Bred to Jump

By Indoctro x Quidam de Revel

KWPN, Bright bay, Filly, 1 years
Indoctro  Capitol 1
Vanessa V11
Alizee du Rock - Ster  Quidam de Revel
Drakima 11

Last year, at the KWPN foal gradings in the UK, Karisma was the top jumping foal in the south and 3rd overall in the UK. The judges specifically commented on her overall conformation as a jumping mare and her powerful and athletic movement.

Karisma is by the legendary Indoctro out of Alizee du Rock (Quidam de Revel). Alizee recently received her Ster prefix from KWPN. Quidam needs no introduction and has become a cornerstone of show-jumping breeding. Alizee's dam is Drakima Gii, bred by Ann Gustavii. Drakima is by Drakkar du Murier, a French stallion bred in the purple but who died very young having covered only a handful of mares. Drakkar was by Galoubet, and his dam was the full sister of the WEG gold medalist and sire Dollar du Murier. Drakima is out of the same mare as the Zangersheide approved stallion Lars Irco G, who jumped internationally in Grand Prix and Nations Cups. Her dam line is one of the best from Loftus O'Neill's Slyguff Stud (where King of Diamonds stood) and has produced the Irish stallions Highland King (the sire of the Burghley winner Ballincoola) and Kings Servant.

Karisma is already showing a good technique loose jumping over small poles and takes everything in her stride.

She is bright bay and will make approx. 16.2hh. She has been well handled since birth and is easy to worm, trim groom etc.

Her summer coat is coming through now and we can obviously take more / better photos or video if you require

Ixion Van Het Netehof   Abke
Adenka
Watoe van't Vennehof   Sun Light Van De Zuuthoeve
Ripoli van't Vennehof

2012 black gelding 172cm.

By Ixion Van Het Netehof, out of the same dam as Shane Breen's Grand Prix ride "Farao Van't Vennehof".

A big, powerful upstanding horse with huge paces and fantastic hind leg. He shows an impressive loose jump with a fantastic technique and effortless scope.

The video shows him happily cantering down to 1.50 and he still doesn't have to try. During the loose jumping session he was unfazed and very confident throughout.

This horse has top scope, a big powerful frame and a laid back attitude, showing all the ingredients needed to make a top horse. Only for sale as I have one horse too many and he has simply grown too big for me and looks to be still filling his frame.

Sold with a clean vetting and X-rays. Is currently being backed, has been long reined and leant over.

Please call, text or email for more information.

**Open to Offers** - Exciting and Striking Competition Prospect

Beautiful 16hh Knabstrupper Mare

Knabstrupper, Spotted, Mare, 5 years, 16 hands
Nobody's Harlequin  Nokrons Harlequin
Ronja
Severn Magic

Tresaison Hey Mambo! is for sale to a competitive or active riding cub home. She is for sale due to no fault of her own, due to increasing college and work commitments I no longer have the time this beauty needs therefore I am giving up horses. I have owned her for 4 years and I've put huge amount of time, effort and love into her, so this is a decision I have not made lightly.

Mambo is a rising 5 year old mainbook Knabstrupper (Knabstrupper x TB) mare by Nobody's Harlequin, out of a P2P mare and is eligible for grading. She is approximately 16hh at the moment, and should make a solid 16hh if not 16.1hh. She was bred and bought for competing so this is the type of home I would like for her. She has too much talent to be kept as happy hacker etc and loves to show it off. Mambo has 3 fantastic paces, a rhythmic trot and a powerful canter. She also has plenty of power and ability over a fence.

I am selling her as unbroken. She was professionally backed and ridden last summer however injury forced her to have the winter off. The injury was a fractured splint bone in her left hind which required box rest to heal - hence the winter off. It has fully healed, she has been completely sound since December, I've had veterinary assurance that this will not impact on her future ability. She is a sensitive and sharp mare by nature and was so during backing, she did buck. She is slightly 'cold backed' but this greatly improved the more she was ridden, I believe over time it will become no existent. It was never an issue when she was in ridden work, mostly she brings her back up when first mounted but once warmed up she relaxes completely. This would normally only take a lap of the arena in walk. Her back has been checked numerous times and is completely healthy. It just seems to be her and the weight is a sensation that she just needs that time to get accustomed to . It is due to this and her break from ridden work that I am selling her as unbroken and to a home with experience or at least access to experience of backing and producing young horses, especially those of a competition type. I am being over cautious and emphasising this to ensure I get her into the right home and give her the best oppertunity. Whist ridden Mambo proved to be a quick learner and eager yet sensible, excluding those normal baby moments. She worked beautifully in walk and trot and began work building on her canter. She also started some pole work, rein back, turn on the forehand and some lateral work. She was ridden inside, outside, in an open field and out on the road. She thrives on work so she is not the type to be left for long periods. This is part of the reason I should not keep her as my lack of time will do neither of us any favours.

She is a massive character, not a typical grumpy mare but she is a diva. She is affectionate, classy, sensitive, athletic, loyal, bold, intelligent, quirky and sharp. She will make a fantastic eventer or dressage partner as well as a best friend. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her cheeky character and very animated expressions. Due to her age she does still have baby moments and can be a bit boisterous but this really settled when in ridden work. She is full of mischief and as a baby picked up two blemishes in the field. Both are on the left fore and both do not effect her soundness or pose any future complications. There is a small splint which has not changed at all, she was never lame on it, vet checked and simply cosmetic. There is retained fluid on the knee, again this is just cosmetic, vet checked and caused by a knock and the fluid never receding. Never lame on this leg. This can be removed and drawn out but it doesn't effect her ability or soundness so I never did it.

Good to shoe although can be fidgety and impatient, she is currently shod on all fours. Great to catch and clip. She travels well but has need persuading to load recently, I do not have my own transport and the last few trips have been to the vet or a new yard, so understandably she's been reluctant. She's never failed to load though and always follows he stomach.

She is a very good doer - has been on a diet most of the winter and still a bit on the fat side! Work does tend to keep the weight off her though. She is kept on a busy yard so used to lots of sights and sounds, she was shown in hand also at some large shows. She lunges and long reins beautifully, I've long reined her on roads and she absolutely loves hacking out, particularly with company but has gone out alone.

She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth and physio/back treatments.

She is very well bred and a quality mare would make a great addition to a breeding programme in the future. She was bred by Tresaison Stud and her siblings have proven themselves in competition and stud spheres here and overseas.

This mare has truly been my horse of a lifetime and I am gutted I no longer have the time to realize our ambitions. I want to see her meet her potential so I must part with her. I have been bringing her back into work in preparation for riding, she is ready to go and begin that ridden career. I'm not rushing to get her sold but she is ready so I am keen to get her into a working home sooner rather than later. Whoever takes her on will have their hard work rewarded, I feel lucky to have had her and I've not had much of the exciting riding bits! No loans or trials, she is what she is with bags of potential. Price is very negotiable with the right home. Open to offers with a guide price of 2500.

Happy to take more and some videos for anyone interested. Just email me.

West Primero CDS

Hanoverian, Black, Colt, 1 years
Broadstone West Country  Weltmeyer
Walpurgiss
Wiane  Don Primero
Diane

Predominantly dressage bred Colt by Group 1 Belgian Warmblood graded stallion Broadstone West Country, who's sire is the world famous Weltmeyer.

Broadstone West Country has sired foals that have excelled in dressage, showing and Burghley young event horse classes. His dam is sired by Don Promero (by Donnerhall) so breeding is of exceptional quality for this Colt.

West Premero (Rauhbein) has a great disposition with the ability to go forward in any discipline. He attended Futurity grading in August last year with good results and comments were made of how relaxed and forward thinking he is.

He loads and travels well, even on long journeys alone or in company.

He is fully vaccinated and wormed to date and has regular routine visits from the farrier.

He has been stables and fed all winter on the best feed for his development.

He is settled alone or in company in the paddock and has a great fun character and loves to play.

He will lunge and has a great thirst to learn new things, he is a pleasure to do and is only for sale due to unforeseen owner illness.

A 5* knowledgable home is a must for this very special horse.

No time wasters please.
