Middle aged woman’s dream! Flash without the fizz, really lovely horse and a real good egg.
The kindest and most genuine horse you could wish to find! Super RC/ PC, lovely hack, low level eventer. Chocco has recently been imported from Ireland from a friend, he was bred to event to a good level but he’s a bit too laid back for what she wanted so he’s come to find a new human with less competitive aspirations ( not eventing at top level! He’s more suited to riding club and local level fun)
Chocco has been well produced and works very sweetly on the flat, he is in a happy mouth snaffle for everything and never strong or silly. He has three good paces and a lovely comfy canter. Would do a lovely dressage test and is a very easy ride, one I actually enjoy riding! He is a very steady sort and always wants to please. Would suit most riders and is the one currently on the yard that gets used for baby sitting duties out hacking. Ready to go and do a prelim dressage test now. Chocco is a very cute jumper, he has been jumping round 70/80 cm with us both SJ and XC at home and away. He’s not got masses of scope but should jump round 90 cm in time but would be equally happy with a rider without aspirations who just wants to do things for fun. What has got is the kindest brain and is very willing, he has never said no to anything and canters sweetly round a course of fences without looking at anything staying in a rhythm. Cross country he’s a real gem, again incredibly straight forward and just gets on with the job. He is a real confidence giving type. He would be ideal for someone to enjoy doing everything with at low level on a nice, polite horse who wants to be your best friend.
Chocco is a super hack both alone and in company and has been excellent in all traffic met to date. He loves exploring the countryside and isn’t spooky or silly. He would love sponsored rides and possibly a days hunting.
Chocco’s lovely temperament continues on the ground, he is the easiest horse to have on the yard, good to box, catch ( turns out with anything), shoe, clip. He’s happy stabled or living out. He really is a lovely uncomplicated chap who is always friendly and will be someone’s best mate. He is the type that would suit most riders and would be kind enough for someone with less experience, child coming off ponies etc.
Best home wanted!
