Teddy is a true gentleman. He is 6 years old with such a willing attitude and tries so hard. He has so much to give for such a young horse. He has three uphill lovely balanced gaits. He has scope to burn, jumping with my 9-year-old daughter everything she points him at. His still young so no novice or beginners. This boy will go very far. His so genuine and kind. Would excel in any discipline. He has great confirmation for the showing ring. He is a true well-bred Connemara.

Hacking, well what can I say he goes over and under motorway bridges. He has had artic lorries drive so close I felt claustrophobic, but teddy did not bat an eye lid. His is so brave and chilled. My children handle teddy in all aspects of life. He falls asleep being clipped.

He is 6  so please only people that really want to bring out his true purpose in life. His is good in every way, we will continue his education until the right home comes along. My son adores Teddie and if my circumstances were different, he would not be for sale. He loads, clips, farrier, hacks, jumps. His up to date with everything.

I love my hacking so he has been out and about plenty on his own and in company.

He is polite and mannerly both on the ground and onboard and is the dream horse to deal with in all ways.
I take him everywhere on my own and he will quietly stand on the wagon and wait his turn.

He has a lovely, kind nature, and my children love to help me with him. My partner looks after him for me, when I’m working away. He is often picked up and put down when I am busy with work and family life and certainly hasn’t been overdone, he just finds everything asked of him effortless and easy.
He lives in or out with mares or geldings and is happy to be left on the yard on his own.

Monty is an 11 year old gelding sired by JCS Armoon. He measures 16 hands at the withers though probably more like a15:2 size horse.

He would suit a confident teenager / small adult. I have owned him since being an unbroken 3 year old. He has done pony club, farm rides, been ridden on the beach, non affiliated showjumping and some affiliated show jumping classes. He has previously competed at starts and won Rising Star.

He needs a confident rider so not suitable for a novice or a nervous rider. Monty will hack out alone or in company although prefers company. He can however be a little quirky and is not bombproof in traffic. (this is reflected in the price).

Pencil could easily be mistaken for an Irish sports horse without his Wetherbys passport!

He is a lovely stamp of a horse with uphill paces, an intelligent trainable attitude, and a naturally scopey careful jump.

Pencil has been out of training 12 months and in this time he has proven himself to be very versatile in lots of scenarios. Pencil will hack with a novice mum or a want-to-have fun teenager, hunt, xc and sj competitively at stay away shows, be picked up and put down where he comes back just the same, and goes in the school willing to try and learn any new task asked of him.

Pencil is by no means the finished article, he works through correctly on the bridle nicely into the hand in walk, trot, and canter, but he is still re training being a former race horse. ROR and TAP eligible, for him to excel in a new career he would benefit from regular outings and continued training to build on this foundation. However he would equally suit someone who just wanted a nice horse to ride.

Pencil has very good manners although he is not a cuddly, fussy horse. He is a good doer who will live in or out. He does have a couple of non interfering splints and an old sarcoid scar but otherwise is fit and well having passed a vetting with neck and back x rays 12 months ago.

Extremely sad sale of my 16 / 16.1hh 5 year old ID x Connemara unregistered mare.

Rosie has been with a professional rider for a few months as it came to light she had been backed prior to coming to me and there was some unpicking to do. Rosie is nervous and requires a quiet, confident and capable rider where she can thrive with consistent work. Rosie will be an incredible horse with the right person given the right opportunity.

Rosie is doing ground work still but has not been ridden for a few weeks due to rider injury. She is sold from the field for this reason. She really wants to please but is just extremely nervous. A 1:1 home would be best suited to her so she can establish trust a routine.

Rosie is barefoot, seeing an equine podiatrist regularly.
She is up to date with everything.
She lives out, she can be stabled happily but is a mucky mare which doesn't do her feet well.
Size 6'6 rugs, full bridle, takes a 17.5 saddle.

Rosie does have a tiny sarcoid on her ear and has had one that expelled on her leg. She is on radiance gold sarc secret which is what got rid of the one on her leg so no doubt the one on her ear will fall off too. Because of this she would not pass a vetting. She is sound and has no other issues. Have had her back x-rayed and this is clear and showing she is still growing so will likely make 16.1 / 16.2.

On the ground Rosie is like a giant puppy, she will follow you around the field poo picking and will stand to be groomed happily. She can be snatchy with the podiatrist at first but soon settles, she's great to bath, is getting much better with clippers and will happily have her bridle path and beard done now, just needs a minute to know what it is sometimes. Rosie is not mareish atall and if I didn't feel like she'd be wasted staying with me she wouldn't be going anywhere. She's an absolute delight to have around and is very well loved. 10* home for life is very important.
