If Only Carlsberg Made Cobs - There aren’t may cobs about like Flo. She is 16.2 and only 5 years old but an old head on young shoulders.
She would be an asset to a riding school or RDA centre.
She still has some maturing to do and will be a very impressive horse.
Although she is 5 she is more sensible than many older horses and would carry pretty much any rider.
As you can see from videos she isn’t at all spooky and is exceptionally easy
Doesn’t care what she meets out hacking, she just takes it all in her stride
She is very friendly and has a lovely kind laid back temperament.
She isn’t bothered by a wobbly unbalanced rider
Shes very adjustable will go at the ability of her rider, she will go on the buckle end and be more whoa than go with a less capable rider but if you take a contact and can ride then she will go up several gears. She understands how to work in an outline and her schooling is improving daily, with a little more polishing would do a lovely dressage test.
For such a big cob she’s very light in your hands and has good straight movement.
Her transitions both uphill and downhill are good and she is ridden in a snaffle and never strong.
On the ground she’s very gentle and could be handled by a child.
Excellent to tack up and happy to pick up all 4 hooves
Video was the first time she had seen the tarpaulin, no practice runs.
Stands to mount and dismount
No vices
Vaccinations up to date
Currently barefoot and has good hooves
Good to load, travel, catch
Open to vet
I can’t imagine the first person to meet her not falling in love, she’s one of the nicest horses that we have had
Can help with transport if required
