We purchased Harry as a foal directly from his breeder in Ireland, and he has spent his early years turned away and maturing naturally on the farm.

We backed him ourselves as a four-year-old and he has honestly been one of the easiest horses from day one. He has a lovely, willing attitude and takes everything in his stride.

Over the summer, Harry has enjoyed trips to the beach, pub rides and fun rides. He has also been cross-country schooling, which he absolutely loved. He is bold and genuine, happily taking on water, small hedges, timber, skinnies and ditches without any fuss.

To hack, Harry is very easy and sensible, both alone and in company.

His schooling is still relatively basic due to his age and the fact that we haven’t rushed him, but he is working in a consistent outline and understands the basic leg aids. He is straightforward and willing to learn, with plenty more to come as his education progresses.

We feel Harry would make someone a super ladies’ hunter, event type or a lovely mother/daughter share. He has a great temperament and is the sort that could go on to do a variety of jobs.

Good to catch, clip, load, travel and shoe. No stable vices, lumps or bumps, and open to any vetting.

A really genuine, unspoilt young horse who has been given time to mature and is now ready for someone to continue his education and enjoy him.
