Beautiful 14hh Chestnut New Forest Gelding – £3,000 OVNO

Beautiful 14hh chestnut New Forest gelding, unbroken and completely unspoilt.

He has a wonderful temperament and is a real eye-catcher, with plenty of presence and a lovely attitude.

He is a blank canvas and would be an exciting prospect for someone looking for a pony to produce their own way. With his good looks, sensible nature and New Forest type, he has the potential to make a fantastic ridden pony.

He was bought as a yearling for my daughter to have as a project, sadly due to school/exam commitments she never had time to back him.

• Beautiful inside and out
• A temperament to die for
• Has the 'wow' factor

Stunning registered Connemara gelding by the famous Western Boy who has sired many top ponies.

Class 1 breeding throughout his pedigree. Should not go overheight standing a fraction under 14.1hh now at 3 years age.

Has the most beautiful temperament and acts way beyond his years. Always the first to the gate to great you, and follows you round the paddock for a fuss!

He has been lightly backed and hacked out a couple of time over summer. Now turned away to grow on over the autumn / winter months. He has been shown in hand locally, where he won both his classes and reserve in hand champion. He behaved impeccably and was a pleasure to take out.

Havanna is such a dream to have on the yard. He is a kind pony and just wants to please. Perfect to catch, load, travel. Has been excellent in all traffic met to date. Would stand for hours to be groomed, bathed, plaited and fussed over. He picks up all 4 feet and is good for the farrier. My 9 year old daughter deals with him at home and he looks after her.

A gentleman in the stable, but his current routine is out at grass full time in a mixed herd of 5.

I would love him to go to a showing home, but equally a happy hacking home would be fine. He just needs to find a home where he is loved and adored as much as he is here. Sadly with 5 other ponies I cannot keep them all going into winter

• Will make a good all rounder

Lovely 4-year-old, looking for a knowledgeable home to continue her education and bring out her potential.

She is unbacked but very well handled and has not been rushed.

Wispa is a clever, sensible and curious mare, and is a genuinely nice to have around.

She is:

🖤 Unbacked

🖤 Well handled

🖤 Clever, sensible and curious

🖤 Good to catch

🖤 Good for the farrier

🖤 Vaccinations up to date

🖤 Dentist up to date

She would make a lovely project for someone wanting a blank canvas to produce their own way, with the potential to become a smart all-rounder, riding club horse or competition prospect.

As she is young and unbacked, she will need an experienced home who understands young horses and is willing to continue her education patiently and sympathetically.

A lovely opportunity for someone looking for a quality young mare with a sensible attitude and plenty of potential.

Bobby – 4yo Connemara Gelding

Approx. 14.1hh

Super smart 4yo Connemara gelding, broken in this summer and now ready for someone to continue his education and put their own stamp on.

Bobby is a fun, forward-thinking young pony who really enjoys his work. He has three lovely paces and is progressing well in the school, while still being understandably green at his age and stage of education.

He is an absolute dream to hack out. He has done plenty of hacking in company, has also hacked alone and is good in traffic. He has been XC schooling, where he happily had a go at everything asked of him. He hasn’t done a huge amount of jumping otherwise, so there is plenty still to develop.

Bobby is good to handle and good for the farrier. He has never been clipped.

He is a lovely quality young Connemara with plenty of ability and a great attitude. A genuine blank canvas who could be fabulous in any sphere and an exciting prospect for someone wanting a talented young pony to produce their own way.

Bobby will only be sold to a confident, competent home who can continue his education correctly and give him every opportunity to fulfil his potential.

• Trig has the sweetest nature

Trig - Approx. 13.2hh, 3yo, Cob x WB, Gelding.

Trig has been in the same home from 6 months old until 3 weeks ago, when he arrived with me to very lightly start his ridden career before finding his new home.

Trig is now approaching his second week under saddle and is confidently riding around the farm in walk and trot. He’s also been down through the village a couple of times and really enjoyed it. He isn’t phased by vehicles, is happy out on his own and is perfect out on the long reins too.

I don’t feel there’s much more for me to do with Trig ridden wise at this stage, as he’s only 3, but I’ve made sure he’s happy and confident with the basics ready for his next owner to continue with.

Trig has the sweetest nature. As you can see from his video, he’s a really kind pony who absolutely loves attention. He’s perfect to handle and is good as gold on the yard. He’s often the last horse I bring in and isn’t fazed by being left out on his own for a short period.

He attended a local showing competition as a 2yo and did really well. In his previous home he was often handled by a 10 year old boy and they were best friends. Trig absolutely loves children!

I’ve tried to cover a bit of everything in his video so hopefully you can see what a lovely little pony he is, especially for his age.

Good with the farrier and has recently had front shoes put on while here, purely because it’s very stoney. Up to date with dentist, vaccinations and worming. Has wanted for nothing.

Deluxe has been bitted and lightly lunged, she has been well handled but not sat on as yet, she has an excellent temperament, is sane and sensible and can go up a gear when asked, she has no lumps/bumps, no stable vices, good in and out of the stable, farrier, catch etc she is ready for someone to produce and take her forward.

Initially Deluxe was retained by ourselves as a future breeding mare, the combination of her colour and bloodlines makes her unique so this is a very reluctant sale but sadly personal circumstances mean we have had to make a change in direction for our breeding programme.

We are sure that with her Sire's excellent breeding lines and the Allrounder ability, agility and stamina of her Dam lines Deluxe will with the correct training go on to excel in any sphere.

As her breeders we think finding the right home for her is very important.

A beautiful well bred turning 3 in May section C bay filly, standing approximately 13.1hh, looking for her new home.

She will happily stand to be groomed and enjoys being fussed over. She loads and travels well and has been successfully shown in hand.

She is up to date with the farrier, worming, and vaccinations.

She is currently stabled on a night and out it the day.

Unbroken but well handled & a great mover

Good to groom, load, travel, stands perfect for the farrier, had the dentist, happy to turn out alone and doesn’t care what passes by. She’s a real nosey type who loves to get involved with poo picking, be in your pockets and reverse up to you for a scratch. You can pick all of her feet up in the field and mess about with her all day.

Full history known from birth (see pic as a foal). Breeder would also like to follow her progress!

Has all the attributes to make a top class pony 🌟

I bought her to break in , produce and sell and she ticks every box for the type of pony you’d like to work with. However having now injured myself on another horse I’m offering her for sale, otherwise she will be turned away until next year.

He is full of quality and presence, has good bone and strong limbs and that lovely clean front like his dad.

I really wanted to keep him, but I own his dad and half brother so he will be totally wasted with me and hes too good to be stood doing nothing, would love him to go to a top showing home where he will shown to his full potential then he would make a outstanding ridden pony for the future or breeding stallion.

I also think would make a lovely 13hh hunter as he has the bone and substance

He is ready in September and will be weaned correctly, eating hard feed, leading out

Will be passported with the wpcs and chipped

Very sensibly priced for a colt of this quality
