DOS Tory Wood (Eddy) has decided that eventing at the higher level is definitely not for him due to his penchant for a stop XC when they get a bit bigger and scarier! He is therefore now looking for a new partner to take him to do what he enjoys - dressage and/or showjumping. He is happy doing either and a schoolmaster in both.

Eddy has competed up to Intermediate/3* level so is experienced in jumping 1.20m (and has jumped 1.30-1.35m at home) and carrying out a dressage to a Medium level. On the flat he is a well-mannered, well-schooled beautiful mover who consistently scores well with the judges. Showjumping he is neat, scopey, with a lovely rythmical canter and never strong. He would gladly turn his hoof to either of these careers for a new owner wanting to ride at these levels.

Eddy would also make a great allrounder for someone wanting to do a bit of everything - hacking, dressage, camps, SJ... He would even take you round a XC course, as long as you keep it small!

We have owned Eddy since he was an unbroken 3 year old and have produced him through his whole eventing career. Our main aim is therefore to find Eddy the most fantastic home where someone can enjoy him as much as we have.

This gelding is out of an outstanding mare that I bred by Diamond Hit x Floriscount.

Like both of his parents, he has very big paces and is incredibly powerful. Because of this he is definitely not an amateurs horse. He is Pro or talented amateur BD rider as you need to be able to ride the movement and remain balanced and quiet. He is very humble and asks only for reassurance. He is desperate to please but will require a confident, quiet and experienced rider as he is going to grow into a power house and so needs a ridden partner capable of getting the best out of the partnership. I think he would benefit most from a 1:1 partnership as he is very caring.

Many videos available of him during his training, been backed and handled since first halter trained back in 2021 by a professional horse trainer, so he has not been passed around. All of his training has been very consistent. He is likely to be 17Hh by the time he finishes growing and he will be a true sporting middleweight as he has a good amount of bone with deep shoulders/chest like his dam and damsire (Floriscount).

He is now walking, trotting, cantering under saddle and hacking ALONE around the farm with youngstock galloping around the paddocks that flank the bridleways as he passes.

We are breeders only (no competing). We only breed a small number of youngstock each year but he is an outstanding example and so we are looking for a very special and ambitious dressage rider to take on this partnership.

He dishes slightly on off fore, it wont affect performance or career prospects but reflected in his price

Bean is the ultimate allrounder and has the looks to match, turning heads wherever he goes. Flashy, correct movement on the flat and works in a consistent outline.

He has a bold jump with good technique currently jumping courses of 90cm with the scope to go higher. He has done pc eventing, always being placed and goes straight into water and over ditches.

He is also a great hunter and has hunted two consecutive seasons with the Quorn, jumping some of the biggest country in Leicestershire. He doesn’t pull, always snaffle mouthed and will go off - point with ease. He is well behaved with hounds and other horses.

Very attractive model of a horse with three good paces, could also be successful within pure dressage. Always scores well in the dressage, and is straightforward on the flat.

He has a great attitude but is on the younger side and only done a handful of events, so needs someone who will continue to produce him with that in mind.

Georgio (stable name Guus) is a very kind, gentle soul who enjoys human company. He has a very polite manner.

His full history is known. Present British owners have owned him for 2 years and moved with him from the Netherlands to the UK in the summer of 2024.

Beautifully schooled Georgio enjoys his work. More push than pull type.

Current owners bought him for their teenage daughter to compete and she rode in the equivalent of BD Novice level. He previously competed in the Netherlands at Z1 level, equivalent to BD Advanced Medium. He has also previously competed at 80/90cm Showjumping and arena XC. He also enjoyed clinics including equitation (similar to Trec)

Sadly school commitments have meant that riding and competing are having to take a back seat and the heart breaking decision has been made to find this special horse a home where he will be enjoyed to his full potential.

In the UK Georgio is eligible to start at Prelim. Since moving he has been to unaffiliated dressage competitions and been placed either First or Second in each test- never scoring below 65%.

Georgie has also competed showjumping indoors and outdoors 70/80cm showing to be brave and settled. He would enjoy clinics and combine training.

He is a true schoolmaster who loads well in a box or a trailer. Once at a show he needs minimal warm up and just clicks into show mode.

Georgios only quirk is hacking. He is currently hacked around the livery yard farm land and he will walk, trot and canter alone or in company, but if he does get spooked he can spin and canter off. Because of this we do not feel he is suited to a home with varied hacking in open spaces. He has been priced to reflect this to allow for an understanding home where he will be loved and understood as he is now.

His current owners would love to stay in contact as a good home is their highest priority.

Noa is a flashy and talented gelding with three expressive, flashy paces and an exceptional temperament, he is an absolute pleasure to train and ride.

He’s well established on the flat and is confident with leg yield, shoulder-in, medium trot and canter, counter canter, walk to canter, and rein back. He is currently training travers, half pass, walk pirouettes, simple changes and flying changes, he has a great attitude for learning and is developing quickly.

Over a fence, Noa has a careful, scopey jump and a lovely, round bascule. He gives a fantastic feeling and is athletic, careful and honest.

Noa truly shines cross-country, he’s bold, brave, and intelligent. He jumps everything in front of him with confidence and class, treating complex, spooky questions like a set of plain logs. He is rideable and careful. In his entire eventing career, he’s only had two 20s, both down to rider error (going too quick!) during a combination. He’s currently being ridden in an eggbutt snaffle across all three phases.

He’s a lovable, playful character with an eager-to-please attitude and a heart of gold. Noa is extremely sound with excellent feet and legs, has no medical history or injuries, and hasn’t taken a lame step in the four years I’ve owned him. I bought him as a 3-year-old direct from the breeder, so his full history is known.

We run a rehabilitation yard so he sees the physio/chiro fortnightly and regularly goes on the water treadmill. No stone has been left unturned in his care for the last 4 years.

He comes from top breeding lines, he’s a ¾ brother to my 4* eventer, and his full brother is competing at top-level dressage in the USA.

Noa would be a fantastic partner for a competitive Junior or Young Rider aiming for 2* and 3* in the near future. He’s competed at BE Novice level but, having just missed out on the top 10 placings, remains eligible for grassroots. He’s currently starting his 2025 season at BE100 to give potential buyers the opportunity to ride at grassroots if he were purchased now. He will be stepping back up to Novice shortly.

Noa has numerous top 10 placings at BE100 and is well established at Novice level, ready to be competitive this season.

Noa is perfect to shoe, clip, load, travel, hack on the road and in open spaces and is good alone or in company.

10* home is very important for this special horse. I am gutted to be selling him but I have to run this as a business and I can’t keep them all.
