Bonnie is a very sweet mare who came into Blue Cross care in July 2026 from a private home, due to a change in her owners circumstances. Bonnie is of a rare Hungarian breed - a Nonius. Bonnie is now looking for a kind companion home where she can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle with other horses.

Bonnie is happy living out 24/7 in a mixed herd and can also part stable, provided she has equine company. She is generally good to handle in all ways and enjoys being around people and having cuddles, although she would benefit from continued basic training to improve her responsiveness when leading. With her gentle nature, easy-going attitude and love of companionship, Bonnie would make a wonderful friend to another horse and a lovely addition to a caring home.
