This filly is one of the boldest and most inquisitive fillies you will meet. She is full of character, intelligent, forward thinking, independent and very friendly. Lizzie will be one to want to learn and enjoy the challenges that everyday life and competition throws at her

She will mature around 15.2, be perfect for a small adult or keen teenager that is aiming to go far in Affiliated classes. She will be very versatile and could be aimed for BSJA, BE, BD or showing in working hunters. She could also be shown in hand at the county shows as a yearling through to a 3 year old in sports horse classes until her ridden career starts. A real fun pocket rocket in the making, anything is possible with this little one

Lizzie was entered into the showjumping section at the BEF Futurity's this year and received a Higher First premium. She scored a good vets score of 8.75. She also scored 8.75 for Frame and build with comments of 'Compact frame, good head and neck connection and nicely proportioned'. The Judges also said she has good suspension and is light off the ground in her Trot. Her Canter was said to have 'nice use of shoulder' and 'is nice and easy' for her Athleticism 'good ability to lengthen and shorten, independent and brave'

Her sire Shinglehall Senator is well known for passing on his bold and brave temperament which shows in Lizzie and seen in two other homebred fillies by him. He has competed lightly due to family commitments in Foxhunters, 1.30m classes and has been placed in working hunters. All of his stock have gained high scores when represented at the BEF Futurity's and are now winning and being placed in a number of disciplines proving themselves versatile and willing to turn a hoof to anything

Myspires Another Joy also by Shinglehall Senator was awarded a Higher First Premium as a foal in 2010 and was placed second overall in the country out of 114 eventing foals at the Osberton International BEF Finals. Now a 4 year old she has been under saddle for the last 4/5 months taking everything in her stride and winning/placed at every event out so far. Lizzie will be sure to follow in her foot steps having the same outlook on life and temperament as her older siblings

Her dam Triple Elle is Graded with SHB GB and is by the well know showjumping stallion Caretino Glory based at Brendon Stud. He is known for having an outstanding correct and careful technique over a fence and for his extravagant, elastic suspension in his paces with a suburb pedigree. He is competing at 1.40m/1.50m himself and has produced some fantastic progeny such as Sussex Caretino who has won countless classes to her name

Triple Elle has produced two other fillies which are half siblings to Lizzie, both of which can been seen at the stud and have themselves been awarded Higher First Premiums with the BEF. They have also been placed out showing in sports horse classes

As you can see Lizzie has the full package, not only the conformation, movement and type to go with her temperament and bold out look on life but proof in her older siblings and parents pedigree to be the starting point of an exciting competition prospect for the future

Summerhouse is a family owned business set up in 1978 by Sheila and John Weston and run by their daughter, Helen Gallop and granddaughter, Sara Gallop.

Helen holds the BHSI, is a BS course builder, a BHS examiner, an internal and external verifier and a Pony Club Examiner. Sara holds her BHSII, is a BS course builder and International Dressage Rider & Trainer holding 2 National and 4 Regional Titles - training under Carl Hester. We have professional, fully qualified instructors including 4 BHSI's, 6 BHSII's and 10 BHSAI's

Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced rider, we have the horses to suit you. We offer the chance for you to loan or own a school horse. A great way of having the experience of your own horse without the outlay. We also have a Pony Club for children without ponies and run summer camps every year. Our birthday and mini pony parties are very popular. The yard is home to 50 horses - ranging from Barbie our 26 inch miniature pony & Chester the 12hh lead rein pony to Saab our 17.3hh Shire Cross & Vince a 17.1hh Dutch Warmblood who is one of our Grand Prix dressage schoolmasters
