Sadly Amber's career, despite showing promise, never got off the ground.

Her last injury, damage to her tendon sheath (2016), she has never recovered from and remains lame despite being checked by our vet that no tendon damage had occurred and given many many months off.

She is currently turned away in the field with no job to do.

She is a darling to handle and a very people person and with her show jump breeding would make a great broodmare.

Priced realistically for a quick sale.

Lovely kind mare, who was showing great promise to make a lovely dressage / event horse but sadly her career has been cut short due to  a finding a tumour behind her eye earlier this year, resulting in eye removal (not hereditary). Therefore, she has been retired from ridden work and is coping with life very well to be companion / broodmare.

With her event / dressage lines, sweet nature and temperament she will make a lovely broodmare. She has a great ‘can do’ attitude to life and has a fantastic straight movement/ jump, so she is sure to be an asset to any stud to breed quality sports horses/ eventers/ hunters.

Please get in touch for a chat if you feel you can offer a kind broodmare home. Currently, not in position to breed myself with young family commitments, hence open to suggestions/ long term loans etc.  A top home is the main priority for this much loved mare.

A DESPERATELY SAD SALE OF A MUCH LOVED MARE DUE TO HAVING TO CUT DOWN BREEDING THIS YEAR.

2009 16.3hh KWPN BROODMARE BY FAVOURITAS X JULIO MARINER X ZEUS

She is by far one of the sweetest, easiest mares I've ever known, and a fantastic mother.

She is a stunning, tall and modern type with a lot of TB blood and good conformation which she's passed onto her youngstock. She is a stunning tall mare with a kind eye and delicate features, a truly elegant mare with huge movement. I have a beautiful yearling filly from her by Karandjas who can be seen and has definitely inherited her height and blood and also her angelic temperament.

Her sure is the rare TB stallion Favoritas, he was the 1998 Norwegian Champion individually as well as on the team. In 2002 he won the bronze medal at the World Championships for breeding stallions, "Sires of the World", in Zangersheide. And he has taken numerous first and other placings in national and international Grand Prix as well as Nations Cups and World Cups in show jumping, including victory in the Grand Prix at the CSIO of Drammen (NOR) and first places in the Nations Cups in Posnan (POL) and Drammen (NOR). Because of his outstanding performance record, Favoritas has been approved in practically all of the European countries.

With such interesting bloodlines with fantastic refining qualities, she would be a real asset to any breeding programme whether it was in eventing or showjumping to produce a very modern stamp foal.

Pm me for any info on her. I would be happy to put her in foal at buyers expense.

I also have 2 other mares that I would consider selling as I must sell 2, although both have foals at foot this year so would be available at weaning and again, happy to put them in foal too..

Pm if you would like info.

A 5* home is an absolute must for any one of my beloved girls.

  • Coco Sierra is up for sale as a brood mare or companion ONLY

  • the most unassuming character to ride and with her 4 big easy moving paces and would have made a fantastic eventer / hunter type

Coco Sierra is up for sale as a brood mare or companion ONLY. She is not rideable due to lameness.

Coco Sierra is a striking bay 16.3ish 10 year old mare. She is not rideable due to lameness mainly located in her right fore hoof and both hocks. She has been to every major veterinary hospital in the UK and we have fought hard for the last 3 years to get her sound but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done so she is now field sound and very happy convalescing. She has no recorded breeding but she's well put together with a big powerful correct movement. She fits the KWPN/Warmblood type and that's what's listed in her passport.

Coco is a lovely character and always has a smile on her face, she's a real worker and loves to please. When ridden she was the boldest horse I've ever sat on and a real gentle powerhouse. She was the most unassuming character to ride and with her 4 big easy moving paces and would have made a fantastic eventer/hunter type. There are a few videos available on Youtube of her in work, please get in touch if you'd like to see them, also thousands and thousands of photos of her. She has 100 BSJA points and was imported from the Netherlands for show jumping as a 5yr old(if you want her BSJA no. please let me know). She has a real can do attitude and is always interested in what's going on. When it cames to her work she was level headed, smart and quick on her feet. She's never sick or sorry and shines with character. She can live in or out although she prefers to have company if she's out full time. She's happy mixing with mares and geldings of any size or age, she is shod at present as there's a lot of flints where she's kept but she spent last summer unshod. Up to date with jabs, wormers etc. never has to be sedated as she's so easy to do, teeth, clipping, catch, travels in a lorry or trailer, loads first time, good with traffic, trains, tractors etc. Anyone who's met her will agree that her pictures don't do her justice. She is such a lovely mare to have around and has some fantastic traits to pass down.

This is not a sale taken lightly as she's been with me for 4 years now and the last 3 I have put in so much blood sweat and tears into getting her well and I will only let her go to someone I am sure will look after her the way she deserves to be looked after. She will not go out on loan and I will not swap her either. Please bear in mind that she is a big warmblood type so not ideal for someone not used to handling big horses. Some of her rugs and bits and pieces are available by separate negotiations. £1,000. ono. currently at livery in Newhaven, East Sussex.

Please get in touch on 07894 457815, email or by Facebook message. If i'm not available straight away please leave a message and i'll get back to you ASAP.
