Bayview Full of Joy registered Shetland pony mare who i believe has bred in the past. Joy has been part of our family for nearly 5 years. She is such an amazing little pony who has brought so much happiness and made the most amazing memories.

Joy was broken in by us as lived as a broodmare previously. She is so good to handle tack up and groom and clip etc.

We have done lead rein showing up to county level with Joy she has a string of championships wins. She rides off the lead hacking - she will hack anywhere take lead file or tootle behind.

We have not cantered her in the school. My daughter is only 5 so not at that stage although has had a cheeky canter to catch up whilst out hacking.

Joy has never had any health issues- no laminitis. She is vaccinated.

Joy has not been ridden since May as my daughter wanted to show her sec a and doesn’t want to ride Joy any longer So I gave them some time off hoping that given time the dust would settle and my daughter would ride her again no it’s not going to happen and now i genuinely think Joy is missing going out hacking and having fun.

Therefore I would like her to go to a hacking / light showing home or as a broodmare. You will have to just take a little time to get her going again.

She is a dear little pony who deserves to have fun. You will not catch her in a big field. I keep her in a smaller paddock with the other pony and no issues at catching - they are stabled at night. She travels in a lorry or trailer.

She has such a lovely nature she can be nervous with meeting new people but equally she will go into an evening performance not wearing ear plugs.

No loans or trials open to vetting if required. Serious enquires only i feel a knowledgeable home will be more suited her to build a partnership again.

Carta has proven himself as one of the best lead rein ponies on the circuit

He is a dream to show and a real showman, never fazed in the busiest of atmospheres, we have also taught two tiny tots their rising trot on him & he is unfazed if they loose their balance

Carta has stood in the top four at RIHS & HOYS consistently and always picks up his tickets easily, never over shown

This season results :
1st & Champion at The North of England
1st & Champion at Lincolnshire County
1st & Reserve Champion at The Great Yorkshire

We have shown Carta off the lead in a handful of classes where he has held his own standing 2nd in his only open HOYS qualifier

Ponies of this calibre rarely come on the market & we believe he has the limb, scope, conformation & movement to go down the centre line

SANDIE- Super cute and well-marked showing prospect

  • Super cute personality

Sandie, rising 6 year old, approximately 31”, she is a well- marked Shetland. For what she lacks in height she makes up for with character with heaps of cute cheeky sassy personality.

I have owned Sandie for 4 years and have done a few showing shows where she has placed. She also comes out on in hand walks and runs. She has furthermore made a perfect companion for ponies and horses of all shapes and sizes.

Unfortunately i am going to University and unable to bring her. She would suit an adult home where she receives the attention she needs and be able to pursue a showing career where I’m positive she would thrive due to her flashy moves.

She’s good with the farrier for a trim, to clip and handle.

Hools Elevation

Well bred standard Shetland black gelding 41 inches (ish) hasn’t been officially measured.

Hector is 4 years old so still relatively green but has done basic work both on and off the lead rein and is showing great potential. He will make a fabulous all rounder with the looks and conformation to go far.

He has been handled daily by a very young child and has put up happily with all that it entails being loved by a little girl including the fancy dress outfits ranging from being lead by a shark to being flapped at and never offered to think of it as being anything other than normal.

Is fabulous for all the daily life tasks including travelling, feet, clipping and being stabled.

Hector has all the makings of fabulous pony and now just needs bringing on to reach his full potential would be a great Shetland grand national prospect, workers or showing or just simply a child’s best friend.

Hector has lived at home on the Isle of Man for last few years with us but is now at a yard in Cumbria.

I have altered Hectors price this is absolutely no reflection on him and is purely my confusion at the current market I thought I’d priced him fairly compared to others on the market.

I have had this pony since weaned. I bought him as feral and unhandled.

I spent the first 12/18 months slowly introducing him to been halter broken, handled and then on to daily turn out. He was Wild.

He then went on to be turned out to grow and relax after his training.

He is a very friendly sweet boy.

And in time, once castrated, would make a lovely child’s pony or companion as he is great with other horses and ponies.

Fully up to date with vaccinations and feet.

I have had this pony since weaned. I bought him unhandled and feral.

He was introduced slowly to his new life, spending the first 12/18 months halter breaking and handling him, progressing on to daily turnout.

Then after all that training he has then been turned out to eat and grow.

He has a lovely temperament and would make a fantastic child’s pony in time or if kept entire a nice stallion.

He is from good breeding lines and has the most beautiful head.

He is fully up to date with vaccinations and feet.
