It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we are looking for the perfect new home for our much-loved 11-year-old grey Connemara gelding, Dom.

After three wonderful years together, my daughter has sadly outgrown him. Dom has given her so many special memories and has been the most genuine, fun-loving pony.

Dom is a forward-going pony who loves his work but is also safe, sensible and kind. He is brave, honest and just wants to please. He would make a fantastic second pony for a competent rider looking to have fun and continue progressing.

Dom has confidently show jumped  90cm -100cm with my daughter and absolutely loves cross-country. He gives his rider complete confidence that they will get to the other side and he will not take offence if you have a miss. My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed every minute with Dom, from Riding Club camps and beach rides to lessons and competitions. He takes everything in his stride, always behaves impeccably and is the sort of pony who will turn his hoof to anything asked of him. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him. He has taken my daughter from a little girl coming off her first pony to a confident rider. Prior to coming to us, he competed successfully in One Day Events with a small adult, where he was very much loved and, to this day, they remain in touch and take a genuine interest in how he is getting on, which speaks volumes about the sort of pony he is.

Dom is safe to hack alone and in company, he is good with traffic and is sensible in open spaces, just last week we took him on a fun ride where he happily led the way with a group of horses.

My daughter has always handled him, tacking up, bringing him in and out of the field, loading, clipping etc. He has always been kind, sensible and straightforward to manage.

Dom is very easy to keep. He currently comes in during the day and is turned out at night throughout the summer, with the opposite routine during the winter months. He would also happily live out if that suited his new home.

He is up to date with his vaccinations and teeth, and has recently been shod.

This is a heartbreaking decision, and finding the right home is far more important to us than anything else. We would consider a lease with a view to buy for the right person and would love to keep in touch with his future rider.

We are regularly out competing so King is becoming a very consistent jumping pony we would be looking to register BS if he happens to stay with us longer.
Has competed Champs of GB this year with double clears in 70cm open, fast times and placed in all speed rounds. Impeccably behaved for his first stay away with us, and in such a busy atmosphere and big show. 

Very bold and brave on a course - seen all scary fillers and unphased by much. He is quick, and is usually in the placings. Since champs he’s been doing 70/80cm with 14yo and is in active work jumping 80/90 courses with more experienced jockey. 

Well behaved at arena hires - travels well on a 7.5t or trailer and will wait on his own while we take another pony for smaller classes etc. 
Snaffle mouthed, moves lovely on the flat however he becomes very keen jumping. 

Bombproof in any traffic, good in open spaces as we use the common quite regularly for hacking. Has done XC schooling too and loved going through the water and trying all the different types of jumps. 

Will hack alone or on company, can be a fidgety getting on or standing but doesn’t go anywhere. Very sweet and loving pony, always wants a fuss and is very vocal when he see’s you. Thrives off routine and a busy life, lives in a large mixed herd. Excellent to catch and do all essentials. 

Pings 1.20 at home like it’s nothing, loves different exercises like grids etc. Never says no, very genuine and honest with everything he does but he does need a busy, varied life.

He has been started correctly and not rushed. He is doing nicely in the school, with a good foundation to continue building on, and happily pops a jump. He hacks in company and is becoming increasingly confident hacking alone.

He is now looking for an experienced home to continue his education and bring out his full potential.

Currently living out in a mixed herd, although he has stabled previously.

Fibi

12.2 lead rein 10yo 1st or second pony.

Fibi is a lovely polite little mare. She just wants to please, and she loves her hacking, jumping small courses up to 70. She loves XC. She will hack with the smallest of children, on her own or in company. Fibi has in the past, jumped 1m showjumping tracks. She is a very competitive pony, but we feel that due to some medical issues, would be better in a home that will not ask her to do this.

Fibi would also be a good hunting pony. She has a good many years in the right home. She will live out or in. She lives on fresh air.

Fibi can be tried near Cirencester in the Cotswolds.
