Flo is a 5 year old registered FIS clear Fell Pony mare. She hacks alone and in company, doesn't hot up or ever get strong or silly. Good in all traffic/farm machinery/animals. I think she would thoroughly enjoy hunting too as she is safe, fun and sensible.

She has been lightly schooled due to her age. Soft in the mouth, forward off the leg. Schooled in a snaffle. She is the type of pony you can jump on after days off and she'll be the same as she was when you last rode.

Flo has been to 3 dressage shows, all of which she was placed 4th with 68%. Some lovely comments from the judge.

I have taken Flo to a few showjumping shows and cross-country schooling. She flies around a course and isn't bothered by fillers, ditches, water etc. A really fun pony to jump and I think she'd be a cracking contender for WHP classes. She won her last showjumping class on 18/07/17.

Flo has done a bit of showing and has done well. She was 3rd in a large M&M class on 23/07/17. Last year she qualified for Equifest and PUK Winter champs.

She is well mannered and behaves on and off the yard. Stands quietly on the trailer when out. Is very straight-forward, my non-horsey Mum handles her with ease.

Flo is good to catch, clip, shoe (shod on fronts only), load, bath etc

She thrives off work and loves to please, however I can imagine she'd also be a fabulous broodmare as she has the sweetest temperament and has a good amount of bone, mane & tail.

Please no novices due to her age. I will not sell her as a childs pony either - she may be 13.2hh but rides bigger and takes up your leg well. I am the rider in all photos and am 5'2.

Flo does need a home with restricted grazing as does get fat off of air.

This is a really difficult sale for me. Homes will need glowing references!

Flo has been in a few homes since she was a foal and I feel really guilty having to sell her knowing that she has never put a foot out of line and is a real star. Therefore please, no short-term homes.

Flo has been in very light work recently due to my work hours not being compatible with 'horsey life' and she is on fat camp at the moment too, which reflects in her price.

Home is more important than price. Her newly fitted Ideal Ramsey saddle would have to be bought at separate cost.

**BEWARE**

BOGUS EMAILS & BUYERS!

Ref #: 22412

Increasing numbers of internet advertisers are receiving emails from bogus buyers, attempting to scam sellers

This tactic is a worldwide problem; however it would appear to be on the rise in the equine industry, targeting everything from horses and ponies for sale, to horseboxes, trailers and tack

**EXAMPLE SCAM ALERT**

We've been informed of a new email scam doing the rounds. This time the scam email in commonly coming from ‘Travis Bennett’ & 'Cynthia PT', asking a list of questions & offering to transfer a deposit and payment for shipping. Please ignore this email and if you have time report it to Action Fraud, for more details click HERE

In another instance the scammer will contact you via email asking if your horse is still for sale, this will be followed by an email containing 23 questions as shown on the picture on the left. Please do not respond to this email. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and rest assured we are doing our best to combat this.

Another scam which is particularly common, is  when theadvertiser is contacted about an item, asking for more images, and then once the images have been received the bogus buyer will agree to send a cheque for the full amount.  At this point the seller is asked to email their full contact details to enable the buyer to send payment. The seller is then contacted again saying that the cost of shipping has accidently been included on the cheque, and could the seller forward the cost of shipment onto a courier, which is also bogus

These scams can vary, however emails are often written in broken English and written in an over friendly style.  We urge HorseQuest customers to respond to email enquiries with caution. If something sounds too good to be true, it often is!

If you think you’ve been scammed then we strongly recommend that you contact the police
