Buster – The Gentle Giant

Buster is a fabulous 10-year-old standing at over 17hh. He is a lovely, kind and genuine horse with a big presence and an even bigger heart. He is a similar type to a Shire, although has no recorded breeding.

Been-there-and-done-it type. Despite his size, he is polite, kind and easy to handle for all members of the family. He rides nicely off the leg, isn’t strong or silly, and is never spooky or sharp. He happily loads on a trailer or lorry making him an easy horse to take out and about, even if you’re on your own. Turns out on his own or with company and always easy to catch as he comes to call.

Buster is a very versatile horse who enjoys turning his hoof to a bit of everything. He has lovely uphill paces, is totally willing and enjoys jumping. He has attended fun rides and training shows and takes everything in his stride. He moves nice and straight for such a big horse.

No vices, is equally happy hacking alone or in company, is good in open spaces and excellent in traffic, making him a lovely confidence-giving ride. Would suit a wide range of riders - a family horse, a gentlemans hunter, or equally be suited to a riding school environment. He is anybody’s ride.
