Zesty is a gorgeous 16.1hh 4yr old gelding with an exciting future ahead of him. We’ve had the pleasure of producing this lovely chap since November 2025. He is a delight to do in all ways, with a remarkably trainable brain and quick willingness to learn new things. We really are all in love with this beautiful, kind, talented young horse.

Since being with us, he’s been developed on the flat, where he is now incredibly smart. He’s contested several Prelim dressage tests and is now progressing to more advanced movements in his training, including starting to teach him changes.

He’s also really started to gain confidence and show some flair over a fence. He’s confidently popping around 80cm show jumping tracks and been out competing on a number of occasions. We’ve cross country schooled him on grass and a surface, where he’s proven to be incredibly genuine and willing to learn new things. This is a horse that you show once and he takes what you’ve asked onboard for next time. We love his way of learning.

Zesty is a dream to back. An old head on young shoulders, who’s happy to hack alone and in company, in front or behind, on roads and in open spaces.

He’s snaffle mouthed in all phases and a pleasure to do in all ways. Another bonus is he is eligible for ROR classes.
