A very special, much-loved Connemara gelding by Steamstown Mickey out of a Westside Mirah mare.

Charlie is a top level Working Hunter Pony, talented Riding Club all-rounder and genuine fun pony who is only available due to my ongoing health issues and lack of time to give him the attention he deserves.

Bought as a 3 yr old, broken at 5 years old and not competed until he was 7 due to personal circumstances, Charlie has been carefully produced without being overworked. He has enjoyed 4 months off every winter, has been barefoot all his life and is an incredibly straightforward pony to manage.

Charlie has the loveliest kind, gentle temperament and is a pleasure in every way. He loves hacking, fun rides and cross-country, where he is particularly bold and genuine.

Naturally uphill with an engine, nicely forward stylish jumper and loves his job. He confidently jumps a course of 1m.

Would be a lot of fun for a keen teenager or competitive amateur to get out competing.

Dressage

Charlie consistently produces dressage tests with plenty of 7s, regularly scoring in the high 60% range, with a best score of 70.21%.
