A RARE OPPORTUNITY to buy 1 or 2 Licensed Welsh Cob Sec D Cremello Stallions for Riding/Breeding/Driving
This advert is for NIBELEY APOLLO (see other advert for NIBELEY WHITE GOLD)
Apollo is a 4yr old Cremello Welsh Sec D Stallion with exceptional breeding. By Rhencullen Vanilla Ice (Kalistalodge The Iceman who was sold for £7000 at Builth Welsh Sales) x Tuscani Moonlight (Hendrewen Dundee x Derwen Replica).
Nibeley Apollo measures 15hh, he has lovely conformation with an extremely pretty head, he still has a lot of maturing to do. Apollo has plenty of bone and a good length of rein, he should make a lovely ridden prospect. We think he would make an ideal cross with most mares as he has super conformation, combined with his fantastic movement he is sure to produce foals that will turn heads.
This is his second year as a licensed stallion and he has proven to produce typey foals that have good movement (photos on request). Apollo has been collected from for AI purposes and teases/covers in hand. In our experience Welsh Cob cross exceptionally well with warmbloods for an exciting dressage / show prospect!
It has been a hard decision to sell my two gorgeous Cremello Welsh Sec D Stallions but due to personal circumstances we feel this is in the best interests of the stallions. We plan to start breaking them in the next few weeks if they are not sold beforehand, but we have advertised them earlier than planned to enable interested studs to purchase in time to use them this season. Before they are broken, we are happy to negotiate the price but they will both be more expensive once they have been sat on. If you are interested and can offer a kind home for either one or both please call for a chat or viewing.
The DNA results for both stallions were the same, (Animal Genetics): ee Homozygous red. They carry two copies of the Red gene. They have a red base pigment. Aa Hetrozygous. They both carry one copy of the Agouti gene.

Both stallions have been bought up together and are happy being turned out together, even during the breeding season. We believe they would make a wonderful driving pair as well as for riding and breeding dilute foals.
