Nutmeg is a rising 4-year-old native mare looking for a kind, understanding home as a non-ridden companion. She hasn’t had the best start in life, which means she can take a little longer to settle into new environments, but once she feels safe, her sweet and willing nature really shines through.

Nutmeg thrives with calm, consistent 1-1 handling from a confident adult who can give her time to process new experiences. She is making steady progress with ongoing training in all areas and is very rewarding to work with as her trust grows.

She is an excellent companion to other young ponies and fits happily into both part-stabled routines and 24/7 turnout. Once settled, we feel that Nutmeg would be okay with staying alone for short periods, providing this is built up gradually.

Nutmeg is a lovely little mare with a gentle heart who just needs patience, reassurance, and the right person to help her continue blossoming.
