Daisy is 15 years young, never sick or sorry and loves getting out to do her job. She has excellent stable manners and is very easy to do on the ground.

Daisy absolutely loves the hunting field, although due to COVID we haven’t been able to get her out much, (she hunted regularly in her previous home). Happy first or last and keeps up with all the bigger horses, but has excellent breaks.

We have been and done all PC activities with Daisy, including camp where she was impeccably behaved, not phased by anything.

She loves to jump and pops round an 80/90 track with plenty more to give. She has jumped single 100 fences at home and out on a BE 100 course at Poplar Park when we had a course hire.

Daisy has three lovely balanced paces and work nicely in a natural outline.

She is a forward going pony, so would suit a confident child. Not a novice ride. Sadly my daughter out grew Daisy far quicker than I had hoped and has moved onto horses.

5* home wanted for this fantastic little mare.

GREAT HUNTING PONY - TWIGGY

Fantastic and hugely genuine Hunting pony. Easy to do in absolutely every way. Great little hunting pony for a confident child or light weight adult!

Good to hack in company, but can be spooky on her own. Nothing nasty about this sweet little mare! Been to pony club rallies and evented in the past but done enough of this now! A definite second pony for a competitive older child / teenager or light weight adult to have fun on!

Would love to do fun rides / beach rides / showing as well.

She is red booked but unofficial showing she would be great fun for!

Hunted with the S&WW in the past. Great around hounds, small children etc.

Open for a vetting.

Tack included.

Pluto is an absolutely gorgeous Connemara. He has always shown unbelievable potential in sj and jumping in general. He is a real talent for the future and will easily move up the levels whether it be BS or BE such is his incredible scope.

Pluto is at home jumping 90cm with a lovely action and very clean. He has also been around a full 90 cm BS SJ course and demonstrated confidence and a desire to not touch any poles

Pluto has also been XC schooling away from home, being ridden by an 11 year old . He showed confidence beyond his years, with no issue with ditches, coffins, trakenhers or any jump he met. He was equally unphased about moving away from his friends or groups of horses Cantering pass him

Pluto hacks alone and in company with no issues. He has also been in traffic and shows confidence

His flatwork is lovely & obedient and he works in an outline. He has nice active paces and has good transitions

Pluto is a nicely forward pony than a kick, but still soft in the mouth, so not strong and he is polite.

As he has such talent (and only 4 years) he would suit a confident child or small adult

He has never bucked, reared, bolted etc, he is a gentleman

The only negative about Pluto is he still is a bit of a fidget at the mounting block. I still use it daily but it can sometimes take a few reminders to stand before he does

Open to any vets. He is clean limbed and has no vices

Wanted: Pony Club Pony

  • Must move well, do a nice dressage test and be very honest jumping
  • Pony Club experience desirable
  • Needs to hack, jump, be safe off lead-rein, enjoy its job
  • Lovely, experienced, rural family home

We are looking for a kind, genuine and willing eventing/pony club pony. Needs to be confidence-giving, reliable and sound. safe in open spaces and well schooled. Good manners and good behaviour in traffic, out hacking, at home, to handle and at competitions/rallies/out and about etc are important. Experience of Pony Club is necessary and eventing a bonus. No laminitis, sweet itch or other health conditions if at all possible.

A pony who is keen, honest and straight to a fence, fillers, XC, skinnies up to around 70cm would be ideal. No stopping, too strong in the hand or spookiness. An ability to hunt would be great.

My daughter has a brilliant 11.2hh first pony (who jumps and competes up to 50-60cm) and we are keen for our younger daughter to move onto him. This new pony would be to get our 7 year old properly started with pony club competitions and with eventing at 60-70cm. She is very committed, loves flat work and jumping and is a neat, effective little jockey. We are an experienced family home in a lovely location with other ponies/horses. Good facilities, arena, turnout, stables, trainers. This would be a home for life as we have other younger children who enjoy riding too. Good price paid for the right pony. References available if needed.

Ideally within 1-1.5 hours of Rutland/Leics border near Oakham, postcode LE15.

Photos/videos/details via text, WhatsApp please or a call is also fine. Many thanks.

Corals Misty Bobby x Coco Kyle (Ardgaineen Boy)

Cody is a very talented all rounder, excellent hunter, cross country pony, very well established flat work with natural flowing paces. Competed in all disciplines, hunted with the South Cheshire.

Incredibly well mannered on the ground and in the stable, easy to shoe, clip and load( wagon and trailer) 100 percent in all traffic, hacks alone or in company, never nappy.

Cody has a fabulous willing amenable temperament, no vices and no bad habits, he is a very sweet loving pony, he is a full up 14.2hh, forward going but safe, not suitable for a novice as keen to a fence, never stops at a fence, never bucks, rears or bolts.

Cody is being sold as my daughter has gone to university, he is very fit and ridden most days.

Cody does have a melanoma under his tail which does not affect him in anyway.

Mahoney is a 15hh 10 year old irish mare, Mahoney has been there done that!

She has been a seasoned hunter for 3 years (if i’m correct) and has been round the WORC team chase a handful of times. Mahoney has an incredible brave jump and isn’t afraid to jump anything you point her at!

She is brilliant in open spaces and never gets strong or silly, also is perfect in all traffic!

She can have the odd spook but nothing major or dangerous, she is lovely to handle... but she will not hack alone!

She doesn’t kick or bite, turned out in a heard of 5 with mares and geldings!

Mahoney has been ridden and owned by novices but unfortunately the girl lost her confidence so mahoney was out of work for 2 months but is now back in full work and is a very willing and talented horse and she is wow’s me as the weeks go on with her courage and ability! (I am selling mahoney for a friends friend)

Mahoney is a fun competition pony and took me around my first novice team chase yesterday with no time penalties or refusals.. even leading at times!

I have also taken her XC schooling where she jumped loads of novice fences with scope to go higher and has been various clinics mainly at 90cm.

She can sometimes put a little bunny hop of excitement in when you get on but it’s never more than 5cm of the ground!

She loads onto a lorry and trailer and travels amazing and stands at competitions happily on the lorry! I’m asking £6500 ono for her, home is more important to me!

She also passed a 5* vetting in November, based Worcestershire. I have plenty more videos and pictures

Due to a lack of time and space this cracking pony is looking for a confident small jockey to give lots of fun.

Star has been hunted with the North Cornwall, Four Burrow and Lamerton. Careful and covers all ground with ease, a forward going fun pony but not strong - always ridden in a snaffle. Loves to be up front behind the hounds but will wait and do a gate. Has always jumped anything he's been asked. Stands at the meet, goes all day or happily leaves the field on his own.

He has 3 balanced paces and is well schooled, confident jumping coloured poles. Been successfuly competed at unaffiliated ODE last season and placed in XC. Has done some Pony Club with previous home. Hacks out alone and in company, good with all traffic.

Perfect stable manners, loves to be groomed and made a fuss of. Great with farrier, vet, to be clipped etc but can get strong to lead in from the field. Travels well in a trailer or lorry. A happy pony who always has his ears pricked with no vices or health issues known.

He's a good alrounder but hunting is his passion. Sad sale of a loved pony, looking for a 5* knowledgeable hunting home. Price to include tack and rugs. Immaculate condition Kent and Masters Pony Jump Saddle bought from new for him and smart bridle.

Bracket high 3 (this will increase with work)

Not a novice ride or kids first pony so please don't ask.

Robyn arrived 7/4/21 today is the first time she has been ridden and to start with she was slightly nervous but settled pretty quickly. She is a responsive snaffle mouth ride with good honest scope. She is not for a novice as needs someone to gain her confidence to make her into the amazing pony she has the potential to be.

She is good to catch, rug, load and groom can be a bit nervous to tack up but this will come with time. Stood well for her legs/tail to be washed.

Please DO NOT message asking if she is suitable for a novice or to bring you back into riding she isn’t suitable for this yet due to her age/current level of education. She is NOT suitable for an inexperienced child due to this and would be better suited to a capable teen/small adult until she has more experience under her.

He has been ridden in the school on the flat and over fences by a competent 10yr old however he’s not yet an out and out kids pony.

Smidge would thrive in an experienced pony club and hunting type home where an experienced parent can help to bring out the absolute best of him.

Holly - Please read FULL advert before enquiring!!

Holly has been a pleasure to own. Very sweet, quiet and easy to have around. Holly will hack alone and in company, is snaffle mouthed- never strong. Good in traffic, my novice cousin happily hacks her. Loves to go in the stream, not phased by water.

Holly can occasionally put her head down to eat grass if you are stood near some- grass reins would stop this!

Hunting- Holly has done a lot of hunting with her previous owners. I haven’t taken her, however have been told she was good as gold and looked after her riders. She will go in front or behind.

I have taken her XC, on fun rides and beach rides which she loved and behaved really well.

Holly would also make a great lead rein pony!!

The reason I am not advertising her as a “ pony club pony” even though she was one is because she can be stubborn in an arena with younger children. I am 16, and can get her going however she does take the micky with smaller children. She needs a firm rider in the arena to tell her who’s boss.

I have jumped Holly and taken her competing up to 70cm- but this isn’t her favourite discipline and would need more work in this area. She has put a “ small buck” in with a young, novice child. Nothing nasty at all and I’m happy to talk more about this if needed. This was in an arena hence why she’s not suitable for a complete novice.

Holly is perfect to shoe ( all 4s ), clip, load- you can’t hear her when travelling. She has been in 2 different trailers, 3.5s and a 7.5 and travels like a dream. Will stand for hours to be groomed. Good to bath with a bucket and sponge, can be a bit fidgety with a hose. Good as gold for the vet, very easy to catch and take to the field. My non horsey mum happily handles her.

I’ve ridden her bareback from the field to her stable and she’s up to date with everything! She can be a bit “ girthy” but that’s just her- She’s never bitten me.

Holly would happily live in or out. If she has to be kept in for a day she’s super- doesn’t kick the stable door or get fizzy and she does not need to be ridden everyday.

Holly is more forward going when not in an arena, she has never reared or done anything nasty. Not suitable for a complete novice due to her quirks as mentioned.

Open to vetting, looking for a 5* home. Full history known.

Holly would suit an experienced home either to do lead rein, hunting, hacking, fun/beach rides unless a more experienced child for pony club who doesn’t mind stubbornness/ cheekiness.

Her price reflects her quirks.

Leo is very sadly for sale, he has been a member of our family for 12 years having owned him since he was a foal. He was bought as a companion but I ended up having another daughter so we broke him in for her. I know absolutely everything about this pony and his history. Since he was broken at 4 he has been to shows on and off the lead rein but my daughter only really enjoyed the fancy dress class. You can put anything on him and he is not bothered in the slightest.

Leo has been to Pony club and has done every activity, mounted games, dressage, musical ride, farm rides, XC and he has been to camp every year. He has been hunted and was impeccably behaved and loved it! He is the most fantastic hack he will go anywhere alone and in company, no traffic bothers him, he is currently being used to babysit my 16hh horse on hacks out. He has been to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed pottering around on the lead rein or going for a good gallop.

One of the children from Pony Club borrowed Leo for camp not last year the year before and learnt to canter on him. Even though he has done lead rein and first ridden he enjoys doing more. He will potter behind if horses in front canter off however he enjoys to go and have a canter with them. I think he deserves a home where he will have a full and varied life full of fun. A child that wants a safe pony to hunt, hack, fun rides, pony club and cross country would love him. He has a very soft mouth and is in a snaffle at all times and is not strong at all.

He is brilliant to clip (I do him by myself), load, travel, for the farrier, to catch, to bath.

The only thing Leo doesn't like is menage work. He will happily follow behind another horse in the menage but he will be stubborn and just stand there and not move if he is in the menage alone at home. He doesn't do this when you go to menages away from home.

Here I have my full green book Irish Connemara, he's only over here a month or so. He's 4 and broken by us, with a very laid back attitude. He stands when you mount him with the stirrup, loves his outings.

He is easy to shoe, clip, and load. Travels well and will stand inge box with the back door down.

All his basic work has been done and he's 100% ready to go on with what ever discipline he is wanted for.

He's always been rode out alone and is the type that loves his job and is happy out. Walk is powerfull and great step, not pony like, trot is controlled and in a great shape doing figures of 8'S at easy. He has a great stride in canter and not choppy, great head carriage.

Snaffle mouthed. I ride him down to small jumps but he's loose schooling over 1mt 10 with ease, has a great technique over a pole. He's never napped, bucked or been bold with me. Has to be seen and rode to be given real justice.

Open to any vetting, loads of pictures and videos on request.

This pony will only go on and up in value with more work. Thanks for looking.
