Meet Luna, a striking, scopey mare with top-class breeding and the talent to match. By Noble Warrior, an Olympic-level sire, and out of a quality dam line, she was born for the sport.

This bold and athletic mare has jumped up to 1.40m, with scope for more. Most recently, she impressed in her first-ever Derby at Hickstead (1m20) jumping double clear and placing 6th — without having seen natural fences beforehand! Brave, honest, and unfazed, Luna tackles every challenge with enthusiasm.

She’s quick, careful, and ultra-competitive, recently winning a hotly contested speed class on the grass at Bicton’s main arena. Despite her size, she’s athletic and nimble, excelling in jump-offs and against the clock.

Luna is a genuine, forgiving partner who won’t hold a rider’s mistake against them. She’s been a brilliant teacher, taking her current jockey confidently up the levels and is now ready to do the same for her next rider. Whether you’re aiming to jump bigger tracks or want a reliable, competitive 1.30–1.40m horse, Luna fits the bill.

Easy to manage on the yard and at shows — no stress, no fuss, and absolutely not marish. Hacks out around the farm, good to shoe, clip, load, and travel. She’s the same at home or away.
