Exceptional 15hh 8yr old Registered Welsh D, 8yr old Palomino gelding by Swanhill Golden Rocket. Outstanding show record, with consistently either the highest ride mark or highest conformation mark in the class. Placed in every HOYS qualifier in what is his novice season this year. Never plugged or had to use calmers no matter what the atmosphere, doesn’t need working in for hours and travels and stands on the box like a saint. He is one of the easiest Ds I have come across and wins everyone’s hearts on and off the yard. At home he is an absolute pleasure to deal with, comes to call, good to catch, load, bath, farrier, clip, dentist ect. He’s good to hack alone or in company and regularly nanny’s baby horses. Not phased by any traffic. He is used to children, dogs, chickens, sheep etc as he lives on a busy yard. He genuinely is our golden boy.

He loves jumping and is very brave and will jump anything put in front of him. He will excel in any discipline from workers, flat showing, eventing, dressage or a HOYS centre line junior horse. Clean limbed and no vices. Up to date with vaccines and everything. He is kept like a king and that is the lifestyle he is accustomed to. Hard decision and we will be picky about where he goes as he is a once in a lifetime horse.

Was broken here with us last year and taken really slowly (mainly due to time but she’s now part of the furniture) she was so easy and straight forward to break, she loves lunging and long lining and super brave out and about. She hacks alone or in company and fab in traffic, pub rides, cantering on open fields either alone or in a group.

I have never over done the arena work but she’s super intelligent and loves her work. She works on an outline with fairly good transitions and a good canter.

We have only jumped her a handful of times but this is where I believe her talent lays. She loves jumping and makes a great shape over poles or xc

Clean legs, no vices, really smart little performance bred Connemara, definitely up to weight (the summer has been kind to her) fit and ready now to go and make a fab partnership before going out to compete in 2026.
