Genuine sale as sadly outgrown.

Gambit was bought as a first pony for our daughter aged 9 (now 12) and has taught her how to ride and more importantly given her a love of horses and a confidence and happiness that only a bond with a pony can give. From day 1 she has looked after him herself - he is really easy to do and very kind in the stable. We go to the beach a lot, ride on open moorland and hills and go to pony club rallies / camps and various NSEA competitions. He competes comfortably from 60 cm to 75 cm and regularly jumps 80-90 with the occasional 1m at home. He is able to make tight turns in a jump off and is much loved at home, PC and on our school equestrian yard.

He loves hunting, XC, showjumping, Tetrathlon, gymkhana and hacking out. He is always keen and never mean, but is definitely a second pony as is forward going. He is always happy to go and do something – we make up random things to do and to jump all the time. Great in every way - load, travel, catch (no headcollar needed), shoe, clip and safe with traffic, loud machinery, dogs and farm animals. He suits a confident and capable rider that loves to jump. He is so patient and sweet natured and will happily stand for ages if you want to give him fuss and attention .

Jumped clear at NSEA Grassroots at Hickstead 2024 in both Team 50 and 60cm, and within 0.49 second of optimum time. Can ride and lead or be led. His wonderful temperament (regularly gets ridden backwards, jumped bareback or with no reins or no stirrups etc) is not to be missed – he doesn’t have a bad bone. He has been featured on front cover of Pony Magazine and has a Prophet’s thumbprint. He is fast - our Head PC instructor thinks he would be brilliant at pony racing - we have only played at home with this and it was going to be the next thing we tried with him.

The only thing we haven’t done is much dressage as it’s not my daughter’s interest. Sad sale as the whole family adore him but my daughter is very tall for her age and has outgrown him. Vices - He doesn’t like his one ear being touched, can be a little sensitive and he can pace at a hunt meet or in a stable if bored.

5 star home essential - we would love to stay in touch. Based in Herefordshire. Sale includes full wardrobe (saddle was purchased and fitted for him) Whatsapp Joanna 07977 22 89 45 for more photos / videos or look at #gambitthepony on Instagram.

Compact 14hh, 8 yo, Connemara Mare.

Maisie has been with us for the last 3 years, she’s been ridden & brought on by my daughter who is now 14 & sadly outgrown her. Maisie is a fantastic & hardy trail hunting pony, forward going but she can also stay at the back.

Maisie is very sure footed, jumping hedges, ditches, rails & walls & crossing all types of country.

Trail hunting is Maisie's number one love.

She has been to Pony Club Camp for the last three summers, she's won hunter trials, WHP & showjumping classes at 70 & 80cm but has also competed at 90cm. She qualified for PC Regional Grassroots 80cm Eventing Championships & she's won & qualified at both Showjumping & Arena Eventing NSEA competitions. Maisie has also Pony Raced coming 2nd twice & 4th twice.

She’s been part of a hunt relay team & done mounted games - she was fun & competitive in all of those.
Maisie hacks alone, in company & in wide open spaces. She’s fine in traffic & lives on a working farm.

She's very easy to look after & to catch, box, shoe & clip.

She has mild sweet itch which is easily managed. She has just passed a 5 stage vetting. Price includes saddle, bridle, bits, numnahs & rugs which are worth over £1K.

We are based on the Scottish Border, just off the A68 between Newcastle & Edinburgh.

Nice attitude towards work, going nicely on the flat, shows a nice shape over and fence and has hacked out in open spaces in groups.

We have done some pc rallies, race rallies and lessons with her and she is fine in that type of group environment. Hacked out all over the common navigating ditches, streams etc She is fantastic to turn so would be very fast against the clock in a jump off, has seen games equipment and has been lightly raced.

We haven't had her racing fit yet and think she would be a real contender for PC Race Days and P2P next year.

She has had a short break just to let it all sink in and now back in work and ready to go. My son got straight back on her with no issues.

Good to clip, catch, shoe (has fronts), sometimes wants food to go on the lorry alone but never takes more than a few minutes to go on and travels well alone and in company. Snaffle mouth and not strong. Prefers to live out but we have stabled her in bad weather. Has two small splints on her front legs which the vet has looked at and said are purely cosmetic, they aren't near a joint.

Low mileage and ready for someone to put their stamp on her. She is not a first pony or one for a nervous rider.
Lots of videos available.
Tack and rugs available separately.

Beautiful 12.1 rising 9 year old British riding pony looking for his new family, unfortunately we no longer have a rider for him and therefore he has been out of work since the autumn but is ready to be brought back in for a summer of fun!

He has hacked, schooled and in previous home went to pony club.

We are absolutely open to viewing/ inspections but as he’s been out of work so as such is sold from the field and looking for someone to bring him back in, he will be great fun when he’s going again although we haven’t used him for jumping he has great enthusiasm for jumping on the lunge.

  • Superb Allrounder - BS, Pony Club, NSEA, ODEs, PC Dressage, Hunted, PC Racing, Polo

Coloured mare, 16YO, 13.1HH (could possibly measure down, but we started off not pursuing BS, so never invested time on topic.)

Sweetie ("Sweetie Heart") is the perfect all rounder pony, extremely versatile, performing well at show jumping, eventing, dressage, hunting, BS, Pony Club and NSEA, pony racing at Cheltenham and even some beginner polo with the Beaufort Polo Club. She recently won the British Showjumping Bronze League in the South West region.

My son loves show jumping and Sweetie has been the perfect schoolmaster to take him up from unaffiliated 60cm up the grades to affiliated 85cm, but sadly he has now outgrown her. She is very genuine. She is safely forward and fun, with excellent brakes. She has proven to be fast against the clock, mainly owing to her ability to turn on a sixpence without unbalancing her jockey and forever willing to help him out to get to the finish line. My son regularly competed straight out of boarding school and is not the bravest of riders, but they have brought home countless rosettes and numerous qualifications and he has formed a strong bond with this super little pony. I have always stopped him competing over 85cm affiliated, but have watched her pop 1m15 Chase me Charlie!

One Day Eventing - she loves cross country and will happily jump into water, over coffins, trakehners, skinnies, whatever is asked of her and easily makes the time. She produces a lovely dressage test, placed in the PC Dressage Championships, and is easy to get on the bit and into a nice rhythm. She is well schooled and ridden regularly by a small pro. He hasn’t done a lot of ODEs on her, but has always been placed. She was 3rd individually at Rectory Farm ODE 70cm 2023 with 73% Dressage (against adults - same course as the PC Champs, following day); Shipton Moyne Beaufort Pony Club ODE, Team 2nd. He has regularly schooled her over 80/85cm.

She has hunted with the VWH and jumped everything asked of her. My son has done a few lessons at the Beaufort Polo Club and she was unfazed, sharp off the leg, and loved every minute of it!

She has been incredibly well cared for with us, without exception, including regular worming, vaccinations, dentistry, physio and is healthy and sound. She is easy to clip, shoe, worm, lunge, lead off / lead (even off a bicycle, responding beautifully to canter, wow, etc.). I'm looking for a home who are set up and able to ensure her cherished lifestyle continues as deserved. Company and all year turn out is important to me personally as something all our horses enjoy.

Open to vetting. Based near Chippenham / Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Vices - she is not a pony that loves to be fussed and cuddled. No malice and never bites or kicks, just prefers her own space. She prefers to travel with another (does not like trailers), though we have regularly taken her to shows alone, including stay-overs.

I would love to keep this pony forever as we all adore her, so this will be a heartbreaking sale for us, but my son has definitely outgrown her. She needs a new jockey to take her reins and have some fun! The home is very important to us and will be vetted. We would love to keep in touch. Please no amateurs, she is a competition pony.

Her stable name is Pixie and she was a Pony Club pony doing all the normal things they do, Show Jumping, Dressage, Arena Eventing until we discovered another button, the racing one.

It is in her blood her grand-dam was one of Bill Smith's racing Arabs.

Sadly her present jockey is moving up to the Race course Series where as Pixie's perfect distance is 6 to 8 furlongs. While with her she had 3 wins and many placings, her ideal is to do Pony Club Racedays and P2P.

Last summer they attended the summer Newmarket Racing Camp and 2024 culminated in being placed 3rd in the 148cm PC Racing National League. She won the Best Turned Out nearly everytime she went out. Before this with another rider she had the great honour of standing in the Royal Ascot's winners box after her very first ever race.

I am looking for a sensitive, competent rider who will understand the odd quirks that she can have, one of which is SJ only on a surface, and she is unbeatable in a jump off on that, grass no thank you.

She is up to date with all jabs etc and racing fit. She will travel for miles and you don't even realise she is there. It is with a sad heart but we know this is the right thing for her.

13.1 British Riding Pony Racing/allrounder

  • Lovely character who makes a good allrounder
  • History of Pony Racing and some PRA

Maisie is looking for a new loving home as she is simply outgrown. 13.1 British Riding Pony just turned 15 in May.
Maisie would make a fantastic allrounder as she has really embraced different disciplines with us and would make someone a fantastic PC ride or even competition use in SJ or dressage. She also thoroughly enjoyed her first time on the XC and jumped everything asked of her. She is such a sweet girl who loves a fuss and is very well mannered. She will be up to date with feet, teeth, flu etc.

She is barefoot as she has sensitive feet, but this is only shown on very stoney ground otherwise she is absolutely fine out hacking on roads etc.

She is probably more suited to a more confident jockey as she can be more forward going when jumping due to excitement albeit she is easily brought back and has settled a lot the more she has done. Has done Pony Racing as part of Pony Club and some PRA events with previous owners and ourselves. She could easily pick this up again with the right training and fitness.

More photos and videos available on request.

The ultimate U10/Bronze League pony. Curly started my daughter off from 6 years old to now 9 years old but we are now having to cut back hence sale. She will jump up to and at 90cm all day long, too many double clears to mention. This pony would also step up with a more experienced child, she is as brave as they get.

Curly won the 128 championship at Pickering Grange THIS April and brought home a beautiful rug, sash, rosette and a bottle of champagne!

Curly will always have the quickest time in a jump off, she can turn on a six pence no questions asked. Two years running she had the quickest time in the Stepping Stones Jump Off but sadly rolled a pole.

Won the U10 Welsh Home Pony where she jumped 2 rounds clear and a third against the clock which she took the lead and won for her team. She brought us home another rug, sash and beautiful rosette.

Double clears every single day at Welsh home pony last year. She can jump every day at an away show and still pull it out the bag each and every time.

Curly has won the West Midlands Bronze league medal 3 seasons running. Currently in the lead for this season too.

She jumped with John Whitaker in the Bolesworth Mini Major in 2024.

Curly won the Scope Tiny Tots qualifier in 2024.

Curly has qualified for the Springboard, Stepping Stones, Cats and Pipes 2025 finals.

The list really does go on and on…

Curly will stay in competition until she sells.

She will be going on sales livery for viewings as we cannot deal with time wasters, we think the world of this mare and will find this incredibly hard.

Please note, Curly is impatient on the floor, not keen on fuss or attention (typical welshy!) but absolutely golden when in tack and to ride. My daughter can do everything with her herself.

No stable or ridden vices.

We have endless videos of this one in a million pony.

Open to sensible offers.

13.2hh | 16-year-old Registered Welsh Section C Mare.

Tally is a super little mare who’s done it all – Pony Club rallies, pony racing, showjumping, cross-country, fun rides, and she is a fantastic hunting pony. She’s grown up in a riding school, and was there for 12 years. She’s a very special pony.

Tally has also been used for in hand equine therapy sessions for children and adults with additional needs.

She’s great to hack out, whether on her own or with others and is good in open spaces. She’s used to machinery and good in traffic.

Tally’s been part of the Pony Racing Authority’s Jockey Pathway Training Scheme, giving young riders the chance to safely experience race days at amazing venues like Ascot and Cheltenham. She is not a fizzy racing pony.

She’s easy to have around, doesn’t need to be ridden every day, and is exactly the same even after time off. She’s perfect to handle and loves all the fuss, very easy pony to have around.

Dreamer is the most perfect pony to have on the yard. She’s very easy to do in all ways.

Can be managed by children, she loves the fuss and attention.

Hacks up the road alone or in company.

We have had a lot of fun with dreamer but we just outgrew her to quicky.

She’s the perfect pony to get the little ones going whilst having fun.

Will jump up to springboards (90cm). The perfect under 10’s pony.

But would also be the ultimate pony club pony.

She’s definitely more kick than go. But when the legs grow she has different gears for them.

Never been sick or sorry. Just a straight forward pony.
