A really lovely sweet natured chap who could turn his hoof to any disaplin!

He’s done abit of all sorts… fun/farm rides/local show/hound exercise. He’s been used as a fun allrounder but has enough scope over a fence to go up the ranks jumping or as an event pony.

Hes happy to hack alone or in company and has been good in traffic/open spaces ect

Felix combines looks and ability with the kindest temperament.

Very successfully shown in-hand (once) where he won both his classes and went on to be reserve champion. He was mannerly all day, brilliant with my children, on and off the trailer and travelling etc.

He was bought from Ireland in May always with the intention of producing him to sell. He has settled into family life with us brilliantly and for most of that time has lived in a field by himself just casually seeing the children’s ponies coming and going. He loves to see us but is in no way bothered when we leave him behind. He’s also happy with others.

He’s long reined all over the moors by himself and sometimes with my daughter and her pony tagging along and I then took a long time leaning over and getting on and off so he’s very settled in that regard.

He’s very recently broken and riding where he has taken everything in his stride - mainly hacking with a couple of times in an arena (we don’t have one). Good with all the traffic he has seen as well as cows, sheep, goats, dogs, children on bikes etc. He’s also been out a couple of times on our own when I’ve had no one else to go with. In company he will go at the front or back.

This is a brilliant opportunity to purchase a top quality 3yr old that has been slowly and correctly produced to this point. He has all the makings of a top class show pony / WHP and would also make the most perfect all round family pony / mother daughter share. At this stage he would only suit an experienced rider due to his age but there’s no reason why a competent child couldn’t ride him in the near future with knowledgeable parents or professional help in the background.

Basil is a 2018 15hh Connemara gelding. He has been in the same home since he was three years old, and has been carefully and slowly produced.

He has a lovely temperament, friendly and good-natured both in and out of the stable. He loves a cuddle! Basil is good with the dentist and farrier, also easy to catch, clip and load. Lives with mare and geldings.

Basil is a steady and honest ride who trusts his rider. He goes nicely in all three paces and is always ridden in a snaffle. He enjoys his jumping and has been to local shows, clinics, and arena hires.

He hacks out alone and in company and is not phased by traffic. He can get excited in open spaces, so he is not suitable for a novice rider.

Duke is a super smart pony that will do everything! He will Hunt, Event, Pure dressage - BD upto Novice. Working Hunter , Show, Hack or just be your best friend . A true Pony club allrounder!

We have owned Duke from a 4 year old who came from Ireland who had been with a lovely family who had started him with his first event and we have stayed in contact. He was brought for my then 11 year old daughter and they have had so much fun together! This is a heart breaking sale, but sadly my daughter is now 16 and looking for a step up Eventing School Master Horse.

Duke was my daughters first pony , my daughter was nervous and had not ridden much - since having Duke they have done everything, from pony club camps, regionals, Regional and Area BD Dressage, Pony Club Camps, BE and Cotswold Cups, NSEA.

He is great for a Mother/Daughter Share and I would love to keep him if I could as I have recently done Pontispool Cotswold Cup and he took me round after not eventing for many many years! I have also started doing British dressage on him, lower scores due to me forgetting tests! He also would make a great working hunter pony or solely dressage as he is so smart! He can get tense sometimes , but then relaxes and does a lovely test. My daughter has recently done JCB Pony Club Champs dressage to Music Novice.

He is sensitive and looks after you, so will need a quiet rider who will set him up correctly for jumping - He jumps everything - ditches, walls, water etc.

He won the Puissance with our local pony club last year at 1.15cm, he has jumped 1.25 at home, but at a competition he is best at 80/90cm - He may go on to do more in the right hands.

He has also hunted with myself and my daughter and looked after my daughter over huge walls on Boxing Day Meet last year! He loves Hunting! He will put in a buck with excitement!

He hacks alone ( may look at things) but hes good alone or in company, a dream to load! Plait, mane and tail. Good to shoe and handle, catch , clip. Hes a big pet and we adore him! He is nervous of a water hose pipe but thats it!

Easy to take away at shows, / stay away shows. We currently feed him lots of competition food for the job, but would easily step down for a slower pace!

Home is so important for this gorgeous pony who I didn't really ever want to sell and we would like to keep in contact with his new owner. We are also only selling him so we can buy the next horse - School Master Event Horse. So no loans or time wasters please. This pony deserves the best home and will offer so much!

He is a joy to have about and is fit and ready to carry on with his next rider.

Jonny is a fabulous competition pony who has been in the same home for the last three years. He has been used as as a successful competition Pony for dressage showjumping Derby competitions in cross country.

He’s competed in the BD youth team prelim and British novice and discovery and got to 2nd round in the novice twice last year. He loves hacking alone or in company has been beach rides and is generally a joy to have on the yard.

Fantastic show jumping bloodlines. Sire is Grade A Show Jumper The Son Of A Builder out of International Show Jumper Builders Delight. Dams sire is the legendary show jumping stallion Glenayre Silver Fox.

Having had the same home since he was a two year old, Sam has been slowly and sympathetically backed.

Always in the ribbons. Sam recently placed 3rd at our riding club 'Dressage Intro' championships and 1st in a local 'Best Combination' ridden showing class event.
Sam has also competed in unaffiliated show jumping and arena x-country. He is not fazed by fillers at all and jumps everything we ask of him. Sam shows excellent scope over a fence, easily loose jumping one metre.

Sam happily hacks out alone or in company, here on Dartmoor. He is not bothered by sheep or cows. We have also hacked him out with one of our other younger horses and he is happy to go in front or behind.
I would say he is more relaxed whilst with another horse for company, as he is still young and learning.

Sam is great to handle on the ground, super to load, easy to clip and well behaved for the farrier. He is completely barefoot and has never had a day's lameness.

Snaffle mouthed and three well established paces.

The only blemish on Sam worth mentioning, is a small lump above his fetlock on his left fore. He has had this since we bought him and it has been examined by two different vets. In their opinion, it is just scar tissue. It is not noticeable and therefore will not affect him for showing.

We believe that Sam would be best suited to a competition type home with an experienced, confident rider, as he can be sharp and needs regular work to keep his focus. We have no doubt that in the right hands, Sam will go very far.

No vices.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth and physio.
