After six wonderful years with our family, the very difficult decision has been made to offer Delphdale Alice for sale. Alice has been an incredible partner for our daughter, progressing with her from a novice 9-year-old rider to a confident and competitive teenager. Together, they have created countless happy memories, including numerous achievements and championships.

Alice is only available as our daughter has moved onto horses and a younger pony. This is a very reluctant sale, but we do feel Alice still has so much to offer another young rider/small adult and deserves to be someone’s number one pony!

Alice has beautiful paces. She is a real eye-catcher, flashy, bright bay mare with four white socks and a blaze! She is an incredibly comfortable ride with a deep girth, taking up the leg well, making her the perfect mother/daughter share.

Alice has enjoyed a successful dressage career, including:
- Tack & Togs Champion – Novice and Prelim (with 12yr old)
- Catago Associated Champion-Medium Silver
- Area Festival Reserve Champion at Medium, Elementary and Novice FSM
- Under 25s Novice Team Champion
- Under 25s Prelim Champion
- Area Festival Finals competitor: 4th at Medium, 9th at Novice, ridden by a 12-year-old, 6th at Elementary – all of which were big classes of 30+
- Represented Australia at CPEDI3* Grade II level finishing 5th and 6th
- Selected for the Australian Para Team from a large pool of ponies
- B Squad pony with 15 year old
- Selected for the Foundation Academy
- D Squad pony with 10-year-old
- Part of BD Youth Dressage training programs and successfully taken part at inter-regionals

Alice is the ultimate mother/daughter share, youth rider pony or competitive amateur mount. She is incredibly adaptable and gives confidence while remaining very competitive. She is fun to ride and looks after her rider.

14.1hh 16 year old dressage pony by Top Champy

Carl has been owned by the same family for the last 5 years, in that time he has been the most fantastic schoolmaster to Sujan his main rider but also to Sujan’s mum and sister, he has competed at every regional championship winter and summer with Sujan from prelim to now elementary whilst also teaching Sujan all the FEI pony moves.

Carl competed internationally at FEI ponies with his previous owner, travelling to Belgium with GB.

With us he has had more of a schoolmaster role but also competed consistently. He is never sick or sorry and is a healthy agile pony. He has usual maintenance for his age. While Carl is a fabulous dressage schoolmaster he is a proper competition pony and not suitable for a beginner, he is sensitive and easy on the aids and wants to please. Carl hacks out happily and safely but prefers not to be in front ( he will but likes another horse ideally)

Carl loads on any lorry and has always been an absolute pleasure at stay away shows.

Sadly sujan has now totally outgrown Carl and it’s vital to find a kind loving home for this much loved pony. Carl is always the first horse on the yard to call out in the morning and is a real character, a yard favourite who will be much missed. Carl is sold with the ride at summer regionals at elementary silver level.

We are looking for a new 5 star home for Merlin, 145.5cn 8 year old Bay gelding. A very sweet beautiful pony, with huge talent ready for a new rider who has high ambitions and competition goals. He shows three excellent gaits, with a particularly outstanding walk and balanced, expressive canter.

Merlin started his FEI career in Oct 2025 aged 7 being ridden by a 12 year old, attending Premier Leagues and High profile shows with scores up to 72%. He was invited to and attended the 2 international youth camps and was selected for 3 internationals including the final pony team selection trial at Wellington.

Merlin has a sweet and easy temperament and is good to handle in all situations. Merlin is the perfect pony to travel and compete with, he is the same at home and competitions whether a small local show or an international stay away show. He is energetic and has a personality that will make you smile.

Merlin is a true sport pony for children: extremely confident, very practical, he is always attentive and available to his rider, no matter what's going on around him.
Naturally balanced, he offers an excellent canter, a good trot range, and a good walk.

Merlin is the one of the younger ponies on the FEI circuit and still has so much more to come as he matures and strengthens. He will be a top international team pony.

Merlin is currently one of the top ponies in the UK and has only just started his FEI career, what he has achieved in the last 8 months is outstanding and we are now looking for the next talented rider to continue his international career.

Merlin is homebred by us at Eastley Stud so we know his full history, He has been recently vet checked with clear eyes and heart and a full set of clean X-Rays which are available on request.

He is sold with his bridle and rugs, his saddle was made for him and is available by separate negotiation.

The Longhouse Chinoiserie - 8 year old mare competing at medium level and ready to go out at FEI.

Chino is a 14hh dressage pony out of premium graded stallion Hilkens Charismatic.

Chino is a true school mistress with all the buttons. She is consistently out at medium level placing on the podium in the medium gold regional classes winter 2026 and has qualified twice over for the summer regionals 2026 at medium.
Chino is a 70%+ machine prelim-elementary, meaning she would make an excellent BD youth pony or equally a great addition for a petite adult.

Chino holds herself in a beautiful, soft, easy contact and has push button counter canter, rein back, simple changes, lateral work etc.

She has 3 rhythmic and correct paces combined with an extremely willing and trainable attitude.

Chino is incredibly easy to do and lives for going to shows. She has been to all the big UK venues doing the young pony series as well as multiple regional championships. She is a parents dream for a pony/BD youth rider.

She is easy to do in all ways, will stand on the yard or lorry for hours, loves her hacking or popping the odd jump and is generally just a delight to have around.

We would love to see Chino find her new family in 2026. She is ready and waiting go. She would easily be a school mistress for a younger child or equally step up to FEI classes. Chino would also make a fantastic schoolmistress for a petite adult and would carry on training through the levels quite easily.

Chino is a fit competition pony. She has been ridden by children and was recently competed by a 14 year old.
