  • ROR, RC, potential Grassroots 80/90 horse
  • Fantastic temperament and trainable attitude

I have owned Port for over 7 years. He is talented in all aspects, I only wish I had the time to do him justice as his full potential has not been realised yet.

Have mainly focused on BD as I am not the worlds bravest jumper. Competing at regionals with top 10 placings, winner at a Pet plan final and competing at winter championships.

He has also competed at the ROR regional championships winning the Welsh regional Elementary and winning the Medium at the southern regional at Blenheim.

Port really loves his jumping and is now ready to take on BE / Grassroots 80 / 90’s and combined training.

Before I bought Port he was successful in the show ring at county level. Having fabulous conformation, beautiful paces and manners. This is an area he could seriously excel in.

Great to catch, shoe, clip, load and good for the dentist.

Hacks alone and in company, very good in traffic.

Kind, knowledgeable, experienced home is paramount. Lightweight rider preferred.

Based in Worcestershire.

15.3hh 7-year-old Thoroughbred mare with three lovely, expressive paces and an athletic, eye-catching build. Lovely natured, Clover is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced.

Naturally forward and elegant, showing real promise when in work. She has been underworked for a while due to University commitments, but it wont take long to get her back to peak condition. Clover is not a novice ride - she’s sensitive and can be quirky, so needs a confident, capable rider, but will be great fun for the right owner.

Very bold and brave.
Easy to catch, clip, load etc.
Will stand all day to be made a fuss over.

Hoping to find Clover’s next home quickly, which is also reflected in her price - but please no time wasters. She is much loved, and will only go to a good home.

Talented & Genuine 11yo 16hh TB Gelding.

This smart, kind-hearted gelding is a true all-rounder with a proven record both in competition and at home. Recently placing 2nd in a large combined training class, he delivered a flawless performance — clear in the showjumping and a confident clear over 12 XC fences, he has experience round BE90

Jack takes everything in his stride, bold and genuine with ditches, steps and water, making him a pleasure to ride cross-country.

A joy to hack, he is happy to go first or last, alone or in company, with a steady, balanced canter in open spaces. On the flat, he works in a soft, correct outline and is responsive to ride. He has been to numerous showjumping outings, placing in both 90cm and 1m classes, showing scope, carefulness, and a brave attitude to his fences.

With impeccable manners both in and out of the stable, he is a gentleman to catch, handle, and load. Whether you’re looking for a fun, competitive partner or a smart all-rounder to enjoy at home and out competing, he is ready to take his next rider on plenty of adventures.

We’ve had a lot of fun with Jack since he joined us and would love him to find a home where the fun would carry on.

Beautiful grey 2018 thoroughbred gelding standing at a full up 16hh, Charlie is thickset for a TB and rides more like an ISH.

He has hunted two seasons, knows the job inside out but is also an excellent riding club type.

Charlie has nice paces on the flat, always snaffle mouthed and is pretty much anyone’s ride, he isn’t sharp, sensitive or challenging in any way shape or form.

Charlie loves hacking, will go out on the buckle with or without friends and couldn’t care what passes him, he’s just brilliant hacking and would easily do a happy hacking job. He’s a leg on easy going laid back ride.

He has a great pop in him over fences, a willing attitude and lots of scope, he gives you a really good feeling.

Charlie is sweet on the ground, a kind person and easy to have in the yard, great to do and a good doer, will live in or out.

Lovely 8yo Thoroughbred Gelding – Kind, Willing & Full of Potential

  • Stable name: George
  • Breed: Thoroughbred
  • Colour: Chestnut
  • Health: Fit and in work
  • Age: 8 years
  • Height: 15.3
  • Location: Somerset, near Yeovil

Last in Line, known as George, is a charming 8-year-old Thoroughbred chestnut gelding with a lovely temperament and a willingness to learn.

George is an ex-racehorse and is RoR eligible, although he has not yet attended any classes or events. He competed in three races, with his last run in January 2024, but it became clear that racing was not his forte, as reflected in his race record. Since then, he has been in regular work and is showing real promise with his schooling. George is a quick and willing learner who enjoys having a job and responds well to guidance. We have also been having fun exploring natural horsemanship and liberty work, which he loves—he enjoys using his brain and engaging with new challenges. He has been with me since April 2024 and is only in his second home since birth (aside from his brief racing training), so he hasn’t been passed from home to home.

George is still a little unbalanced and green in his training, so he would be best suited to an experienced rider with the knowledge, patience and confidence to continue his education. He is a brave and willing horse, but he thrives on reassurance and takes a lot of confidence from his rider. At present, George is also schooled weekly by an experienced event rider who really enjoys working with him and would be happy to speak with prospective buyers about his progress. For those genuinely interested, I can provide a full discussion of his work, along with videos and photos to give a clear picture of how he is developing. He is available to view in excellent facilities where you can see him in work firsthand. Despite being green, George has mostly been ridden by me, essentially a novice and he has always been patient, kind, and looked after me, which says a great deal about his genuine and forgiving nature.

George is gent to catch, clip, with the farrier and he has recently had his teeth done. He is fully up to date with all vaccinations and his recent records are available to view. While with me, he has also received regular physiotherapy and saddle checks to ensure he is kept comfortable and well. The only area we have noticed some uncertainty is with loading—he has shown a little anxiety on occasion, though once on the box he settles quickly and travels and unloads calmly. His previous home did not experience this issue, so I believe it may simply be down to the change of environment and the fact that he hasn’t been loaded very often with me. As such, I cannot say with certainty whether it was just a one-off reaction or something that may need a bit more practice and reassurance going forward.

This is a genuinely heartbreaking sale, as I adore George, but I know I am not the right match for him. I don’t have the level of experience to bring out his full potential. He deserves a rider who can give him the time, training and reassurance he needs to truly flourish. I am in no rush to move him on—he is happy, settled and progressing well at our current yard—so we have the time to ensure he finds the very best situation. His wellbeing is my absolute priority and I will only consider a home that is truly right for him. As such he has been priced accordingly.

If you are an experienced rider seeking a kind, genuine horse with a lovely temperament and plenty of potential to bring on, George could be an ideal partner. With the right guidance, he has all the makings of a rewarding project—willing, intelligent and eager to learn. He will thrive with someone who can offer him patience, consistency and confidence, in return he has so much to give.

15.2/3hh 6yo mare. Very sweet and straightforward little horse with no quirks or hangups at all. Extremely easy to have around, perfect manners for all handling, travelling, stands quietly at shows etc

She is out doing BD (Prelim) with 1st and 2nds as well as SJ and arena eventing. She's getting better in her dressage every time out and definitely will go up the levels.

She hacks out alone or in company and doesn't get hot in open spaces or with other horses galloping about. Lots of potential and will continue to improve with the right rider, or will happily stay at the lower levels if required.

Eligible ROR championships and has qualified for the regional championships in dressage and the Pet Plan BD champs

BD name "Centrallia"

She has thin soles so we shoe her with pads, so she is ideally suited to someone who wants to do dressage or jump in arenas. Hard ground is not her friend! She is out competing with no issues and is very happy hacking out.

Was £8500 originally but this is vastly reduced in light of the above.

15.2/3hh 14yr old. He's an absolutely lovely lad, very easy on the ground, well mannered and loves a fuss.

Under saddle he is well schooled, light in the hand, forward going and just an easy ride. He's been a happy hacker, enjoying schooling and loves a blast (has brakes & sensible in open spaces)

Has learnt piaffe, knows his changes and shows lovely extensions.

Excellent manners, all round lovely person.

Has been out to low level sj (80/90) and to dressage (has always placed).

Has also been to fun rides/ hires/ clinics.

Stands for the farrier, vet, physio etc.

Although he has had a disabled rider, novice rider and nervous rider aboard and been fantastic we would prefer an experienced home for him.

Totem is a 7-year-old, 15.2hh bay Thoroughbred gelding.

He came to us as a 3-year-old straight off the track and has spent the last four years in our care. Sadly, Totem is now looking for his new lifelong home as he doesn’t enjoy the atmosphere when going out eventing. He would therefore not be suitable for a home wanting an event horse for the future.

Totem will be a real asset to anyone looking for a horse to love and enjoy. He is happiest going out hacking and having fun at home, always trying his best to please. He is happy hacking alone or in company and is used to quiet roads.

He will turn out on his own, or with mares or geldings. Totem is clean-limbed, has no veterinary history, and is up to date with everything. He is easy to handle and a genuine pleasure to be around.

He is good to load, travels in either a trailer or lorry, and will stand quietly if you take another horse off. Home is most important for this lovely lad, so he is not for sale as a project to sell on.

No LWVTB or payment plans.

"Zebedee' is a stunning looking gelding with a kind, friendly nature. He last raced in November 2023 having ran a few times at 2 and 3 years finishing sound. He enjoys hacking going first or last alone or in company, proving bold and excellent in traffic, opening gates, crossing water and being mounted.

Zebedee has done some show jumping and was placed first time out with his previous owner. He shows a good technique and is unfazed by fillers, water tray etc. He has nice paces and will only improve with further training. Ideal PC or RC project. Ridden in a snaffle

He is good to catch, box, clip, shoe , with the vet and dentist. Easy to manage both mounted and on the ground. He could live out or stabled. Zebedee has clean limbs, no lumps, bumps or sarcoids, upto date with worming, shoeing, teeth and vacs. He has good feet, is a strong compact type and has never been lame.

I have owned Zebedee for a year but now due to age I have stopped competing and no longer wish to jump. I now feel he is wasted and would benefit from a more varied and active lifestyle where his training can progress. He likes to be ridden, although he doesn't require riding every day.

This is a genuine sale, priced to sell as owner giving up. A full wardrobe and tack is available at an extra cost.

Viewing and vetting available.

A very sad sale due to me moving away to uni.

Millie is an ex racehorse who I brought straight out of training in November 22. Since buying Millie I have done a bit of everything with her. She’s been hunting, showing, dressage, showjumping and cross country schooling.

Millie really loved her hunting.

Millie has spent 2 years living by herself, I’ve recently moved her to a friend’s yard where she is with company. She is loving hacking out in company and alone from there.

Millie works lovely on the flat and has performed well in dressage boards. She has showjumped round courses up to 80cm where she has proven honest and unfazed.

She has no sarcoids and finished racing sound, open to vettings.
