He currently lives happily in a mixed herd and thrives living out 24/7, as he does find stabling stressful. Phillip is beginning to build trust with his handlers and becomes easier to catch once he knows you.

He is good to lead, groom, and pick up his feet, though he is still settling into new routines. Phillip can be nervous with the vet and farrier, so he needs calm, patient handling and professionals experienced with sensitive ponies. With ongoing positive experiences, his confidence will continue to grow.

Phillip is best suited to a quiet, experienced home that can offer plenty of turnout, consistent but gentle handling, and the time he needs to build trust. With patience and reassurance, he will make a lovely and loyal companion.
