Meet Merlin, a handsome native gelding looking for a loving new home where he can enjoy life as a much loved non-ridden companion.

Merlin is a lovely, straightforward pony who enjoys human interaction and a good groom. He is easy to catch, leads nicely and is well behaved for everyday handling, including having his feet picked out. He has also been good for the vet and farrier, making him a pleasure to care for.

Merlin currently lives out 24/7 with another gelding but has previously lived happily within a mixed herd. He is also comfortable being stabled with company, making him suitable for a variety of home setups.

He is currently on a weight loss programme and will require good restricted grazing and careful weight management in his new home to support his ongoing progress and long-term health.

This sweet boy would make a wonderful addition to a home seeking a friendly, easy-going companion pony who has plenty of love to give.
