  • Priced to sell!! Lottie is a fantastic pony with so much to offer
  • She has the makings of a great first ridden/ lead rein
  • She’s been driven in a cart and has been taught natural horseman techniques

Dramatically reduced to sell as we need the space!! Lottie is a 11.2hh Welsh Section A. Lottie is a fantastic pony with so much to offer. She’s hacked, jumped 30/40cm, unfazed by what you throw at her with a very easy attitude.

She’s been driven in a cart and has been taught natural horseman techniques with previous owners.

Great to have on the yard, you can turn her out with anyone.

She has the makings of a great first ridden/ lead rein she is still quite young so can still be surprised. She loves learning and responds to anything you do with her.

She’s ridden off the lead rein with a bigger jockey. She is ready for a jockey to continue her education.

She’s good with the farrier, teeth etc.

She’s always impeccably behaved standing patiently for hours on end. The children can do all her care with her, grooming, mucking out leading her in and out of the stable.??I’ve put it off as long as I can but now is the time for her to grow with her new best friend. Very sad sale. I would like her to go to a knowledgeable home preferably not a first time horse owner.

5 star home is essential for this special pony.

🌟 Much-Loved Pony Seeking a 5⭐ Home 🌟

Pumpkin is a handsome 12hh (approx.) chestnut Registered Welsh Section A gelding, aged 18 years, looking for his next special little rider.

This wonderful pony has been a much-loved member of our family and has taught my daughter to ride. He is the perfect pony for a child on the lead rein or just off the lead rein, and is now ready to help another young rider create happy memories.

Pumpkin has the kindest soul and is safe and sensible for lead rein and first ridden activities. He is never strong and always polite. Hacks out happily, either leading or following. Walks along beautifully as the lead file but is equally content behind. Good to groom, tack-up, shoe and box.

Pumpkin has enjoyed a varied and successful life, including: pony club camp, mounted games, dressage, riding club shows, showing (always places well) and hacking.

He produces a lovely dressage test and is a real favourite wherever he goes.

Pumpkin is not suitable for a home wanting to do a lot of jumping, and we would love to find him a family who will continue to enjoy him for the activities he excels at.

Beautifully Bred 6-Year-Old Mare

A beautifully bred 6-year-old mare whose dam is an RWAS Winter Fair Winner, sharing the same breeding lines as Glebedale Austin Powers, with both Glebedale and Thisledown bloodlines.

She is a straight-moving mare who has mainly been used as a lead rein pony for my nervous daughter. We've also successfully shown her locally both in-hand as an M&M LR and plaited as an SHP, with my daughter also doing Young Handler classes. She always comes home with a rosette and is a pleasure to take to shows, happily standing on the trailer all day on her own.

She is a kind, mannerly pony who is easy to catch, shoe, and handle. She is equally happy living in or out, and children can groom and fuss over her with ease. She is sensible enough for little tots to ride and has a lovely temperament. Has also attended Pony Club.

Last summer she spent some time at a riding school to further her education, she happily jumped courses up to 70cm and quickly became a firm favourite. She is currently being ridden by a small adult to keep her ticking over, as my daughter has sadly lost interest and outgrown her.

A genuine, versatile mare with excellent breeding, a lovely temperament, and a great future ahead. She would make a fantastic PC pony or continue in the show ring as either a SHP / M&M or broodmare.

The Ad i absolutely do not want to write.

Our lovely Pippin has been hopelessly outgrown by my 11 year old daughter and we have to find him the most perfect new home.

Llanarth Owain, his friends know him as Pippin.

We bought Pippin unseen through recommendations from friends in November, unfortunately my daughter has hopelessly outgrown him within this time but we have grown a huge attachment to him and will only let him go to the most perfect home.

We’ve done showjumping, cross countrying and showing. He has it all and a cracking personality to match.

He sits on the bridle like a pro, good in all paces.

I would love him to go to a home that offers a variety of life not just the show ring. He has a huge love for Hacking and safe with the smallest of jockeys, never spooky.

In his past homes he has successfully travelled to the biggest shows doing working hunter but i feel he needs a little more confidence if this is the route you wish to take.

He is bred from a beautiful line of section As and a traditional stamp, full of limb.

Pippin has the most beautiful nature with a cheeky side. Can ride bareback in and out of the fields, never a problem.

Only ridden by my 11 year old daughter.

Can be seen in North yorkshire bd20

Scooby Doo – The Ultimate First Pony

Scooby Doo is the quietest, kindest and most sensible little pony you could ever wish to meet. He is exceptionally safe, with impeccable manners both under saddle and on the ground, making him the perfect first pony both on and off the lead rein.

He will happily walk, trot and canter beautifully on the lead rein for children taking their very first steps into riding. Off the lead rein, he is equally happy carrying riders who are holding the saddle handle while building confidence, as well as those riding independently. He truly has a young body with an old head on his shoulders. He is never spooky, sharp, strong or silly and always takes wonderful care of his riders.

Over the past 15 months, Scooby Doo has worked in a professional riding school where he has safely taught hundreds of children, from tiny tots aged just two years old through to more established young riders. He has patiently introduced countless children to walk, trot, canter and their very first jumps. He has three beautifully balanced, steady paces and responds exceptionally well to the voice, allowing beginners who are still holding the saddle handle to be guided confidently without needing rein contact.

Scooby has never bolted, reared, bitten or shown any nasty traits. He has the sweetest, kindest nature any parent could wish for. He IS NOT cheeky, mischievous or naughty like some little ponies can be. He greets everyone with his ears pricked forward, comes to call from the field and absolutely adores kisses, cuddles and attention. He truly is every child’s dream pony, with the most adorable little face that you simply can’t help but fall in love with.

He waits patiently in group lesson waiting for his turn, is equally well behaved in private lessons, and has taken part in our in-house competitions including Lead Rein classes, Handy Pony, Fancy Dress and Pony Club rallies.

He has a lovely snaffle mouth and requires no gadgets.

Scooby is affectionately known as our “large puppy dog” because of his incredibly affectionate, gentle and loyal personality. He adores people and will happily follow you around the yard without a headcollar or lead rope. He stands quietly to be groomed, bathed and fussed over, and genuinely loves attention.

His manners are second to none, allowing even the youngest children to confidently catch him from the field, lead him, groom him, pick out his feet, tack him up and care for him safely.

He is a firm favourite during our stable management courses and therapy sessions, where his calm, trustworthy nature allows children to build confidence while working independently.

Scooby is exceptional out hacking. He is completely unfazed by heavy, fast-moving traffic and has seen everything from articulated lorries, double-decker buses, tractors and trailers to motorbikes, bicycles, prams / trolleys and dogs, absolutely nothing fazes him.

He hacks confidently both alone and in company, happily leading or following. He is never strong, nappy or silly and is perfectly content to stay at the back of the ride without trying to overtake, maintaining whatever pace is asked of him. In open spaces he remains calm, relaxed and sensible. If the other horses canter away, Scooby is more than happy to stay behind with his rider, and he will patiently wait if the others return home ahead of him.

Scooby enjoys jumping and will happily pop a small course of coloured or rustic fences, both on and off the lead rein, always giving his rider confidence.

He is excellent to clip, catch, load, travel, shoe and stands perfectly for the dentist, farrier and vet. He loads first time, every time, travels impeccably and is an absolute pleasure to take out and about.

Scooby has recently passed our annual Riding School Licence inspection, carried out by a veterinary surgeon, which is comparable to a Stage 2 vetting.

During the entire time we have owned him, he has never been sick, lame, suffered from colic or required any time off through injury or illness. He is fit, healthy and in excellent condition, with no sarcoids, sweet itch, laminitis, lumps or bumps.

He is wonderfully low maintenance and doesn’t need riding every day. He can happily have four weeks off and return to work exactly as he left it, without any fuss or freshness. He currently works four days a week in our riding school and thoroughly enjoys his job. Sold on behalf of a working livery.

We have several horses and ponies available for viewing.

Scooby has a very simple routine and is incredibly easy to keep. He has a basic diet of haylage when stabled and grass when turned out. He currently lives in a mixed herd of 25 horses, is stabled during the day when working and turned out overnight. Equally, he would be perfectly happy living out full-time or being stabled full-time. He is not clingy and is equally content living or turning out on his own if required.

Scooby is only available because we regularly rotate our riding school horses after around 12 months to two years. We strongly believe these wonderful ponies deserve the opportunity to enjoy a one-to-one family home where they receive individual attention, more variety and plenty of fun adventures. They work incredibly hard teaching children and give so much of themselves every single day, so we feel they deserve the very best next chapter.

Whoever is lucky enough to buy Scooby will not just be purchasing a pony—they will be gaining a kind, genuine and utterly trustworthy family member who will give a child years of confidence, fun and unforgettable memories.

  • Great Lead rein pony
  • Done showing and pony club

Lovely little lead rein pony, she has done showing, dressage, jumping and just finished pony club mini camp. Has been ridden off the lead rein by bigger children and is a super 2nd pony, ideal for a confident child to go out and have fun on.

Over a fence she is very sweet and does a small jump so as not to unseat her little jockey.

Mounted games she is very good and actually really quick, I could imagine she would be a fab games pony for an older child.

She is sensible and tolerant with fancy dress costumes.

Happy with her little rider doing round the worlds, climbing up and down, backwards riding etc.

we have not tapped into her full potential showing, she has lovely movement and excellent confirmation. She is registered Welsh pony and has great bloodlines, definitely has potential to go far in the show ring.

Very easy to keep, lives in or out, barefoot and good with farrier. Good to catch, bath and load.

Winner M&M LR final TSR Amateur of the year show 2025

11yr old black Welsh Section A, Gelding, 11.2hh

Bobby is an absolute superstar tiny tots Lead Rein pony. He will carry the smallest of jockeys safely around the biggest of atmosphere's. Doesn't mind a little one wobbling around on his back.

Qualifies for M&M LR NPS Scotland finals every year, (also qualified as a FR in 2025)

Was also 3rd out of 50 in the M&M LR final at stars 2024.

Bobby was bought to introduce our family into showing county level - too many wins and championships to mention - and he has done just that. Taking both my daughters from when they were 3yrs old and teaching them up downs. He has been ridden off the lead in First Ridden but needs longer legs to keep him going.

Bobby loves a varied life and we have successfully competed him in SJ, XC, WH and hunting. Will happily lead from another horse.

All Vaccs, worming, farrier up to date, Happily travels in a lorry or a trailer.

This is a very sad sale of a much loved pony, but my daughter has moved on to a Show Pony and we would love for him to go and do the same for another family that he has done for us.

Please no time wasters.

Ideal summer project

11.3 ( but substantial! ) Welsh section A mare.

Very quality and true to type but not coarse.

4 yo .. so should make up the full 12 hands.

Well bred pony .. She is by CRUMPWELL SHAMSON ( TAFARNAUBACH SION ) x SPRINGBOURNE CARRERA ( CASCOB SILVERGHOST ).

Nice nature, easy and quiet to do, brush, tie up, pick up feet etc .my 5 yo leads her and walks around on the lead rein ,brushes her etc.

Has spent a few weeks mouthing and long reining in the field and up the lanes and has been sat on and walked and trotted up the lanes and today 23/07 been to the woods and had a little canter up the tracks.

Not been phased by a rider on her back but obviously the very early stages of her education, done the basics but very much a project for someone to produce on.

Substantial enough to carry small adult.

Produced could make a LR/first ridden/PC pony etc .. would look very smart driving ? Or enough step to show to a decent level.

£1950 very reasonably priced to sell

Handled and lunged by children.

Loads, good with farrier and kind temperament.

Good on the roads and with traffic.

So much potential in the ring as a top class tiny tots lead rein.

Due to her age we want her to go to an experienced home where her education can develop.

Trevadlock King Arthur

Registered Welsh Section A , Gelding, 11.2hh.

Bred by Forlan stallion.

Arthur is a lovely example of a Welsh section A, he has plenty of bone and a leg in each corner, he represents the thicker set section As.

With four white socks, a white blaze and his beautiful dun colour , he catches the eye everywhere he goes and we’re always showered with compliments about his appearance. He moves for fun especially when ridden by a jockey that knows how to get the best out of him. He would excel in showing and dressage. Whilst Arthur has a very correct and lovely shape over a fence (rarely tapping a pole), he can be looky ant fillers and for this reason would excel in showing and dressage rather than jumping. He will jump and has done show jumping and XC, but needs confidence from his rider. Arthur won the junior championship unaffiliated dressage league in April this year with a 16yo rider.

Arthur rides off the lead rein and has been ridden by a 9 year old he is great in walk and trot but can be cheeky and buck in canter on occasion as well as the odd spook.

Arthur loves life on the lead rein, he enjoys building a relationship with his handler and is comfortable and relaxed on the lead. Arthur has taken us around many unaffiliated lead rein showing classes and won most as well as multiple championships. I feel it is likely he could have pursued this career further in the right hands, but showing was not our primary focus and his jockey has now outgrown him in what she wants to do as her focus is on show jumping and riding off lead rein.

Out hacking Arthur will happily follow another horse. He is not strong and is good with most traffic except for larger vehicles and rattling trailers which he is scared of and would rather they stop for him to pass or wait for him to get out of he way.

He is 100% to catch, load and travel and will stand on the box or tied to the box all day long. You don’t know you’ve got him on the box.

He has never been nasty to handle. Good to clip.

Arthur has 2 front shoes on .

Arthur has no previous injuries or illnesses. He has never had laminitis but is carefully managed to avoid this.

Arthur is up to date with back, teeth and vaccinations.

Arthur will live out with others or alone, he has been out with mares and geldings and had no issue. Arthur is respectful of the stable and fencing.

This is a very sad sale and therefore only the experienced and best of homes need must apply. We would like to stay in touch to hear how he’s getting on if possible. Open to vettings, no loans. Motivated to sell to make room for the next pony.

Up to date with vaccinations, back and teeth done ready to go to his new home.

Worm count completed.

Will come with some rugs and a bridle but other

Snaffle mouthed but responsive off the leg. Great in the school to teach young riders on the lunge. She has lovely balanced paces. Good to hack on or off the lead rein. Will happily trot a course of x poles on or off the lead rein or canter round in a lovely steady rhythm.

Qualified Bicton PC mini championship 2026 showjumping 40cm and 50cm. Has done all Pony Club activities - dressage, show jumping, XC, PC camp and mounted games.
