Smashing, forward going all rounder, forward thinking, responsive horse - Bridget loves a variety of work and activity, the more the better! She is fun to ride and good to handle on the ground, with experience of a wide range of activities including jumping, XC, dressage, endurance, horse agility, has been the demo horse in clinics and attended numerous lessons in a variety of environments
Schooling novice - elementary dressage, 2’6 showjumping clear rounds, XC schooled including water, banks, ditches etc
Scopey, athletic jump – could easily go higher,
Currently competing endurance rides 32km (average speed 10.5kmph), loves endurance and we always get complimented on our trot up!
Hacks alone or in company, good in traffic, with tractors, children, dogs etc. Good in open spaces,never strong, always ridden in snaffle with no noseband (except for dressage competitions)
Good to catch, trim feet, with vet and load
Well behaved at shows, new places, waits quietly in collecting rings
Fit, currently schooling and hacking 3-4 times per week and endurance every other weekend, but can also be left for two weeks and get straight back on (no lungeing or anything)
Never been lame, sick, or sorry
Never bucked, reared or done anything nasty!
Up to date with tetanus vac, feet, teeth and back check ups
Open to any vet
Does not like to be stabled as a rule, but has stabled happily as long as able to see company
Light, responsive, forward going, thinking horse – not a novice ride; needs quiet, consistent riding with no conflicting signals
Suit teenager or lightweight adult who wants to have fun in any discipline, riding club etc.
