Syd is a full up Irish Cob 15.3 hh.

He is good to do in all ways. He is excellent to catch, clip, load, shoe etc.

He has perfect manners in the stable.

Syd has three lovely paces and is frequently placed unaffiliated dressage and jumping small courses. He hacks out alone or in company and is happy to lead. He is not a plod, he is forward going, keen and willing to lean. Occasionally , he can be sharp and therefore is not really suitable for novice riders.

He previously hunted in Ireland.

He has clean limbs and is open to any vet.

Jenny is just adorable! She is a loving, affectionate mare who loves attention and wants to work. She was lightly backed last year before being turned away at Christmas and returned to work in the last month on the long lines.

She now needs an experienced home to re-back her and bring her on where she can have one on one attention and bond with someone. She is incredibly rewarding to work with and will make someone who wants a blank canvass a wonderful long term companion. Good home most important.

She has a good pedigree - homebred out of Hendrewen and Pennycoed lines and has potential for showing in hand or under saddle.

  • Sire: Ready Teddy Go (Graded)
  • Dam: Razzle My Tazzle

Bred by the well known Kimico Stud. Parents and relatives including half brother Tango In Your Dreams have shown with huge success in hand, under saddle and driven including going to HOYS.

CHAPS registered, show quality with correct conformation, lovely straight movement, lots of bone, the most beautiful eye and a temperament to die for. I cannot speak highly enough of this chap, probably the most calm, laid back and gentle cob I have ever owned. So straight forward and uncomplicated to look after. Turns out alone and in company, does not get stressed if his friends are taken away.

Excellent manners in and out of the stable, a dream to handle. Excellent to catch, box and with farrier.

Backed and ridden for 1 month at the end of last year, walk, trot, cantering and hacking out he was an absolute A star pupil never putting a hoof out of place.

Natural carriage, super comfy paces, unbelievable balanced canter for someone so young.

Due to pregnancy he was turned away to mature (and he has!). Just about to come back into work now baby has arrived. A fabulous young gelding with all the right attributes for a hugely succesful future in any sphere.

Correctly produced and will only be sold to a knowledgeable home where he will continue his education.

Very much loved, a type so hard to find, five star home only.

Videos available on request.

Please note photos taken several months ago, they do not do his justice, he is MUCH bigger and chunkier now!

Heartbreaking sale of much loved boy! Due to giving up horses! Due to other commitments and daughter loss of intrest come to the decision to give up horses . We don't have the time to give this special boy! Due to work and home commitments etc. He has fantastic breeding, his sire is Abs of Lindale who is world's heaviest silver dapple Gypsy Vann.

He turned 4 this year and is approx 14.3 we have been long reining him and he has been hacking and started schooling no problem took to it straight away.

We have a professional rider come weekly to school him, he is coming on great just more work on his canter but we haven't rushed this boy! He goes in a natural outline no need to pin this boy down!

Fantastic with farrier, vet, dentist etc great to catch etc . His colouring is black silver dapple gypsy vanner. He is stunning and will just get better with age.

Will be devastated to let him go gad him from wjen he was weaned but doing this for him he needs to get out and start his showing carrier! Will excel in the show ring!

We have took him out a few times but nothing this year due to not having the time! He will come with all rugs, bridle but has had fylde ray saddle purchased new so that is to be sold separately if wanted.

Plenty of photos on request.

Martha of Pinehurst is a 10 month old traditional Blagdon gypsy cob filly.

She is a superb example of her breed with a lovely split mane and huge feathers already! She is well put together and moves beautifully.I bought Martha only a few months ago as a companion to our Shetland mare which she has done superbly but Martha needs a lot more one to one daily handling than I had first thought.

It would be a total waste for her to sit in a field as a companion for the rest of her life when she has so much to offer. Unfortunately I dont have the time required to spend with Martha at this time. She is a very sweet filly but lacks confidence.

She can be quite nervous until she knows you, this is purely due to lack of handling as she has improved hugely since I ve owned her.

Martha is registered with the Traditional Gypsy cob society and is eligible to show she is also microchipped ,wormed and had the farrier.

Martha has all the right qualities to excel in the show ring.

**BEWARE**

BOGUS EMAILS & BUYERS!

Ref #: 22412

Increasing numbers of internet advertisers are receiving emails from bogus buyers, attempting to scam sellers

This tactic is a worldwide problem; however it would appear to be on the rise in the equine industry, targeting everything from horses and ponies for sale, to horseboxes, trailers and tack

**EXAMPLE SCAM ALERT**

We've been informed of a new email scam doing the rounds. This time the scam email in commonly coming from ‘Travis Bennett’ & 'Cynthia PT', asking a list of questions & offering to transfer a deposit and payment for shipping. Please ignore this email and if you have time report it to Action Fraud, for more details click HERE

In another instance the scammer will contact you via email asking if your horse is still for sale, this will be followed by an email containing 23 questions as shown on the picture on the left. Please do not respond to this email. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and rest assured we are doing our best to combat this.

Another scam which is particularly common, is  when theadvertiser is contacted about an item, asking for more images, and then once the images have been received the bogus buyer will agree to send a cheque for the full amount.  At this point the seller is asked to email their full contact details to enable the buyer to send payment. The seller is then contacted again saying that the cost of shipping has accidently been included on the cheque, and could the seller forward the cost of shipment onto a courier, which is also bogus

These scams can vary, however emails are often written in broken English and written in an over friendly style.  We urge HorseQuest customers to respond to email enquiries with caution. If something sounds too good to be true, it often is!

If you think you’ve been scammed then we strongly recommend that you contact the police
