Beautiful 14.2hh (will easily measure in) 4yr old Connemara mare with old fashioned breeding and Class 1 in her whole pedigree with big names such as ‘I love you Melody’, ‘Moy Hazy Cove’ and ‘Abbeyleix Owen’

Ellie is the kindest mare you could meet, she comes to call as soon as she sees you approaching the field, excellent to shoe, load, bath, in and out of the stable and in the field with others.

When been ridden she is very eye catching, she has beautiful straight paces with an even rhythm and a well balanced canter. She’s very true to type with excellent conformation and straight limbs. Would be quality enough to do flat classes.

She loves jumping, proving to have a good technique and scopey. She’s been to UA competitions, arena hires and cross country training showing how brave she is jumping everything first time including water and ditches. Would be bold enough to compete in county workers.

Clean legs, excellent feet (my farrier commented some of the best he’s seen in a long time) no sarcoids/ melanomas, no splints. (N/N HWSD)

Ellie is good in traffic, loves hacking, always snaffle mouthed and not strong or silly. A real happy little horse who always has her ears forward. She is an absolute pleasure in every way.

Ellie has a nice enough nature to be someone’s happy hacker but has also got everything there to make her into something truly special. She’s not been overworked for her age but is a real raw talent to produce in any sphere.
