14.2hh Dark Bay TB x New Forest Gelding | 8 Years old

If only children didn’t grow! 💔

It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we offer our much-loved boy for sale. We bought him directly from his breeder two years ago as a late backed green 6-year-old with the aim of producing him, and he has absolutely blossomed into a talented, fun and genuine all-round pony.

He would ideally suit a small adult or experienced, competent teenager with a knowledgeable family looking for a quality dressage or all-round pony club pony or a even just a safe hack he’s happy on his own or in company loves going exploring will go first or last.

My daughter has invested a huge amount of time into his schooling, and this is where he really shines. Dressage is undoubtedly his strongest phase, and he genuinely enjoys his work.

Together they have competed for our Pony Club in:

* Dressage

* Show Jumping

* Cross Country

Last year they qualified for and were placed at both pc dressage Regional and pc dressage National Championships prelim / pc 70 & pc 80 , we just came back from Bicton Regional Championships 2026 were they came back with 2 winning sashes in PC70 and PC80 they made the podium!!

Never strong or fizzy Snaffle mouthed for all disciplines ,He could definitely go on to doing novice level with a rider that wants to take him to his full potential he can do counter canter , shoulder in , leg yielding he’s got so much to give and will definitely get to novice elementary with a rider that enjoys teaching him more and more for 2years of riden work he’s showing hes got so much more to give.

He enjoys show jumping and is an honest, careful pony who always tries his best, he’ll give you a lovely, reliable round 70/80cm , has done 90-100cm on single jumps so again this is something he could possibly move up to the more experienced he gets.

Cross country is something we haven’t focused on as much as other disciplines with the last 2 summers having such hard ground.

We have tried a few events this is definitely not his strongest point with someone that’s prepared to put time in to this area he may grow in this discipline .

He is currently barefoot with excellent feet and has always coped well.

To Handle

He is:

* Brilliant to hack alone or in company.

* Barefoot with excellent feet and good for the farrier.

* Fantastic to load and travels like a dream, He’ll happily load and unload at shows for shade or shelter from the rain.

* Good to bath.

* Up to date with vaccinations.

* Teeth done every six months (last completed in July).

* Good to catch.

* regular sports massages

He lives happily in a herd and can also go out individually provided he can see other horses in neighbouring fields. Like many horses, he prefers not to be the last one left in the field.

He has attended stay-away shows and two Pony Club residential camps, where he behaved impeccably.

Finding the right home is far more important than a quick sale, so we’d rather be completely honest.

He can be a nibbler, particularly if he’s feeling anxious or unsure, or when fastening chest straps. This has improved hugely over the last two years, but because of this he is not suitable for young children or inexperienced handlers.

He can be lazy he needs a confident rider to get the best out of him when schooling someone that isn’t afraid to give him a flick with the whip or use their leg how ever for confident rider who will ride him foward like my daughter and her instructor and not just sit there with a strong leg a confident, capable rider he is an absolute pleasure and gives you everything.

My daughter rides with spurs she often will put spurs on if he’s feeling lazy and gets much more from him how ever he is much more foward for her dressage instructor who rides him once a week and has done for the last 2years.

Home Is most important This boy means the absolute world to us, so finding him the right home is our priority. We want someone who will love and appreciate him as much as we have and continue bringing out the best in him , I don’t want him passed around so would like a home that wants a horse the can grow a bond with and enjoy him doing what he loves whether that’s a hacking home or competitive home love is more important to us.

We have plenty of photos and videos available on request.

Can come with his tack and full wardrobe if wanted for additional cost

Viewings are welcome now.

  • ⭐ Safe to hack, easy to handle and happy to turn his hoof to anything asked of him

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we are looking for the perfect new home for our much-loved 11-year-old grey Connemara gelding, Dom.

After three wonderful years together, my daughter has sadly outgrown him. Dom has given her so many special memories and has been the most genuine, fun-loving pony.

Dom is a forward-going pony who loves his work but is also safe, sensible and kind. He is brave, honest and just wants to please. He would make a fantastic second pony for a competent rider looking to have fun and continue progressing.

Dom has confidently show jumped  90cm -100cm with my daughter and absolutely loves cross-country. He gives his rider complete confidence that they will get to the other side and he will not take offence if you have a miss. My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed every minute with Dom, from Riding Club camps and beach rides to lessons and competitions. He takes everything in his stride, always behaves impeccably and is the sort of pony who will turn his hoof to anything asked of him. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him. He has taken my daughter from a little girl coming off her first pony to a confident rider. Prior to coming to us, he competed successfully in One Day Events with a small adult, where he was very much loved and, to this day, they remain in touch and take a genuine interest in how he is getting on, which speaks volumes about the sort of pony he is.

Dom is safe to hack alone and in company, he is good with traffic and is sensible in open spaces, just last week we took him on a fun ride where he happily led the way with a group of horses.

My daughter has always handled him, tacking up, bringing him in and out of the field, loading, clipping etc. He has always been kind, sensible and straightforward to manage.

Dom is very easy to keep. He currently comes in during the day and is turned out at night throughout the summer, with the opposite routine during the winter months. He would also happily live out if that suited his new home.

He is up to date with his vaccinations and teeth, and has recently been shod.

This is a heartbreaking decision, and finding the right home is far more important to us than anything else. We would consider a short-term lease with a view to buy for the right person and would love to keep in touch with his future rider.

Paddy is a fun, forward - thinking pony, a responsive ride, and always gives 100% to everything asked of him. This is a very hard sale as he has taught our daughter so much over the 3 years we have owned him, and, more importantly, has been part of our family, and we trust him to look after our daughter in everything she has accomplished. We see Paddy teaching another young rider and enjoying many wins that we are so lucky to have experienced.

Paddy has an extremely trainable personality. He is kind and gentle to handle on the ground, yet flashy and super smart when ridden. In his previous home, he was very successfully shown as a working hunter and qualified for HOYS.

Excellent to load, clip, shoe, pull mane, turn out/catch, and happy at stays away. Up to date with vaccinations, dentist and physio.

Excellent to hack alone and in company, completely safe and confidence-giving in all traffic, good to canter in open fields. Travels well on his own and with others in both a 3.5 lorry and trailer.

Excellent trial facilities.

Harper (Hollywood Glam) is a fun and forward pony who is ready to go out and compete with a new jockey.

Very heartbreaking sad sale due to being outgrown and rider needing a bigger pony so please no timewasters.

We have owned Harper for 4 and half years and she's taken my daughter from jumping x-poles to courses of 80cm. Harper is used to yard machinery as she is stabled at a busy livery yard with lots going on. Hacks out well with others, we haven't done any solo hacks but can't imagine this would be an issue.

Harper has been to cross country hires, show cross, hacking and many bs shows and taken them all in her stride. We have mainly concentrated on showjumping as this is what my daughter prefers to do. Harper very rarely comes home without a ribbon. Qualified for and competed at the kbis club championships 60cm in 2025 and 60cm and 70cm 2026.

Harper is good for the farrier - has always been barefoot, good to bath, loads and travels in a horse box or lorry with or without company.

Is uptodate with farrier, teeth, vaccinations.

Harper would be most suited to a family where the parents are also horse knowledgeable as she can be a bit strong on the ground but nothing nasty.

Harper isn't suitable as a first ridden or lead rein pony. She needs a confident rider. She would be suitable for continuing bs or equally to do pony club and a varied lifestyle. Can throw the odd cheeky buck when excited but isn't nasty or to get the ridder off.

A very special fun pony with lots to offer.

Will come with tack and rugs.

  • Actively looking for the best Pony Club ponies
  • Some fabulous knowledgeable homes waiting
  • No fees for sellers

I have motivated clients looking for genuine, kind, quality and proven ponies to take part in all Pony Club activities.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There is no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet - that is not an issue.

There are some decent budgets available relative to age and medical conditions etc.

All leads will be handled with discretion. Please feel free to give me a call, drop me a WhatsApp or check out my Instagram page @theponysearchagent

  • Jumps 1m – regularly competes 65cm, Pony Club, Mounted Games, XC & arena eventing
  • Fantastic and safe out hacking – alone or company, traffic & farm machinery safe

Pip is a very special pony and this is an incredibly difficult and genuine sale. We have owned her for 2 years and 8 months, but my daughter Mollie has suddenly grown so tall that, after much deliberation, she has decided the time is right for Pip to find her next best friend and for her to move onto a bigger pony.

Pip has been a huge part of our family and has helped Mollie rebuild her confidence after a very difficult experience with her first pony. They have developed a fantastic partnership and Pip has always been honest, genuine and incredibly forgiving.

🏆 Jumping & Pony Club

Pip was bred for jumping and absolutely loves it! She has jumped 1m at home with a different jockey and regularly competes with Mollie at 65cm, which she pops around like a pro. She has a lovely jump and we genuinely feel she has much more potential than Mollie has been able to unlock.

Mollie is still a relatively cautious rider and, understandably after her previous experience, has never pushed Pip to the best of her ability.

Pip simply hasn't been produced to her full potential because she hasn't needed to be. With a more experienced and confident little jockey, we can see her going so much further and having an enormous amount of fun along the way.

Pip has enjoyed a wonderfully varied life including:

• Pony Club games

• Pony Club rallies

• Pony Club Junior & Senior Camps

• Show jumping

• Cross country schooling

• Arena eventing

• Showing - ridden & in-hand

• Clinics and lessons

• Pleasure rides and lots of hacking

Pip is definitely a second pony, but she is also a pony with plenty of talent and ability to take a confident child a long way.

She is steady and sensible when required but can certainly step up a gear when asked. She has brakes and has never bolted.

🌳 Hacking

We hack Pip a lot and she is fantastic in traffic. She will happily hack alone or in company and is equally happy to go in front or behind.

She lives on a working farm, so is completely accustomed to tractors, farm machinery and all sorts of vehicles. Our village also has regular buses passing through and she genuinely doesn't bat an eyelid. She is a really fun and experienced little pony who enjoys getting out and about.

❤️ Handling & Care

Pip is a lovely, kind pony who is very much part of the family. The girls handle her daily and Mollie is completely independent with her - picking out her feet, tacking her up and getting her ready herself.

She loves being pampered and is happy to stand and be washed, groomed, plaited and fussed over. She is used to children being involved in all aspects of her care.

Like any pony, Pip has her own little personality and likes to know where she stands, but she responds well to confident, consistent handling. We are very happy to discuss this in more detail with genuinely interested homes.

Pip is:

• Barefoot and excellent for the farrier

• Up to date with everything

• Brilliant with the dentist

• Vaccinated May 2026

• Has had no veterinary treatment during our ownership other than routine vaccinations

• Easy to load and travels very well

• Travels particularly well in our trailer

• Great to clip – she has had hearts, lightning strikes and various other clips!

• Used to a busy working farm environment

• Pip has previously lived out 24/7 and currently lives in during the day and out overnight, with her routine reversed during the winter.

💕 The important bit...

Pip has played a huge part in rebuilding Mollie's confidence.

Mollie's first pony sadly turned out to have kissing spines, something we were completely unaware of at the time. Mollie had some awful falls and her confidence was understandably shattered.

It took a little while after getting Pip, but she has helped Mollie completely rebuild that confidence. They have developed a fantastic partnership and Pip has always been honest and genuine with her.

She is the sort of pony who gives her rider confidence and tries her best to look after them, whilst still having enough ability and talent to keep an ambitious child interested and progressing.

She really is a little horse in a pony's body - talented, genuine and incredibly exciting for the right jockey.

This is a very reluctant sale of a pony we absolutely adore. Finding Pip the right home is far more important to us than simply selling her. We would love to keep in touch with her new owners and see her continue to thrive.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, loving home where Pip will continue to be part of the family and have a busy and varied life.

Serious enquiries only, please. Videos and further information available on request.

  • Loves his job and always loves to please

All round pony club pony who’s been there done it type, he is a genuine honest much loved pony who loves his job and always loves to please.

We have owned him for the last 3years and he’s done everything with us .

In the flat he’s a lovely calm ride who will give a cild confidence and look after them.

He’s been a Lead rein pony in his early days and taught so many children to ride.

He loves to jump up to 80cms and completed in unaffiliated and all pony club competitions/rallies.

He’s completed in mounted games for many years and would suit any rider from novice to 1st year seniors but not done games this year because not fast enough for my granddaughter.

He’s completed will do any race any position and will stand like a rock for change overs .

He’s completed will stand for the stirrup when others are racing past him, he will go for the vault if he knows you’re confident and will wait for wobbly children to get on.

The last year he’s mainly done jumping and hacking because granddaughter has another pony.

He’s snaffled mouthed and never strong or silly he’s done hunting previously but that’s something we don’t do.

He hacks with company or by himself and not fazed by any traffic including farm machinery, diggers, lorries etc..

My granddaughter goes out on him by herself or with her friends and he always behaves impeccably in open spaces and I’m happy letting her go knowing she’s safe.

He will give first or last and takes it all in his stride and will also plod along while others go off.

He loves a pub ride and likes salt & ginger crisps at the end!

He is good to load by the smallest of children and travels on his own or with company and you don’t know he’s on board in a lorry or trailer.

He’s also happy to stay at home by himself if others go out.

He will stand by the lorry at competitions all day.

He lives out but does like to come in if it’s raining or cold in the winter.

He’s got no health issues as and is bear foot, excellent with farrier and having his back checked and is update with jabs.he enjoys a bath except who’s face so we use a sponge, he will stand all day to be pampered by the smallest of children.if he could he would come in the house and live with us!

The only thing is he’s on hayledge because hay makes him cough but you can soak it and he’s fine.

He prefers to be on his own in a paddock but will go in a herd.

He is well known in the pony club and has been owed by alot of people locally who would happily give references including DC and instructors/ games trainer.

We are only selling because he is hopelessly out grown and my grandson isn’t interested in ponies

We would love to keep in touch because this is a very difficult and heartbreaking decision for us and my granddaughter.

He will come with tack and rugs.

Up to date with everything and good to do in all ways. Good to handle, her rider does everything herself.

Steps up and down depending on her rider, has been ridden by complete beginners and then goes out the next day to jump a 90cm track. The most genuine temperament.

Hacks alone and in company, not phased by anything and good in open spaces.

To jump willow is brave and honest, nothing phases her. She just competed at PC Regional Eventing finishing 4th round a huge, technical cross country track.

Over this past summer she has really taken to cross country and we feel she could really excel as a Tetrathlon pony up to Junior level.

Very sad sale as rider has now totally outgrown, she will only go to the perfect home.
