A very sad sale of the very loved Alfie due to owner going to university.

Alfie has been the most foot perfect school master for his rider taking her from 70/80 through to confidently jumping 110s, bronze league semi finals, hickstead main ring final, national amateur championships and many many more things that his rider wouldn’t have even dreamt of being able to do not long ago.

Alfie is incredibly honest, kind & uncomplicated. He works really nicely on the flat and hacks out alone or in company, never spooky or sharp. He’s forward thinking to jump as he loves his job but would never do anything nasty. Not a bucker or rearer at all.

Alfie would happily suit many riders. Whether it’s someone else to take up the levels, someone who wants to be out consistently and competitively at 110/115 potentially scope for 120s. Or equally he is safe and easy enough to be a fun all rounder type for a teenage rider. A great home is an absolute must.

Open to all vettings etc. Great viewing facilities in Watlington, Oxfordshire.

We have owned Freelance Z since 3 yrs old. He has been produced slowly and is beautifully schooled, with three fabulous paces.

He has evented to 100 level, always top dressage scores, and clean jumping. He is better suited to showjumping at a higher level as he is very careful, with plenty of scope. However, his eventing experience has given him a broader skill set and superb flatwork,

He has been competed by both a lady rider and a man. He has jumped successfully BS up to 1.30 m, showing plenty of potential for the future. Qualified Bluechip 2026 - Calming performance champs, Cheval Liberte champs, Member’s cup champ final 2026. Grade C - 574 points. Numerous placings recently including Hartpury Winter Classic foxhunter 3rd and 5th - Tedworth Foxhunter 2nd. Currently ranked 6th South West Silver League. Super BS record to date.

Finn has enormous presence, is upstanding, impressive and beautiful . He is fit, sound and looking fantastic currently competing through the winter SJ circuit. He requires a competitive, capable rider with high aspirations. A great opportunity for a keen competitor wanting a quality, class horse with a bright future.

Serious enquiries only for this much loved horse. Finn will continue progressing his jumping career until the right home comes along.

The six-year-old Touch Me Van ’T Janshof was lightly ridden at the age of four, after which she produced a foal last year. She has a good character, wants to be careful and shows quality.

Dam Monablesse of Ballmore (Nabab de Reve x Heartbreaker x Ramiro Z) is known as the half-sister of the 1.55m Grand Prix horse Leopard of Ballmore with Zsófia Vandor (HUN) and showjumping horses at 1.45m, 1.30m and 1.25m level.

Granddam Elodie van ’t Gestelhof is a half-sister of the CCI3* eventing horse Capri van ’t Gestelhof and four showjumping horses at 1.30m up to 1.45m level. • Well produced with low milage for genuine reasons
  • Excellent mover and jumper

Lux is a 16.2 9yo mare with exceptional Irish breeding being by ARS Vivendi ex Olympic Lux. She has full siblings competing at top level SJ and eventing.

Lux was with us as a five year old and had a super all round education to start her off, she competed in Nexgen classes and BS before being sold to a lovely amateur lady locally. She then went on a big adventure and relocated to Singapore for a few years! Due to pregnancy her owner needed to sell her and decided that she would thrive being back here with a more varied life with more hacking, turnout and competitions so flew her home to be sold here! She has been back with us since the summer and recently had a variety of outings including Pyecombe, Coombelands and Felbridge. She is now very ready to crack on competing again and would excel in any discipline.

Lux moves really well and is eye catching, super bold and straight to jump and is very easy to a fence. She will suit a competitive amateur or teenager wanting to win prizes and I see her being incredibly competitive for Badminton grassroots if someone wanted to chase that dream!

Not sharp or silly even after her travels and some time off, she will give someone a huge amount of confidence to a fence, always going, very regular and easy to see a distance on. Even though she is tall she is snaffle mouthed and incredibly adjustable to a fence with a canter that is so balanced an rideable. Every now and again she has had the odd nap going down to the arenas from the yard, easily worked through with a positive jockey, she enjoys her work and thrives on outings and variety. She will hack alone but again would need someone confident to give her a kick and be positive every now and again.

A great opportunity for someone looking for a horse ready to go with plenty of education but relatively low milage! She will continue to compete and do more until she is sold.

Based at Littleton Manor Equestrian in Reigate Surrey with excellent trial facilities.

  • Lots of untapped potential paired with a brilliant outlook to life.

Nero is a seriously classy competition horse by Comthago, that will turn a hoof to anything. He has the looks and the movement to perform a brilliant dressage test with some time and training. The brain and scope to make an excellent show jumper. And equally is bold and brave enough to be a top end eventer or hunter.

He has been out competing at 80/90cm showjumping with us - proving to be a dream to take out . Absolutely no hassle at all, easy to load, great to travel and happy to stand on or off the lorry. Nero was a bit distracted in the warm up so would benefit from someone calm. He was not naughty and it’s important to note he was a dream in the ring.

Prior to arriving with us he has been out competing at 100cm

He is easy to handle on the ground with very good manners. Good to hack, both in company and on his own. No vices or quirks.

Currently fully clipped, barefoot and up-to date with injections.

Nero will make someone a very classy competition horse. He would suit someone wanting to have lots of fun whether that be with a teenager, amateur or professional.

BORIS

Super 2010 bay Warmblood gelding standing at 16hh, bred by Zenturio, This gorgeous boy has been in the same home for five years, until I sold him over a year ago, he has been having a brilliant time but sadly his owners change in personal circumstances (not horse related) forces his sale.

Boris is the full package, he’s striking, compact and a comfortable ride, a been there done it time, with plenty of talent and ability. He’s a snaffle ride with forward, straight moving and correct paces, in the dressage boards he’s been scoring consistent high 60s, and is always in the ribbons.

He’s done a bit of everything and has very much been an allrounder / hunter and has team-chased. He’s a machine over a hedge and will offer you a fantastic day out whatever you wish to be doing with him. Boris has qualified for all riding club championships in all disciplines over the last few years. He is incredible cross country and definitely loves it!

He’s hunted four seasons, offering a mannerly ride will lead or follow, stand on point and always stands when asked. Boris has also done inter hunt relays, been to the beach and just been such a fun horse for his owner.

He will hack alone and in company, ride or lead and is brilliant in traffic, busy environments etc.

Boris is great to do in all ways. Open to any vet or trainer £9950

Cobey is a 15.2 15yr bay mare. She has good basic flatwork and works in a nice uphill outline, does all of her changes, not strong and would produce a lovely test, she is obedient off the leg and has lovely big paces.

Her full history is known with her previous owner having her for 9 years and produced her from a just backed 5yo to winning 1.15m classes. She is ultra careful and jumped at all of the major championships, she is Grade A and won just under £7k and qualified for HOYS in 2021 and 2023. She is quick in a jump off and turns like a pony, but has a big stride and covers the ground for a smaller horse.

Cobey is perfect to hack alone or in company in front or behind never heating up in open spaces and not spooky she baby sits the youngsters out

With previous owner she has cross country schooled proving bold and brave and been on numerous farm rides.

On the ground she is super easy, well mannered in every way and has a very sweet personality. Can leave her standing out on the yard and she wont move! Shes no different if ridden every day or given time off

She is beautifully bred, by the well known stallion Cobra out of a Concorde X Clover Hill mare.

Good to clip, load, catch and shoe.

This is a heartbreaking decision and will only go to the right home, placed in her last 3 outings.

Please no timewasters or daydreamers, this is a very special little horse who will give someone years of fun.

  • Lovely Irish 6 year old
  • Stunning pedigree

We would like to introduce our lovely Norman . This is a lovely Irish six-year-old. With a stunning pedigree.

Sire Arkan  / Arko / Argentuins
Dam line Winged Love, In the Wings (Thoroughbred)

So this lovely big gelding is 50% thoroughbred he is 6 years old and about 16:2 . We bought him from Ireland where he had done some riding club and cross country. I believe he is meant to have also done some hunting.

He is green for his age  so he wouldn’t be suitable to a novice but this goes without saying . He’s got a very good nature. He is very lovely in the stable.

He is nice to ride, he is easy to a fence and he is very genuine.

He did his first British novice yesterday he was very genuine and honest . He is very good to hack.

He is very good to clip , he is fantastic to travel. Alone or in company.

He is really good to load . He is a lovely horse who is going to make somebody very happy. But he needs somebody to give him time. And unfortunately, this is something we cannot do as we don’t have the time with the amount of horses we have.

He passed a full vetting when I bought him and he’s hoping to be vetted again . The price only reflects a quick sale to the right home. As this is a lovely horse. A real genuine person who deserves a loving home.

We are thrilled to announce that Julian Mincher Equestrian now has its very own premises on the London/Essex border. We have recently settled into our new home at Aldborough Hall Equestrian and are excited about the future.

Since moving in, we’ve carried out extensive renovations, including transforming the indoor arena, which now boasts a state-of-the-art Andrews Bowen jumping surface.

This is truly a magical place, located just 12 miles from Trafalgar Square with excellent access to motorways and transport networks. The Central and Elizabeth Underground lines are just a mile from our yard, with Fairlop station being the nearest. From there, you can enjoy a scenic walk directly across Fairlop Waters to reach us.

Set within over 50 acres of stunning parkland, Aldborough Hall Equestrian is a charming retreat. The stables are arranged in a traditional courtyard surrounding a tranquil garden. Our indoor arena measures an impressive 60 x 25 metres, while the outdoor arena, set to undergo refurbishments in spring 2025, is a generous 100 x 60 metres. The grounds also feature a variety of permanent cross-country fences, adding to the diverse training opportunities available.

One of the highlights of Aldborough Hall is the exceptional hacking. A private track leads directly from the yard onto Fairlop Waters, where you’ll find an all-weather track that extends for miles in a circular route, ideal for year-round use. Additionally, there are grass canter tracks throughout the park, providing variety for schooling and a welcome change from arena work—all without the worry of encountering traffic.

We feel incredibly fortunate to call Aldborough Hall Equestrian our home and are delighted to share this wonderful place with our clients and horses.

At JME, we offer bespoke services to cater to you and your horse’s needs, including competition livery, professional training, and full livery options.
