Mr Cadburys AKA “Freddo”

4 year old (2022) chocolate dun Irish gelding standing at approximately 15.2/15.3hh. Irish Draught × Sport Horse type (no recorded breeding).

Freddo is an unbroken youngster who came directly from the breeder in Ireland. He has been allowed plenty of time to mature and grow at his own pace, and he’s now ready to start his education.

He’s a lovely, kind natured horse who is a pleasure to have on the yard. He’s well handled and enjoys being around people. He absolutely loves attention and will happily stand all day to be groomed, scratched, and fussed over.

Freddo is good to catch, lead, stands to be groomed and bathed, and is well mannered in and out of the stable. He loaded and travelled very well on his way over from Ireland, and has taken everything in his stride.

A genuine, quality youngster with a lovely temperament and plenty of potential. He’s a completely unspoilt, straightforward, blank canvas for someone wanting to bring on a nice young horse and put their own stamp on. Lovely uphill paces and would suit a variety of jobs.

Clean limbed with no lumps, bumps or sarcoids, and up to date with worming and the farrier.
