Kings Rock (King) has been in the family since 2011, after many years of great success his owner and I have decided its time for him to move on. King is now a complete school master, he was bred and produced by Mary King before moving on to Georgie Spence, after a successful season with Georgie he was moved to my yard where he has taught me so much and helped bring me up through the levels.

King is now ready to help teach someone else, his brave nature makes him a very safe and reliable horse. He has good natural expressive paces which have helped him to obtain some top dressage marks. My Top International Dressage trainer has always said he was good enough for pure dressage.

He is good to do in all ways and never fails to have a huge amount of presence.

Will only be available to a competitive 5* home where he can continue to thrive and reach his potential.

Maudlin Imp (Eric at home!) is a 10yo beautiful, registered, Irish Sports Horse. I bought him for my daughter on completion of her university degree as she wanted to take a year out to Event, but got a full time job 3 months after purchasing him! She evented him very successfully initially but then lost interest and lacked commitment once she started work, and did not give him the best of rides.

I (her mother) then rode and competed him very successfully in 2015 but struggled to juggle him, my own youngster which I was bringing on, my youngest daughter's pony and a career. I put him on loan in August (2015) to a lady who has hunted him with the Tedworth hunt, taken him to hunter trials, fun rides etc. and has thoroughly enjoyed him but this has now come to an end, and Eric, sadly, needs to be sold.

He is a gentle, kind natured horse that my 11 year old daughter rides and looks after. He is good to box, clip shoe and is 100% bomb proof in traffic. He loves hunting and hard work and being a member of my team. He is talkative (always acknowledges my presence!) friendly, kind, keen and honest.

He is very safe x-country and will happily lead or follow. His show jumping is excellent but his paces are simply superb. He is a magnificent hose and deserves someone to love him again. He is priced to sell in order to find a home worthy of him, as opposed to realise his worth.

Troy is a horse in a million, safe, sane, sensible and absolutely stunning with a temperament to die for! Rock solid police type! He is an impressive Irish weight carrying cob with a lot of bone and substance. He has excellent conformation, clean limbs and is blemish free. He would carry a substantial amount of weight.

Troy is a real school master who works very nicely in the school, he has 3 correct balanced paces and works in a lovely outline. He has super elastic paces, with a floaty trot and a very comfortable canter. He is a lovely medium speed who is nicely off the aids but not at all sharp. He works very well between hand and leg and gives a nice feel in the contact. He has been ridden by a range of different riders including a 15 year old girl. He will do more for an experienced rider and less for a lesser rider. He is very quiet and safe to ride and really fills his rider with confidence. He has a lovely willing attitude towards his work and really aims to please in whatever he does. He has done some unaffiliated preliminary dressage with successful scores in the high 60's. He would definitely progress through the levels.

Troy loves to jump and makes a good shape over a fence. He is a very honest and genuine type and has never refused or ran out. He has jumped around 1m courses with ease filling his rider with confidence. He happily jumps over coloured fillers without looking at them. He looks after his rider when jumping and will happily trot over a small cross pole. He jumps in a lovely rhythm and doesn't rush into his jumps or get strong or silly. He would be the ideal horse to teach someone who to jump as he is a very forgiving boy who loves to work.

Troy is amazing at cross country; he gives you a brilliant feel and remains very safe, easy and sensible. He jumps everything asked of him including hedges, ditches, walls, timbers, coffins, water complexes etc. He gives his rider so much fun and confidence. He has been cross country schooling with a 1year old in just a snaffle jumping 3ft6 fences and giving her the best day out. He would make a super low level eventer as he is great at all 3 phases.

Troy has hunted 4 seasons in Ireland with a gentleman where he was quiet, mannerly and bold over jumps. He has also hunted with the Fitzwiliam hunt on Xmas eve with a 15 year old girl. He stands rock solid at the meet and gives a very enjoyable ride. He is point and aim over jumps so you can really trust him to jump everything. He would make someone a wonderful hunter.

Troy is a superb hack, he doesn't bat an eyelid at anything and is often used to give less experienced horses a lead. He happily hacks out alone and in company. He is excellent in traffic, he regularly crossing a busy 'a' road roundabout and will patiently wait until it is clear to cross and isn't fazed by lorries passing him etc. He is great in open spaces and regularity hacks out in a group of horses and will canter in any order without getting strong or fizzy. He has been on long 10 mile hacks, where he has crossed rivers, jumped logs, crossed bridges etc all in a calm manner. He really is so chilled out and you can really relax on him and enjoy yourself. He would be a great pleasure horse to have hours on fun with.

Troy has a temperament to die for, he is very quiet to handle with manners to burn. He is a very easy boy to have around, he is excellent in all ways to handle, and is regularity handled safely by children. He loves people and will stand for hours to be brushed and pampered. He leads like a dog and isn't fazed by anything. He happily lives in or out and mixes very well with mares and geldings. He is the sort of horse that helps other horses settle on a yard as he is such a calming influence.

Troy must go to a 10* home where he will be loved and cherished. He would make an excellent family horse for everyone to enjoy as he’s so easy. He would also make a cracking riding club alrounder as he is good at all disciplines. He would also be well suited to hunting and hacking. He really has so much to offer someone and will bring your confidence on no end.

This is a very sad sale of our brilliant allrounder that is very hard to come across! A 10* home is a must. Videos and more pictures available on request.
