A pony my daughter can progress on from trot and I can have some fun on .

Must be good on the ground and in traffic . No health issues. Not to be spooky / sharp/ sensitive/ strong .

Looking for an older pony not exceeding 11.3h suitable for a young jockey just starting to learn to ride and be around horses.

Must be completely reliable, safe and kind hearted. Initially for lead rein, but must be suitable for first ridden also.

Will be living with two geldings but will have own stable. Must be happy to be out at night.

Experienced pony club home, but now moving on to grandchildren who live nearby.

Anchor Quizmaster from the Anchor herd. An exceptional gelding that has been quietly and patiently brought on.

Shown as a 2 and 3 year old at county level with many wins. Behaves well in a busy environment and has stayed away at shows with no problem.

Travels in a trailer and lorry, when in a trailer it was with the middle partition out.

Likes a fuss loves to be brushed, my children regularly brush quiz he loves the attention.

He was broken by myself and then spent time at a professional yard for a change of scenery and further training. He behaved extremely well here and everyone loved him.

Since been back home he wintered out with another young horse and has recently been brought back into work, he is green but ive had no problems jumping straight back on.

His education will continue.

Quiz would benefit from a home that understands the exmoor breed, he needs a patient hand and someone that is prepared to give him the time he needs.
He needs to be out doing and he will thrive.

He is good in the school and has done light hacking up a quiet lane. This will all continue.

He is a very smart pony his dad Anchor Jaffacake has compeeted at the LIHS in 2025.
