This lovely rising 6 black mare oozes presence but has that rare quality of being sane and sensible with it. She is the loveliest person to have around and admired by everyone. She would make a lovely riding club horse or go onto do more British Dressage and would also show in large riding horse classes

She is forward but safe with three balanced paces and active hind leg. She will hack all day long by herself or in company on busy roads or out on the hills and moors with my dog. Dont let her age put you off she is the same weather ridden once a day or once a month i would never lunge her first. She has impeccable manners when mounting and in general.

I bought her from her breeders and broke her in last spring were she then had 3 months off and i got straight back on her from the field. She will put herself in any lorry or trailer i don’t tie her up to clip and good with the farrier and can be handled by anyone.


She has been to a few shows and was very well behaved gaining over 70 % in her first novices. She likes to work is very trainable and will quickly go up the grades. She is based with Ben James to sell with very good trial facilities. He is a very quiet rider and she has never been rushed or over schooled. She will be out doing winter qualifiers this month and an exciting prospect for 2026. She competed at the very exciting Chard last week and won her class with 66 %

Cisco is a lovable, kind boy looking for his best friend to enjoy lots of cuddles and have fun. This lovely homebred chap has been professionally backed and schooled and is ready to get out there and strut his stuff! He is an absolute sweetheart to handle, great to load on the horsebox, currently unshod as fab feet and good for the farrier, and fine with the vet.

He has been schooling really well, quick to learn, can do a nice leg yield and a shoulder in. He is full brother to our lovely Frank who is currently competing and winning at Advanced Medium dressage.

We’ve jumped him a couple of times and he absolutely loved it! He’s hacked in company around our gallops and was well behaved when cantering with others.

He’s been to arena hires and was a really good boy.

He has been in all the premier leagues since he was 5 years old with good results and is able to do canter pirouettes and 4-3 tempi changes.

This stunning horse has been competing with great success up to advanced medium level, scoring up to 70.47% at elementary, up to 71.36% at medium and up to 68.97% at advanced medium. Caroline has been competing for the last two years with a young teenage rider and they have had too many wins to mention. This is a very solid horse in the ring who knows her job and always fills her young rider with confidence, brining home the rosettes and smiles on every outing. This beautiful girl is very powerful and has 3 lovely balanced paces with a forward thinking attitude, who is always happy to work and never say's no!

Caroline enjoys hacking and goes out both alone and in company, she is safe on the roads in traffic and in open spaces. Caroline enjoys pole work for variation and is turned out with mares and geldings.

Caroline is easy to handle in all ways and is well behaved for the farrier, clipping, bathing, loading, dentist etc. She travels well in a 3.5 and 7.5 tonne lorry and happily stands on the lorry at a competition, whether alone or with a friend. Caroline is impeccably behaved at stay away shows and doesn't need to do arena walks. She is not phased by the biggest of competition environments and always looks after her younger jockey and always tries her best.

Caroline is the most gentle soul and loving horse who gives 110% every time you ride her. Her behaviour is exactly the same if ridden most days or has two weeks off. She is never sharp or silly and is not mareish at all. She has no stable vices.

Absolutely no time wasters for this special girl as we will be selective where she is placed as the right home and rider is paramount.

Caroline is a sensible price for a talented horse who still has more to give and a sort that is hard to find.
