A smart little horse that enjoys his work and is quick to learn. Three good rhythmical paces, basic lateral work, and flying changes. Easy to get into an outline and is not heavy in the hand.

Competed unaffiliated dressage, always scores over 60% and has been placed every time including a win in a prelim championship scoring 70%.

Careful scopey jump and consistently placed BS. Got his four double clears British Novice so has qualified for the second round. Three double clears Discovery. BS Winnings £182 (act) £118 (not). His sire is an Irish Grade A.

XC schooled many times over all types of fences including steps, banks, ditches, water and skinnies. He is also good at jumping fences on a curved line or across an angle. Hunted in Ireland.

Good to box and happy to travel to shows with or without company. Good to shoe and easy to clip and pull his mane. Hacks out and good in traffic. Easy to do, Mum happy to do him when I’m working. You can turn him out or leave him in by himself and take the other horses for a hack. He likes to be turned out but equally doesn’t mind if he is left in. He doesn’t need to be ridden everyday

Joyce is the perfect horse for a competitive pony or riding club home

She is a bold, scopey jumper who is honest enough to try from any stride

She has competed on a ticket around a BSJA 1.15 and went double clear around a course which included water trays and cuddly toys. We have schooled her up to 1.20 at home and down bigger grids

She has competed at hunter trials recently and was 9th out of over 60 competitors, going through water and over ditches

We have been told she hunted in Ireland and would have no hesitaton taking her if the season was still open
