Was broken here with us last year and taken really slowly (mainly due to time but she’s now part of the furniture) she was so easy and straight forward to break, she loves lunging and long lining and super brave out and about. She hacks alone or in company and fab in traffic, pub rides, cantering on open fields either alone or in a group.

I have never over done the arena work but she’s super intelligent and loves her work. She works on an outline with fairly good transitions and a good canter.

We have only jumped her a handful of times but this is where I believe her talent lays. She loves jumping and makes a great shape over poles or xc

Clean legs, no vices, really smart little performance bred Connemara, definitely up to weight (the summer has been kind to her) fit and ready now to go and make a fab partnership before going out to compete in 2026.

15.2hh 5yr old reg ID x cob by King of Mourne. Jessie is a very kind, sweet horse who people cannot help but fall in love with. Not only is she beautiful to look at, very nice short coupled conformation, big uphill paces she also has the best personality a horse can have.

Not at all marish, she turns out with mares, geldings or alone, excellent to catch, load, shoe, bath, in and out of the stable and is just an absolute pleasure to have around.

To ride she improves every time under saddle, schooling nicely in all 3 paces and learning some basic lateral. She’s intelligent and a quick learner, however she wouldn’t suit a novice rider as still has so much to learn herself.

We have popped a few fences which she seems to enjoy, she always has a go and never says no.

Jessie hacks alone or in company, she’s excellent in traffic, hacks over the M62 and over railway crossings, stands at traffic lights and will hack past a busy school whilst children are playing. She isn’t as confident going alone but will happily go with a confident rider and this is something that improves every time.

Absolutely no vices, the loveliest horse to have on the yard. Totally clean legged and excellent feet (only shod in front)

Up to date with worming, farrier and dentist.
