**Byley Rufus** 7yo | 128cm | Welsh Section B Gelding

Beautifully put together and a genuine top-class young pony with an exceptional attitude and temperament. He has been slowly and correctly produced over the last two years, giving him a fantastic foundation for the future.

Successfully competing with lots of double clears in Stepping Stones, British Novice and Springboards. He is a lovely pony to produce further, with all the attributes to excel in a variety of disciplines.

A pleasure to do in every way — good to hack, snaffle mouthed, and works beautifully on the flat with nice changes. Has the most beautiful naturally balanced canter. He has also enjoyed working hunter, arena eventing and cross country, proving to be bold, genuine and versatile.

A true child’s pony with a kind nature and no vices. He would make a top-class all-rounder, plaited workers pony, or has the potential to go on and make a top 128 BS pony in the right hands.

This is a very sad sale of a much-loved pony, only available as my daughter is coming off 128s this year and, due to other commitments, we cannot give him the time and outings he deserves.

Will only be sold to a knowledgeable, 10* home that can continue his education and fulfil his potential.

CWMLLANWENARTH NOCTURNE
Crumbles • 12.2hh • 15yo chestnut gelding.

Attractive pony with an easy temperament, handled by children everyday. Will stand all day to be groomed. Quiet and easy to ride in walk trot and canter, happily jumps a course of fences. Hacks out alone and in company is good on the roads, not phased by traffic and is also good in open space.

Crumbles has done a bit of everything including unaffiliated dressage (NSEA) and showjumping up to 60cm. He has previously been cross country schooling and arena eventing, Crumbles has also done many pony club camps aswell as mounted games.

His sire - Rotherwood Statesman has produced ponies which compete at high level showing, mainly HOYS.

We have not took crumbles showing as the current rider does not have an interest in showing, but he has potential to excel in the show ring. Only for sale as he has sadly been outgrown. He’s is more of a 1.5/second ridden.

Would suit a more novice ridder.

He’s great with the farrier, loading and clipping.

Lots of videos on request

Quality section B

Bella is a lovely stamp of a section B .. she stands 13.1 but would likely measure as 133cm SHP.

She is by BYLEY ADMIRAL ( HILIN TATTOO ) x MILLCROFT SPELLBOUND ( MILLCROFT RIVIERA ).

She’s a 5 yo, we purchased her unbroken a few months ago from a lady who had had her since a 2 yo. She did a little in hand showing as a youngster picking up places.

Sweet mare to do , load , trim ,pick up feet etc. Clean limbed. Since coming to us she has had lots of ground work and long reining, in the fields and round the lanes. She was backed about 6 weeks ago and has been completely unfazed by a rider on her back. She has hacked round the lanes , met some traffic , been in the woods , and in the past few weeks has done a little bit in the arena. We have hired several venues in the past few weeks ,jumped straight round a set of very bright fillers and didn’t bat an eyelid . She’s careful and forward going and I think will be a really competitive little pony in time . Hasn’t put a foot wrong but obviously very early days in her education so would like to see her in an experienced home. Ideal for small mum to produce for the kids a few months down the line. She is an orange and has a little bit of sass in a nice way with the odd tail swish and grumpy face .. but not a ounce of bad in her has actually been a little saint to break and ride away. Not a sensitive type that will mind a wobble but forward thinking and off the leg. Obviously experienced home required as young green pony. Rider in video 5ft 1 …mare has quite a shoulder so would also suit small adult or mum to produce for the kids.

Could go on and do lots of jobs. Think she would make a super BS pony or event pony.

Update ** done a little XC schooling .. brave as a lion and straight over everything. Also been ridden by a very petite 10 yo and done a little on the lead rein with my 5 yo

4250 obviously this will increase the more work we put in!

Very sensibly priced pony that should go on and make fantastic all rounder/event pony

*Unexpectedly back on the market due to change in buyers circumstances*

Sad sale of our much loved Poppy who we've owned for over a year and is now sadly outgrown. Green passport with full breeding.

During this time we've been active PC members attending many rallies and taking part in hacking, dressage, pony camp, events, shows, fun rides and natural horsemanship.

At her previous home of 4 years she also did a wide variety of activities as a first pony for a very confident child including SJ and games.

Poppy is fantastic on the ground and children can easily handle her, tack her up and load.

She's loves her work, with plenty of scope to give a confident child lots of fun and experience. We haven't hunted her or done XC off lead but am sure she would be brilliant at it too.

Poppy is safe and has never bucked, bitten, barged, bronked, reared, span, bolted or anything nasty
Snaffle mouthed with excellent brakes
Hacks alone and in company
Travels well can be loaded by children
Easy to do in all ways
Doesn't fizz up if not ridden in a while
Never had lami, sweet itch
Up to date with everything

She has been a first pony for us but is a forward-going responsive ride and thrives with an established rider. Would suit a child or small teen looking to have fun, progress, and enjoy all round activities.

Poppy comes with fitted Thorowgood saddle, bridle, rugs and accessories, all ready for a child to go out and have fun!

5 star Homes will be vetted. References for Poppy can be provided from qualified PC professionals.

Narnia has been ridden by a novice child for the past 2 years and has proven herself to be kind, genuine and incredibly reliable. She is a much-loved yard favourite with a super attitude and a lovely way of going.

She is a bright, talented pony who would now benefit from a more experienced home to further her education and truly unlock her potential.

Currently in production at Team EJB near Carlisle and can currently be viewed there.

She:
• Loves her work, very willing to learn
• Hacks alone and in company

She has successfully taken her current jockey around their first Working Hunter tracks, proving to be brave and genuine. She has attended camps, clinics, arena eventing, XC hires and is currently jumping 70cm with scope for more.

Good to do in all ways:
• Loads and travels well
• Easy to handle, shoe and clip

Do you have a pony that’s due to retire, you might consider leasing for a year or two? Or you have an older pony that’s outgrown or due to be outgrown you want to sell?

Looking for WH or SHP
/ PC pony /all rounder
pony for a long term family home with other ponies.

A pony that can step up or step down according to rider. Confidence giver-gelding only.

No vices.
(absolutely no spooking bucking/bolting etc ) No health issues, easy to do in all ways on the ground
( the children love leading them to the field etc so they do all their care ) Laid back and easy to take out and about to competitions, hunting and rallies.

Currently jumping 50cm and looking to progress. Capable of jumping 70cm with ease . Nothing that is whizzy or super fast, spooky going around a course. Ideally a steady rocking- horse canter , easy off the leg.
Super Chilled and not alter out and about or in open spaces with others. The rider has lost confidence so needs to get this from the pony when jumping.

A pony that can fit in with a busy lifestyle and family life. They will be pampered and a 5* private family home on our farm with excellent facilities. The ponies want for nothing and much loved .
Healthy budget. I must stress this pony needs to be a confidence giver!

Very sadly outgrown, been there done it, perfect confidence giver. 127.50cm (LHC) Welsh Section B gelding.

We’ve had Gleam for 3 years and has sadly been outgrown. Gleam doesn’t act or look 25, he is in great condition, never had any health issues and enjoys having a job to do and would love the opportunity to make some more children as happy as he has made ours.

Gleam has done a bit of everything since we’ve had him including going to the gallops, beach, cross country, fun rides, show jumping and dressage. He is always so well behaved and is the sweetest pony on the yard.

Gleam will live in or out, is barefoot and good for the vet, dentist, farrier and to clip. Vaccinations are up to date.

Gleam will happily trot round a course of cross poles on or off the lead rein. On the flat Gleam has a lovely steady, comfortable canter, perfect for learning on! He does get a bit fizzy and excitable when cantering over poles and jumps, nothing naughty, he knows his job and wants to get on with it. Therefore we think he is a 1.5 pony or first ridden for a confident child. No matter how excited he gets, he always stops when asked, he is such a genuine pony. The perfect pony to teach a small child the ropes.

In his younger days Gleam was a competition pony and jumped some big tracks but since we’ve had him, he has shown he is not interested in jumping big anymore and will stop when the jumps get higher than 60cm. Although he might not want to jump big jumps anymore, he still loves to go round the smaller courses. He also loves hacking and is very good in open spaces.

This is a very sad sale as Gleam is very much loved and adored by all of us, but my daughters are too big for him and he enjoys having a job to do.

Tack included.

Robin is a gorgeous well put together quality Welsh B.
Owned for near 2 years, purchased because we also own his lovely brother.

Professionaly backed and he has given so much fun being bought on - used to the hustle and bustle of a busy yard and has been out and about last year doing a little bit of eveything. XC schooling, show jump hire, pole clinics, hunted at Xmas, mounted games training sessions, I came away pleased with him at every outing. Off and on road hacking, always has been fantastic in open spaces, will happily canter behind and get left behind without a care.

He is a pretty straightforward ride, kick to go, willing enough and fun. He is Not a buzzy wizzy type and not nervy or sensitive. Has been ridden by a variety of riders from my 12 year old cousin to my 70 year old mum - he has had a few event riders on and he can work beautiful.

Unfortunately we have lost our grazing which means I absolutely have to cut down, I was hoping to continue with him this summer where i left off - he had a small break from Feb to May and has just come back in to work, his price is reflected in this, as I am on a time limit and must find him a new, excellent home.

Never had a health issue and easy to keep. Up to date with eveything.

Looking for a knowledgable home as he is still a young pony not a school master, where he will continue to excel with his new people, i care very much about his future and that he goes on to a suitable home where he will be enjoyed and loved.

Lots of pictures and videos.

LLANWARNE LADY CAMILLA • 135cm Welsh Section B Mare • Rising 6 • Top Class WHP / BS Prospect

REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE AS NO RIDER DUE TO INJURY

Very flashy 135 Welsh Section B mare, rising 6 years old, with the quality and ability to excel as a top class 133 Workers pony or BS

A proper old-fashioned stamp, like a real-life rocking horse, with a beautiful head, stallion-like neck and excellent conformation. A true traditional Section B with all the presence and movement judges look for in top class 133 WHP ponies.

Outstanding Welsh Section B breeding combining the renowned Downland, Llanarth and Eyarth bloodlines alongside the athletic Mollegaards performance line, responsible for numerous Royal Welsh and HOYS winning ponies.

Owned since she was a just broken 3-year-old and slowly and correctly produced primarily by a child, giving her a fantastic start without being rushed. During this time she has hunted, cross country schooled, attended numerous shows including a stay-away show, and taken everything in her stride.
She is currently jumping clear around 90cm BS tracks on a ticket, showing excellent technique, carefulness and plenty of scope, regularly schooling 105 at home. She absolutely loves her jumping and is a brave, genuine pony.

On the flat she has a lovely soft mouth, works in a natural outline, has three balanced paces, and has begun establishing her flying changes.
Good to load, travel and clip. Hacks happily alone or in company and has excellent manners on the ground. A very affectionate pony with plenty of character who is much loved. Only vice is she can occasionally crib in the stable, but this doesn’t effect her in anyway.

She is still young and green due to her age and not being rushed, therefore she is not a novice ride and would suit a knowledgeable, competitive home to continue her education and bring out her full potential. She can throw an odd buck but purely in excitement.

A genuine and exciting young pony with a big future ahead.

Violet has been with us for 5 years and was our son's lead rein pony and then he rode off the lead rein.

We have classed her as a 2nd pony only because she would not be a plod off the lead rein (at the same time she is not whizzy).

She has been well looked after by knowledgeable folk and is trimmed regularly.

Like all Welsh Ponies she likes her food but she is happy in a field or in her stable.

She is good with other horses and can be in a field on her own. She is good to catch, brush and trim and she will happily stand all day.

She has been shown locally and is happy to be ridden with other horses and is well behaved with them.

She is only for sale as our son is concentrating on other sports and she enjoys the attention of doing things and being loved.

THHISTLEDOWN PADDINGTON (Paddy) is a very sweet boy. He has been trained using the TRT Method by a 14 year old girl. Ridden by other children as well.

In addition to his ground work and flat work training, he has had a gentle introduction to jumping. Paddy has been ridden out by other children of different ages.

He is good with other ponies. Easy to catch, groom, tack up, shoe, trailer, hack out. Although Paddy is a quiet pony he is NOT a beginners mount.

Definitely a second pony for a confident, competent rider. More photos and videos available on request.

A good kind home is important for Paddy's ongoing development.

Easy to handle and load, and happily looked after by children. Excellent for the vet, farrier and dentist. Goes in a snaffle. Rides independently — hacks out beautifully alone and in company. Jumps small courses up to 60cm with scope to do more. Suitable for Pony Club, endurance, first ridden, and lead rein/first ridden showing. Great potential in the show ring — clean limbs, straight mover, floaty paces. Bombproof in traffic and used to farm machinery. Lives in or out, settled in a mixed herd. No history of laminitis. Up to date with worming and vaccinations. Lovely, kind temperament.

Anna was a riding school pony before moving to a private home for the last two years, where she was a confident ride for a little girl who adored her on the farm. Her young rider is now moving on to other interests, so we are looking for the right family to give her the love and rides she deserves.

Ideal for:

A child stepping up from lead rein to first ridden
A nervous or novice rider who needs a confidence-giver
Pony Club, showing or endurance families
A second pony to bring a younger sibling on alongside an older child
Rural or farm families — Anna is unflappable around traffic and machinery
