I have know him since birth and owned him until he was 7 I broke him in. He is a lovely chap lovely temperament and always willing to please.

We have hunted him he was good on the field stood at the meet good with the hounds and jumps everything. He has been around a course of fences nothing phases him like fillers or anything has 3 lovely paces . Currently being ridden by a 15yr old girl .

In his current home for the last 3 years he has been on a farm so used to all animals and machinery hacks out alone or in company first or last.

I think he would prefer a active home doing a bit of everything. He is low mileage for his age so would suit more a confident experience rider.

Genuine allrounder works lovely on the flat would do a lovely dressage test. On the hunting field she is well mannered and jumps anything.

In the showjumping ring she is bold jumps of any stride not spooky she has alot of scope bigger the fence the better she has bs winnings actual 910 points 347 she has qualified newcomers second this year and also 95 to 110 amateurs second rounds too.

My daughter and I both compete her she adapts to us both very well we are total different riders . I have also done working hunters at the county shows she is not phased by anything she will turn her hoof to anything.

Reason for sale is my daughter and I have decided to focus on bringing on are homebreds we have a few.

She is good for hacking alone or in company no vices very easy.

CAPPATAGGLE SPARKY aka Sparkle is a striking and well put together skewbald Irish gelding standing at 15hh approx and bred out of a Cavalier Jump for Joy mare.

At rising 5 years old (born may 2021) Sparkle has been broken to ride and slowly brought on throughout the late summer and autumn of 2025. His education has carried on through the winter, he is currently in work and has only ever been a pleasure to keep and bring on.

A versatile and capable gelding with good bone, clean limbs and correct movement.

Regularly hacking out both in company of other horses and alone, Sparkle is not phased by traffic of any sort and is well used to farm machinery. Not spooky, he strides out well, listens and always has his ears pricked. Happy to go behind, alongside or in front of other horses.

Sparkle is coming on well in his flatwork education, ridden always in a snaffle, he goes off the leg when asked and is working into the correct contact. He has established transitions and has a good pace & rhythm. Ridden by a variety of young adults, children he is a fun and capable young horse with potential in any sphere or competition area.

Bold and makes a good shape over a fence, sparkle is happy to ride over jumps in the school and outside whether it be out trail hunting or hacking out/fun rides. His willing attitude means he always tries his best and gives things a go - just one of the many things we love about him.

Sparkle has participated in trail hunting with different riders who have enjoyed him, he was impeccably behaved through the busy Christmas meets, and is so easy to do.

Nice to school and hack alone or in company. Gets ridden mostly by kids as we got so many others to get through she’s not one to be concerned about. So can be left and picked up where you left off.

Super easy to keep - has lived out all year around exceptionally low maintenance and never sick or sorry. Can live out with mares and geldings.

Unfortunately due to the rise in clients horses and having a new born she is only for sale due to this. However she is very favoured at the yard.
