    Successful Traditional Show Cob

    Won or placed every time

Piebald, Gelding, 8 years, 15.2 hands
Bullistone Paulboy (Paul) is an 8 year old eye catching Traditional Cob with lots of potential and 3 great paces

He has done well at local level and now needs a competative and competent home to take him to the next level

Unfortunately my current circumstances do not allow me to devote the time this lovely horse deserves

Good home essential for this huge character who is currently living with his trainer as I am finding the selling process very emotional

Quality Working / Show / Allrounder Cob

Bay, Gelding, 8 years, 15.1 hands

This super cob is well educated on the flat and over fences, he is forward thinking without being strong, bold and confident in his outlook and is a lovely easy horse to have on the yard

He has been lightly and successfully competed, dressage, show jumping and showing, won his only working cob class, sure to be a great prospect for next season, should be ready to go out at County level

He is a well mannered hack, goes first, last, alone or in company, excellent in all traffic and not spooky

Good in the stable, he has no vices, very easy to catch, box in a trailer or lorry, travels well, good to shoe, clip, pull tail and bath

He is going to give someone huge amounts of fun, while he is in all respects an easy horse to ride and deal with he is not for a total novice as he is bright, quick to learn and certainly not a kickalong that can just be ridden once a week, although he does not require riding daily that would be a waste, he will only be sold to a suitable active home that will really appreciate all he has to offer and give him a varied life, he would love to go hunting, if we have the opportunity before he is sold he will be taken autumn hunting

For sale due to lack of time to get him out competing regularly, he is fit and ready to lightly hunt if required, fully vaccinated

Cob, Black, Gelding, 6 years, 15 hands

Irish Cob

Rumble a big bundle of fun! Rumble is a heavy weight cob, and a real fun horse to ride. He is easy to ride and responsive to both leg and hand. He always gives 100% effort when schooling and jumping and loves to work. He is eager to please his jockey and always listens. He is a forward going cob but is never strong and not sharp

Jumping he is steady and never hesitates, he has a scopey jump for a cob and has done a lot of hunting so will jump anything he is asked

He will hack alone and in company, not spooky and good in traffic. Rumble is easy to do in every way and has no vices

Stunning Show Cob For Sale

Hunts, XC and SJ too!

Cob, Blue and white, Gelding, 9 years, 15.2 hands

Zorro is a real gem and this really is a sad and reluctant sale, a lot of people say that but this is the genuinely the result of personal circumstances

I bought Zorro in March and even in that short time we've been in the ribbons, placed at a national coloured show and also at local level

That was in ridden showing and novice working hunter. Does novice show jumping as well, he has King of Diamond lines on his father's side, hence the jumping ability and he is a nice looking cob for showing purposes

He is no slouch at cross country either as the pictures show. He is very sweet natured and plenty of bone and resilient, never sick or sorry with me or the previous owner who had him from a foal. He is very good to load, trailer or lorry, he travels well even long distance alone or with others. he is no trouble in the field, preferring his own company and the bottom of the pecking order. He is good with the farrier and dentist he will need to be sedated to be clipped however. He is good on the road but has an issue with larger lorries, I can sit it but I must mention it

He hunts and I will attempt to load video of that taken with a GO PRO camera fitted to me but if its too big I will show you if you come and view. The pictures show all the points I've made are true, he is hogged in some but I am growing his mane out as the video shows, can be hogged again if you prefer

Open to any trial we are on 250 acres of off road hacking with 3 menages so not a problem to ride him

Really nice tack and rugs by separate negotiation. He is 16hh in his passport but measures more like 15.2/3

Fully vaccinated and wormed up to date he is open to vet, we are quite near J24 M1/A50 area

Top show prospect / family Horse

Cob, Coloured, Gelding, 6 years, 16 hands

Chieftain is a top quality maxi cob, he is very well put together and has a good amount of bone which would also make him a good weight carrier

He has the most wonderful nature, his kind and gentle temperament makes him easy to handle and an absolute pleasure to have around the yard.  He is just so easy!!!

Chieftain is extremely quiet and safe to ride meaning he would easily take a novice rider, however he is also coming on very well with his schooling working on the bridle in all three paces.  Chieftain holds himself in a rhythm and is a wonderful armchair ride

Chieftain also jumps a full set of fences both coloured and natural and definitely wouldn't be out of place on the hunting field he is very well behaved on the busy roads with fast and heavy traffic and also on the quiet country lanes

We believe he has the makings of a top quality show cob and with a season or twos showing under his belt this boy will double in value
