Sansa – 11.1hh Palomino Mare, 5 Years Old

A truly special little pony looking for her next best friend.

Sansa is a beautiful 11.1hh palomino mare, 5 years old, with the kindest nature and a fantastic attitude. We bought her as an unbroken 3-year-old and she has been ridden by our children since day 1. She was professionally broken earlier this year and has proven to be exceptionally sensible and straightforward.

She has enjoyed beach rides, hacks, and rides around the farm. Despite her age, she is very mature and level-headed, taking everything in her stride.

She has never bucked, reared, bitten, or shown any nasty behaviour. She is a very honest pony who always tries her best and has never put a foot wrong.

Sansa is ready to be the most amazing Pony Club pony, first ridden prospect, family pony, or show ring candidate. She is ready for another child to love and enjoy, and we are looking for the very best home for this wonderful little mare.

With Sansa only being 5 she is still a lead rein pony but I think with a more competent jockey she would easily go off the lead rein.

Romeo is a stunning example of a Welsh Section A. Substantial approx 11.3hh, correct confirmation, beautiful eye, stunning colour with 3 beautiful paces. The most wonderful front, fabulous walk and leg in each corner.

Purchased as a 2 year old, Romeo has been allowed to mature while being handled every day. Lovely laid back attitude, very straight forward and quick to learn.
Backed by a novice 7yo child in December 2025. Turned away over the winter, brought back in and professionally ridden away in April 2026. Romeo has been long-reined regularly due to no permanent jockey. He is a joy to long rein, and happy to go out alone or in company. Excellent in traffic.

Fabulous to clip, trim, bath, with farrier and vet. Lives in or out. Loads easily and happy to to travel alone.
He’s just started working on the lead rein, when a jockey is available. Only for sale as he now deserves a little jockey to call his own, whereby he can bond and learn together. He is absolutely wasted with me,and far too good to be a field ornament.
He was shown inhand once last summer, and behaved impeccably.
I have no doubt this pony will excel in many disciplines. He is currently left in a natural state. But I do think he would make a super plaited SHP/WHP. Romeo enjoys pole work and has a scopey jump, although this has not been rushed.
If you are looking for a fresh face, to put your own stamp on, look no further. Ponies of this calibre are hard to come by. He will only go to a knowledgeable and experienced kind and loving home.
Although only recently backed, Romeo is very sensible but please be mindful he is still only 4 years old.
