Lon is a 16 yo beautiful looking Connemara gelding by Silver Shadow. Home bred and on bronze medal European winning Team pony in Strzegom 2021. Reserve for Irish Junior European team following year. Full up 14.2 with lifetime FEI pony measurement. He has competed up to CCI2*L, placing 4th against horses and successfully competed in Pony and Junior event classes. He also has competed in Pony Club at Intermediate level, winning all his outings, and Junior level, ending on dressage score at qualifiers and Tattersalls championships.

Lon is an eye catching beautiful mover with 3 excellent paces and amazing presence. He has a huge heart and constantly looks for the next jump and always tries to get his rider out of trouble. He is bold and brave cross country and scopy jumping, comfortably making pony and horse distances.

He is very rideable and extremely versatile, winning many Working Hunter championships in his earlier career, competed in M&M Working Hunter class at HOYs and successful in performance and showing classes in Dublin Horse Show & Balmoral show.

Lon is straight forward in all ways. He hacks out in company or on his own and easy to do.Good to shoe and clip and a gentleman in all ways.
He is the perfect Schoolmaster and has consistently looked after his jockey.

He has been with us for the last 2 years and is now looking for a new person as his rider is stepping up. He has been our daughter's pony of a lifetime and has taught her so much, taking her from competing at local shows to representing the British Evening Central Region at the National Championships. He is a great show-jumper and loves XC and will jump anything for his rider. He comfortably competes at 80/90 but can jump 100 in training easily especially in XC.

Timmy has has had numerous top 10 placings throughout this season. This year he was part of BE80u18 Central team where the team finished in 2nd place at the Championships. Timmy has also done NSEA and has proven to be very competitive at the Show Jumping Championships in the 80 and 90 classes finishing 3rd individually in the Championships and Team 1st at Hickstead and team 1st at British Showjumping Champs this summer. He has also done all Pony Club activities including camps and area competitions.

Timmy absolutely loves his job and is very safe and genuine, he can go off any stride and get his rider out of trouble if needed. He is the easiest pony on the ground and has no vices and has been handled completely by my daughter since the age of 11.

Timmy is a much-loved part of our family and will only go to the best of homes, so please no time wasters as this is a difficult decision for us.

He has been double clear at all events in 2025, bar 1 pole! His results include:

Good conformation (for WHP classes), good manners, nice to be around at home, not spooky.

For working hunter, ODE, arena eventing, dressage. A native would be preferred but would consider others if it’s the right pony.

To be ridden by 12 year old so nothing too green. Ideally a pony with a season under its belt in any discipline.

Pickle is a top class young mare with an even brighter future ahead of her. We have been lucky to have her since she was a 5 yo and she has brought my son from pony club to 110P and 2 star in her first season eventing

She has an exceptional ability in all 3 phases. She has 3 lovely paces and is always scoring 20s or low 30s dressage. She excels in cross country having the ability to comfortably make the time and jump clear everytime. She has posted many clear showjumping rounds at 110 eventing and SJI.

Pickle was the pathfinder at her first ever Eventing Europeans this year in Le Mans and she posted 1 of only 9 clears inside the time on a challenging course. This year she was also the youngest pony in the competition.

She will be a really competitive pony for teams and medals in the future with the right match. She has a lovely temperament and would suit any rider.

This is an extremely sad sale due to my son outgrowing ponies but we are really looking forward to seeing her give her new family unforgettable experiences too.

She is good clip, travel, shoe etc.
