Lostock Bobby Socks (153) Pony, by Lostock Candyman x Lostock Huntsman.

Absolutely beautiful 153cm (AHC so needs another measure for 2026) 8yr old (2018), very minimally marked, registered CHAPS coloured gelding. The only white on him is the top of his tail & 4 white socks so super flashy and his extravagant straight paces make him stands out even more.

I personally have been part of Bobbys journey for the last 4 years as he belongs to one of my neighbours and good friend, he’s always been part of her family since 6 months old so understandably this has been an incredibly hard decision that has been changed a few times already. But now the time has come where his owner feels he needs to go and reach his full talents.

During the summer 2025 he made his debut into the showring and in 2 shows he qualified for HOYS. Bobby took HOYS in his stride (only his 3rd show in his life) he narrowly missed out on the placings due to a small spook but did gain one of the highest conformation marks of his class. He exceeded all our expectations & more which he is sure to continue doing so next year if he is to go back into the show ring.

In the time he has been kept at home he’s been on the owners private yard, he has mainly been a happy hacker, he loves to hack out either on his own or in company and is fairly brave. Our every day hacking is crossing railways the M62 so isn’t phased by much. He regularly babysits me on younger or newly broken horses and always does a great job.

Bobby has also been to pleasure rides, beach rides and cross country days. He loves popping a fence and although only jumped small (due to non jumping owner) he is proving brave and seemingly scopey.

Bobby has always been on a quiet yard and always been very straight forward, he comes to call in the field, good to clip, shoe, load, doesn’t need riding every day. Due to not a lot of experience in the show/ dressage right we think he would best suit an experianced home as want him to go on and suceed in what ever he does.

He will easily excel in the show ring, dressage arena, or he is bred to event so he’s at the right age to persue further in this field.

Up to date with vaccinations, farrier, dentist, worming. Totally clean legs Etc
