Whisky is a beautiful gelding with bundles of potential

Whiskey was broke as a 5 year old and only hacked for for most of his life with an elderly woman ,

Wev had whisky for last few months , and hes only starting his jumping career & He absolutely loves it ,

Foward going into jumps with plenty & plenty of scope .

Has took part in local show jumping league’s jumping 60s and 70s and won them .

He is not a beginner ride as he is forward to a jump

He still needs to further his education & to be corrected and guided but extremely willing & a quick learner .

Hes a sports horse stuck in a cobs body 

Very fun horse to ride ,

Very sad sale of my mare loulou,
15.2 weight carrying cob mare she’s absolutely fantastic hack in company will go back front lead past the scariest things .
Please don’t be put off by her age she’s low millage always been loved no arthritis . in her previous home she done funrides and hacking.
I’m not a jumping person and her age I want a happy hacking home fun rides not a teenager to blast her around .
Good in open fields done fun rides and pub rides a really loving kind horse .
Good to do in all ways , fully shod , hogged but growing out now brilliant too clip .
Wormed vaccines up to date .
The only reason I’m selling her is hacking alone she gets forward going does not buck, spin rear just marches on to much for me on the way home I lack confidence and this worrying me now and I’m going to have to hack
Alone more now due to my husband’s horse having a holiday from injury.

Patch - 15.2 8 yrs old irish cob gelding

Patch is suited to schooling , riding school , hacking , all round fun horse , novice ride

Patch is gentleman with ands always willing to please.

Patch is very good on the ground to handle and to lead. He is good in the stable and you can muck out round him with no head collar on.

Patch loves to be brushed and given attention and you can do this tied up or loose. Patch is good with his feet and you can pick them all up without a head collar on. Patch is good to clip and was recently done and stood like an angel just eating his haynet.

When’s comes to riding him he is a novice ride and a school master. He walks trots canters both reins with ease and is push button. He will hack alone or in company and isn’t phased by heavy traffic.

Patch has jumped show jumps and xc jumps and loves to get out and about if this is what you like to do. He has been to sommerford park and also attended training clinics.

Patch has no vices and is an easy going chap.

Patch is good to tack up and also to put rugs on. Patch will stand at the mount block all day long for you to mount and get sorted ready for your ride. He will stand while you do round the world on him or go to the pub for a pint (1 of his favourite things )

He is good to load and travel and just stands eating his haynet

He will live in or out he in a hardy type that doesn’t need much maintainance. He is good to catch and lead to and from the field.

All in all a super horse with a lot to give and will make somebody very happy

Genuine allrounder works lovely on the flat would do a lovely dressage test. On the hunting field she is well mannered and jumps anything.

In the showjumping ring she is bold jumps of any stride not spooky she has alot of scope bigger the fence the better she has bs winnings actual 910 points 347 she has qualified newcomers second this year and also 95 to 110 amateurs second rounds too.

My daughter and I both compete her she adapts to us both very well we are total different riders . I have also done working hunters at the county shows she is not phased by anything she will turn her hoof to anything.

Reason for sale is my daughter and I have decided to focus on bringing on are homebreds we have a few.

She is good for hacking alone or in company no vices very easy.

I have know him since birth and owned him until he was 7 I broke him in. He is a lovely chap lovely temperament and always willing to please.

We have hunted him he was good on the field stood at the meet good with the hounds and jumps everything. He has been around a course of fences nothing phases him like fillers or anything has 3 lovely paces . Currently being ridden by a 15yr old girl .

In his current home for the last 3 years he has been on a farm so used to all animals and machinery hacks out alone or in company first or last.

I think he would prefer a active home doing a bit of everything. He is low mileage for his age so would suit more a confident experience rider.
