery , farm animals ( as I live on a farm ), happy hacking , schooling , fun rides , smaller jumps , local shows - showing , dressage etc

All year round turn out on private land , living with a Connie gelding and mini Shetland gelding ( can be in separate field)

Massive stables roughly 4 times bigger than an average one ! videos and pictures can be provided

Lots of land to hack around.

My preferred breed is a chunky traditional Connemara just because I love the breed so much my previous Connemara gave me so much but he is retired now , but would consider something else that fits the bill , but Connies really are my fav !

I previously had a bad accident with my last pony on the road with a tractor and my confidence is very low , it's very important that my next pony is very safe confidence giver. I am aware no horse is perfect but I don't want anything sharp or spooky and nothing that bolts , rears or bucks , strong etc

more woah than go

I would prefer no health issues but if it's something slight I will consider.

more must haves are good loading , good for farrier , dentist , for leading and for the vet.

I have had weekly dressage lessons for over a year and then monthly lessons with jumping the year before , spent a lot of time hacking ,before my accident. I have had horses for many years and was a competent rider until my accident where I lost confidence.

I am aware this is a lot to ask for but I know somewhere they must be one for me :) genuine 10 star home awaits thanks !

• Super easy going in all ways
• WHP / competition pony who has previously had a lot of success in the ring
• Bred 3 super foals

Tara has recently been brought back into work after having been a broodmare for a few years. She would be suited to hacking, and low level all rounder, easy to do in all ways. 18 years old, but fit healthy and going well.

Has previously a good competition record in WH to a high level, but now more suited to a quieter life.

She has been a great mum, and bred 3 lovely foals, so equally could go back to being a brood mare, but not in foal this year.

She is a very good doer and easy in all ways. Good to catch, clip, shoe, hacks alone and in company etc

For sale as no longer breeding and have commitments' with other horses, work and school.

Please call for further details.

• RDA centre needing LWVTB/Loan
• Temperament is more important than breed

We are looking for any breed for LWVTB as they will need to be trialled in our RDA environment before purchasing to see if they're suited to this lifestyle before a participant can ride them. This is as much for the ponies as the suitability for riders.

Must already be ridden and has to be over 5 yrs old (RDA rules). Can accept some quirks but must be safe for our disabled riders. They will also have to pass a stage 2 vetting which can be arranged whilst on loan.

We can offer a high standard of care, a light work load so older ages are acceptable if sound.

We have stables but they live out as much as possible even throughout winter. We can offer small herd/individual turnout.

If you would like to check out our RDA centre we are online and Facebook as Elisabeth Curtis Centre.
