BAYWATCH BABE RB - Spectacular bay AES pink papered 3yo (2022) filly currently standing 16.1hh. A complete blank canvas, not started and straight from the breeder. I can see her being a top Eventer or showjumper in the right hands. She’s intelligent and very willing- just how I like them!

Phenomenal breeding, by the late Olympian 1.60m stallion Vivant van de Heffinck. He’s sired numerous 1.60m horses and even 5* eventers.

Her dam jumped up to 1.25m and was ridden mainly by a junior, she retired sound to stud. She is by 1.40m stallion Arkansas VDL.

She has been regularly wormed and trimmed from birth. She lives out 24/7, she does come into a stable for farrier days. She has had the best start to life, shes on about 50acres, with hills and uneven terrain- it’s made her surefooted and given her good stamina. She’s used to farm machinery, and even leads off a quad bike.

She does have a small hernia- finger tip size! Her price is reflected. It can also be fixed here if wanted.

Babe was retained, but I am coming away from breeding warmbloods altogether. She is far too good to be just a field ornament. Extremely hard decision, she’s a gem.

Carlos is a very kind and willing horse and has not been phased by anything in his education so far. He loads and travels well, stands to be mounted, has hacked happily with another horse and has been ridden in the school on his own, all without any drama at all. His dam is by Carentino Glory, 1.60 showjumping sire of many top show jumpers and eventers, including Tom Crisp's 5* Badminton, Burghley and Pau horse, Liberty and Glory. She is out of Dazzling Effects, who did Badminton and Burghley, and who is by legendary GB Team GP dressage European Championship stallion Catheston Dazzler, who was also an Advanced Eventer. He was consistently in the top 20 Event Stallions listings. His dam's side also boasts Advanced Event horses through the famous Welton bloodlines. His sire, Britannia Royal, is an Advanced Event horse and is by Royaldik, whose dam shares the same genes as the most famous eventing TB Heraldik. His dam is Badmiton/Burghley and Olympic silver medalist Headley Britannia, by the legendary Jumbo.

Carlos is a thoroughly modern mix of warmblood, thoroughbred and Irish bloodlines with proven competition backgrounds. Bought with the intention of being my next forever horse after the loss of my horse of a lifetime but in reality I don't have the confidence I once used to and I don't have the time she needs. I bought her while grieving for my previous horse and didn't think about the reality of a young horse or the breed of horse I was buying. I only really wanted a happy hacker and she is incredibly sporty! She came shortly after weaning so was very poor and very scared of humans, I couldn't get near her. She has been turned away with my ponies, wormed and fed up and has come on a fair bit since then but she is unhandled.

I have struggled to write an advert because she is very sweet and I am sad to part with her but I know in my heart that she can do better than me. She needs a confident and experienced person with good facilities to start her handling and get her confidence in people. I will only let her go to a magnificent home. Preferably to someone who wants to keep her for themself rather than someone wanting a horse to bring on and sell for profit. A patient kind-hearted person is a must.
