Toffee has an impressive CV:

Since being with his current owners he has done PC camp twice, ODE, fun rides, unaffiliated dressage, XC schooled and hunted with the Bicester.

Many placings and wins at unaffiliated show jumping and dressage at local level.

Toffee had an impressive record in the show ring before current owners bought him including WHP, show hunter and side saddle.

He has an incredibly scopey jump, jumping 1m at home with ease. Easy to jump around a course, never strong or silly.

Snaffle mouthed, he carries himself beautifully and is a dream to school.

Good to hack alone and in company (traffic never an issue).

He has been the most genuine and loving little pony, an absolute diamond to have on the yard.

He has happily shared a stable with a small pony, never nasty. Loves kisses, cuddles and fuss.

Easy to lead rein and can be hacked by a lightweight adult.

Turned out with geldings and mares.

He tries his hardest at everything and is ready for new adventures. For sale through no fault of his own.

Teeth, feet and worming all up to date.

Tack and rugs included in the price. £5,500

5* home only, for their very special, much loved pony.

We bred Archie for my son who is not only far too big for him, but is also not interested in riding! He is the most lovely character to have around, very confident and inquisitive, but always polite and well mannered. He is great to do everything with on the ground, but unfortunately, due to lack of a rider small enough has had very little done with him.

We finally backed him last summer and he never put a foot wrong. He has a light, soft mouth, but has not really been asked to work in an outline (although he tends to) and he has only been walked and trotted. As you would expect with his breeding he has great conformation and fantastic movement and paces.

He would excel at dressage but equally has the presence to be a county level WHP or SHP. Would also make a great all round pony club pony, although he may be slightly wasted doing this.

Kind, gentle, knowledgeable home is required, where his education will be continued. Loan home definitely preferred, but may consider sale to the right person. I don't mind what he goes on to do, as long as he does something, as he is too intelligent to stand in a field looking pretty any longer - he needs a job to do and a rider of his own!

He will be 7 this spring. He is used to mad dogs, cats, chickens and gets on well with other horses. He is pretty much unfazed by anything. He is in his winter woollies at the moment and the photos him aren't great...the first one is a couple of years ago and although it is quite a good resemblance, he has matured and filled out a little since then.

This lovely, talented pony has it all - exceptional movement, superb jumping ability, correct conformation and consistent, varied competition experience. She has successfully competed on inter-schools teams, PC eventing, show-jumping, dressage and regularly hunted with the North Cotswold.

She would have the paces, charisma and aptitude to go into pure dressage or equally the scope for BSJA.

She would also be an exciting WHP prospect - she's a real head turning superstar.

She's a very well behaved pony, with lovely manners and is good to shoe, catch, box, clip and in traffic. Very straightforward to do.
Sadly for sale because we can't do her justice due to ill health.

A seriously exciting prospect for a keen junior. Please message or ring for further details. Can be viewed near Hartpury, Gloucestershire.

Flash is forward going and has a bold jump over fences. Very careful, turns on a sixpence and in the air.  Placed at Arena UK 2016 Halloween Show

Gained all 4 discovery double clears for 2016 second rounds in 4 consecutive shows over 3 weeks. Has competed unto Newcomers and Springboards

At Scope 2015 he qualified for the finals in the main arena in both classes he was entered into which were the Old school Novice (90-1m) and Cats and Pipes (85-95cm) and was placed multiple times over the week including being placed in the cats and pipes final.

  • Qualified for the BSJA Nationals 2015 coming 9th in the 138 bronze league final.
  • Qualified Blue Chip each year.
  • Qualified Scope 2014 coming 3rd in the British novice second rounds and 2015 but only attended in 2015

He’s a true contender for the 11 and under and 138 classes such as Cats and Pipes and Stepping Stones 2017. He could easily be in the Scope finals again with his next rider. Has jumped over single fences up to 1.30m at home but my daughter is now too tall to ask him to jump as big anymore

Rarely comes home without a rosette or money, has a sweet nature and is a pleasure to own, he needs a loving home where he will be competed regularly as this is what he enjoys. Not a novice ride but has a soft snaffle mouth. Ideal for a confident rider who wants to go out and jump up to 1m tracks with potential to go further.

Currently wasted as jockey is too tall and out of 138 classes so hasn't competed much and done unafiliated with numerous wins this year but is still kept fit and jumps at home so is ready to get straight back out on the circuit.

Good to catch, box, hacks alone and in company, shoe and clip however is nervous around his face. Clean legs never sick or sorry More photos and videos available on request and on Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU7FcGmFnKpszcgq8eXydGw

A pony more important than a price, but feel free to give me a few grand if it makes it less ‘dodgy’. Due to his unique character, I am far more interested in finding him the right home than making my bank account bigger.

Gipsyville Chatterbox (Chat/ Mr Box) 13 hand 8 year old (2008) registered section B gelding. Absolutely heart breaking sale of this divine pony due to child insisting on growing. however it is incredible how much Abbie has learnt on a pony like Chatterbox, but she really is massive on him now. Chat is the sort of pony you REALLY learn to ride on its not always been rainbows and cupcake smiles, but Abbie has found him exciting, rewarding and amazing as well as challenging. This pony has changed her from a run of the mill pony club kid to being a sympathetic, tactful and understanding dressage rider, who is now using her skills to bring on a much less talented (in dressage) event pony.

We have had Chat for since a 4 year old, which he was originally produced for showing, he has had success, however he has shown he enjoys much more challenging work as he has one hell of a brain on him and was destined for greater things than waiting in line for an hour before doing a simple 2 minute show… Chat likes to crack on and do!

Chat loves nothing more than school work. He is established at Prelim level and is working and competing at Novice with the odd Elementary move (leg yield, 10m canter circles, collected trot work) and has also been to Sheepgate BYRDS champs in August 2016

He is a seriously keen student and lives to work, he never loses focus on his job and tries so very hard! He will suit a serious dressage addict. He has the most amazing walk, a cadenced trot and fabulous canter, he is not lazy in any way and has a super soft mouth he can be ridden by the smallest rider as he is so light to ride, but is sensitive, he is a high energy pony, so nervous and novice riders are not suitable for him.

Chat is 100% load, shoe and clip, he also is super to hack and turnout with others and will equally stable happily! Chatterbox does like to crib bite in his spare time, but this reduces dramatically when turned out for summer with plenty of friends. He has never worn a collar and does not ever wish to wear one in the future.

We have jumped and cross country Chat lightly as a bit of fun, up to 70cm to keep his work varied, however he is very green in this area, so needs encouraging to get going! He has won local hunter trials and also been eliminated… it just depends if he’s in a jumping mood! (he’s always in a dressage mood!)

New partner in crime needed ASAP!!! Please do NOT enquire if your child does not like forward ponies or is still on lead rein, if you don’t like crib biters or your parents haven’t even given you permission to buy a pony!

Chat has been out of work since October due to serious lack of time, so will probably be quite fresh for a few weeks before he settles into work again, but nothing Abbie hasn’t been able to deal with in the past when he’s had holidays. I’m a super friendly person as long as you’re not moron timewaster, so I’m happy to answer any questions that haven’t already been clarified on the advert.

We have had an amazing eighteen months with Choccie. Our daughter was happy jumping 60cms on her first pony but Choccie has taken her to a new level of height and confidence. He is totally straight forward who wants to please. He is perfect to hack, shoe, catch farrier etc

Snaffle mouth although hunting cross country we wear a Pelham.

His competition record speaks for itself 152 rosettes and 6 trophies.

I could not of dreamed of a better second pony. The only reason he is forsale is because he sadly can't grow with our daughter.

We are looking for a talented, proven pony (not necessarily in the show ring but quality enough that he/she could multi task) that will see my daughter through the next 12/18 months. She has enjoyed many days hunting and been successful in the NSEA Style & Performance classes on her pony that is not the most genuine or easy and we are looking for a pony to show her the next steps of the competitive ladder.

We are based with one of the countries most regarded instructors and we can offer a 5* experienced home. We do not want any green, sharp, unbroken ponies at this point as we would not be able to progress this season. We have a small budget to purchase but ideally somebody looking for a talented and dedicated young jockey that would consider a loan would be our preference. References can be provided.

Please email with details in the first place.

Very sad sale of our much loved Tommy who has been outgrown after nearly 4 years. Laidback confident pony who is unfazed by anything.

Won over £120 Bsja 2016. Qualified for Stepping Stones 2016. Bronze league 2016 Eastern region. Many wins unaffiliated show jumping. Very scopey jump, will jump 1.10 at home.

  • Done all pony club activities including main camp, been on pony club show jumping teams.
  • Won Flamstead Pony Club Hunter trial in 2016 and also won pairs class too. Good water, ditches.
  • Many clears cross country (Rosehill, MKEC and Puckeridge) as part of pony club tetrathlon competitions
  • Placed in only ODE we have done, would do lovely dressage test if my daughter was more interested in flat work

Stunning looking pony - well bred from Cusop lines and much admired whenever we take him out. Looks like a mini horse. Welsh B x Arab
2014/2015 had a lot of local success in first ridden and pony club competitions - won East Herts First Ridden and Pony club pony classes and qualified for Chiltern and Thames championship. As evidence of kind nature has also won fancy dress class.

Has hunted and behaved impeccably. Brilliant to hack alone or in company, never strong or spooky but always forward going. Good in traffic and well used to farm traffic

Easy to handle in all respects - box, will come to call in field, clip, he came to us unshod and we have felt he needed shoes

Never bucked, reared, bolted, bitten etc. At 6 years he was first pony for 7 year old who had only ridden at riding school, but feel he better suits a competitive rider rather than beginner as she was.

Has been a fantastic lovely pony to own. We would like to stay in touch with Tommy and potentially buy him back for much younger sister.

Very well put together, mature and lovely balanced paces. Rising 5 years.

This lovely little mare was broken last summer then turned away to mature. She has now been back in work for a couple of months and it fit and ready to start competing.  She goes very well on the flat and is showing great promise with her jumping.  She is very scopey and is jumping a course of fences at home with fillers and water trays.

She is bred almost the same (same sire, dams were sisters) as Blisland High Flyer who has just been sold to the USA after a fantastic first season as a WHP, winning many championships and jumping clear at HOYS at only 5 years old.  This pony definitely looks set to follow in her brother's footsteps.

Still owned by the breeder.

This pony has a fab future ahead of him and is available to loan only, as we wish to keep him for our grandchildren.

He has been lightly shown on the Lead Rein and in novice ridden classes, just a handful of times during 2016. He has behaved impeccably on the lead and even carried a drum major fancy dress outfit. He has been successfully introduced to the ring off the lead, with a lightweight adult.

He has just started doing pole work and happily will pop over a little jump. We are seeking either a home that will show him as a first ridden / junior ridden / open ridden or a home where he will progress with his jumping and move on to cradle stakes / M&M WHP. Possibly an active pony club home may also suit.

He is easy to do , loads and travels well, good to clip, with farrier and has hacked out on his own and in company. Good at shows needing very little working in. He has the potential to go right to the top with excellent bone and fabulous movement. Grandson is to small / young to do first ridden with him so he is totally wasted at present .

Any one interested in having him on loan please do get in touch for a chat. We are located near J24 of the M5 and pony could stay here with us free of charge if any one was local.

Loan home will be checked and we would expect to be kept informed of shows etc that pony attends.

  • Confidence Giver

I am looking for the impossible!

A proper first ridden pony 12hh-12.3hh for a very keen 6 year old jockey who came off the lead rein in the summer of 2016. Sex and colour are not important. Age, ideally 8 and above. We are looking for a schoolmaster/mistress type who can bring our daughter on and who she can have a lot of fun with at events and hacking alike.

She has been riding since she was 2 on her Dartmoor hill pony, who is a much loved member of the family. He has served us well but he is not a first ridden and as such has damaged her confidence. She has regular lessons at a local riding school to improve her riding and restore some of her confidence. She is now cantering well unaided having moved up to the novice group and is continuing to progress well.

We are looking to buy but we are open to loans or LWVTB would be ideal, so we can really see how the pair get on at home.

  • Must be sane and sensible, a real child's pony
  • Must know it's job and be able to teach a nervous jockey to jump
  • No lumps and bumps, clean bill of health required
  • Travels well alone and in company
  • Gets on well with mares
  • No sweet-itch or laminitis cases please
  • Open to 5 stage vetting & bloods
  • No quirks i.e. jumping stable doors or out of paddocks.

We have a small private yard near Chipping Norton. We are also an approved foster home for horses by a large national charity.

Thank you for taking the time to read my advert.
