Looking for a kind and safe horse for a mother daughter share 15'1hh - 16'1hh. Must be excellent on the ground and easy to handle in all ways. Experienced home awaits for a genuine and kind horse to enjoy.

Happy with something that needs bringing on if it is sensible but must be ridden away and have some experience hacking and flat work.

Ages 4 - 10, mare preferred but happy to look at geldings. No warmbloods or heavy cobs.

Due to sudden loss of previous mare budget only allows for mid to high fours.

If you like them small, fast and ultra scopey then this one’s for you!

Due to her current owner, who I sold her to, working as a groom for a 5* event rider which involves a lot of hours and regular travel, she just simply does not have the time for her. Before that she had been with her breeder her whole life so full history known.

Oceana has jumped up to 1.10m in France with an amateur girl before coming over to England and immediately starting to win out BS. BS name OCEANA L.A.B.

Oceana has been slowly and correctly produced. Backed as a 5yo and lightly produced before starting her competition career as a 6yo. Her longevity in the sport has always been a top priority. X-rayed clean as a 3yo and now again as a 7yo, full set available to see along with a clean 5 stage vetting.

She has scope for 1.20m as a pure showjumper but also would seriously excel as an eventer, she moves beautifully on the flat and is bold & brave XC doing ditches, water, skinnies etc. Forward, blood, buzzy ride so she’s not for a nervy rider but she would suit a gutsy teen, competent amateur or small adult.

Oceana has textbook technique and is naturally careful and brave at a fence. She wants to jump clear but will always help her rider out on a miss and is extremely forgiving. She likes a soft quiet rider who will let her travel to a fence, she is not suited to a novice or nervous rider.

Good to hack out, load, travel, and do on the ground in all ways. A real yard favourite and loves to be fussed over. The right home and rider is top priority for this talented mare.

ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED TO SEE BESS IN A GOOD HOME ASAP

Bess is a 13 year old, 12.3hh, welsh cross.

I actually bought bess myself from the brecon sales just over a year ago where she’d previously been used for shepherding (i spoke at length with her previous owners) then due to a change in circumstances sold her on to a great home soon after. Since being sold Bess has been loved by 2 young children, mostly hacking but starting some arena work too on and off the leadrein. Shes been based on a busy livery/racing yard living in and out and had no issues. She’s only available due to a change in there circumstances.

Out hacking Bess is the perfect hack, forward but never strong or silly. Awesome in open spaces will step up a gear if asked but happy to mooch along, never spooky, great in all traffic including farm machinery, incredibly sure footed on all terrains and will hack alone or in company in front or behind with no issue.

She’s started her school work and is fluent in all transitions and holds a lovely forward thinking rhythm but again is never strong. She’s also started jumping and is proving bold and brave over all types of fences, never over jumping anything which is great for a young rider but equally not touching poles.

She’s recently attended a showjumping clinic and an all day show both videos can be found on my page (Amelie Gibbs on facebook including full sales video) She excelled at the mounted games not giving the equipment a second thought.

She’s completely sane with dogs and other horses would be awesome fun out hunting.

Never bucked, bolted or reared. Gentle in all ways on the ground could be handled by anyone.

Her only vices are she is reluctant with picking up her back feet, my experienced farrier can trim her and we are working on this daily as seen in video she is now picking them up but reluctant to hold them up. She can be a bit shy to be caught since arriving she’s not taken me more than 10 minutes to catch and she’s in a huge field without a headcollar left on and i haven’t been using treats, again this is improving daily. She hasn’t done an awful lot of loading on collection it took us 5 minutes and a lunge line clipped to the side so she couldn’t veer off but as you can see in the video she’s now walking in no issue and is great to travel. Her passport is estimated at 12 (now 13) however upon purchase i had two vets inspect her teeth (and she had them rasped) and they both agreed this was the correct age. This is all reflected in her price without these “vices” she’d be worth alot more so an excellent opportunity to get a cracking all round pony on a budget.

She’s up to date with everything back, teeth, feet, vaccinations etc.

“Bea” is a beautifully put together 6yo 16hh Irish Draft X out of Class 1 ID stallion “Irish Mist” & award winning show cob “Prismatic Spring”. 3 naturally uphill & elastic paces, with plenty of bone whilst still being sporty enough & having a big enough “engine” to have a future in any sphere.

Having been given time to mature, Bea has been to a number of arena hires, fun rides, clinics & cross country schooled, showing a positive outlook to life & new experiences. She has also been ridden by young teenage girls & adapted excellently. She is honest, bold & just wants a job to do and a person who will love her for the kind and talented girl she is.

She has begun basic lateral work, auto changes around a course of fences & is happily jumping 80/90cm courses. She maintains an excellent rhythm & has a soft but careful jump. She does have a large, powerful canter & although beautifully schooled, is obviously still green and sensitive in areas - So will not be sold to a novice home. Great in traffic & very easy to do. Jonty, aka Foundation Roll With It, is a lovely 8-year-old bay gelding who is a genuine, straightforward horse with a lovely attitude to his work and excellent manners on the ground.

He is working nicely on the flat, showing three correct, uphill paces and is developing well in his schooling.

Jonty is very straightforward to a fence, showing great potential, scope and ability. He has also been XC schooling and has taken to it well, giving every indication that he has the ability to progress and be competitive across all three phases.

Away from riding, Jonty is a pleasure to have around the yard. He has impeccable ground manners, is good to shoe, catch and load, and is generally very easy to deal with.

A lovely horse with a kind temperament, good attitude and plenty of potential to progress in his eventing career.

• Hacks brilliantly - a real confidence giver
• Previous Riding School Pony suitable for a confident novice
• Lovely personality and adored by all who meet her

Offered for sale is Harriestown Make Your Mind Up. A very nice pretty pony looking for her next home through no fault of her own.

Was backed in Ireland and used in a riding school prior to being bought by us from the fabulous Adam Ferris.

Since ‘Harriet’ has been with us she has taken part hound exercise and was faultless. Completely unphased by her surroundings. She has taken part in charity, long distance and pub rides and attended her first stay away camp in June where she was fantastic. She has been XC schooling with my daughter and is amazing to hack out with me. Will hack alone and in company. She is a kind pony that is much loved by us. Ridden by my sister (not ridden for years herself) and looked after her brilliantly. She is happy hacking alone and in company, regularly ridden in traffic and open spaces. Has been to the beach, pole clinics and has given us really enjoyable times. She is the same pony at home or away. Harriet is good to handle and deal with day to day with no vices or malice. She is a very friendly girl with a kind and curious temperament. She would suit a confident novice or more experienced rider. Still a touch green in the school but the buttons are all there, just needs a bit more practice.

Available as daughter is busy at college and now working and I work, and finding it really hard to give her the time and attention she thoroughly deserves.

Bates WIDE AP black saddle and Quantum Bridle available. Some rugs can be included in her sale.

Clipped and ready to go.

Up to date with teeth/vaccinations/farrier/physio

He is a great all-round pony club pony, who loves his SJ, XC and working hunter - confident 40-60cm, but schools higher at home. Bombproof out hacking and goes alone or in company. Doesn't spook at anything. Done lots of fun rides and beach rides. He never stops and genuinely loves to compete. He has won lots of rosettes at pony club/NSEA and qualified for Hickstead champs 4 years in a row, one of which he won! He hasn’t done mounted games but would be well-suited. This summer he enjoyed both junior and mini stay-away camps and behaved beautifully.

Great to shoe/teeth/clip and perfect on the ground. He comes with all tack.

A very kind beautiful looking traditional girl that is extremely easy to handle, with great conformation and straight movement.

A lovely safe hack , you can go off on your own or in company, in front, middle or behind . Good with traffic and all farm machinery. Ridden by riders up to 5 ft 9 as takes up the leg .

A lovely smart girl that doesn’t care if she’s left alone in the stable while the others leave her . Good through water and even on top of a hill in the wind ! A safe ride not sharp or too forward . She has done arena hires and also been out to unaffiliated dressge test. Does not bother about much at all , new places etc. Has shown successfully inhand as a youngster. She really is the easiest pony to deal with and a real friend , comes to call and just stands to have anything done to her . Our lovely Tinker is looking for her next home, and we think she could be a really exciting prospect for the Small Riding Horse classes.

She is by Erwwastad Apollo, a prolific show winner in working hunter, ridden and in-hand classes, and out of Quirado, a grand daughter of the prolific French jumping stallion Quidam de revel.

Tinker was broken in last winter and had a good start to her ridden education before being turned away to mature. She's now ready for someone to pick up where we left off and continue bringing her on.

She's a responsive mare who is quick to learn and had a lovely attitude. She's still young and green, but takes things on board quickly.

At 15.2hh, she's a lovely size, with an interesting combination of Welsh show breeding and jumping bloodlines behind her.

A lovely, genuine mare with plenty of potential to develop into a smart and competitive show horse.

Winters Eye Of The Storm, Winter for short is a TGCA registered Mini Cob.

He has just turned 5 and has been recently backed and riding away.

His first ridden show coming home with first place in children’s novice rider he is an absolute star.

He has been shown in hand successfully as a stallion we have since had him gelded for him to have a better future and mix with herds.

He hacks out alone or in company and is happy to lead.

He has started popping cross poles and does not bat an eyelid.

He is green but lovely and forward he will turn into something really special in a year or two once filled out to his full potential.

He is currently turned out with a Shetland mare and a colt mini cob.

Happy to live out but does love to come in his stable.

Will turn out alone or in company.

Loads absolutely fantastic.

Brilliant for farrier. He is bare foot currently.

I bought him as a project to prepare him to be a child’s show pony now he is ready to find his forever home as much as it breaks my heart I am in no rush to sell this pony and home comes before the sale. He will continue to go to shows and has a hunt booked in on the 25th September so happy to keep him ❤️

He will come with saddle, brand new bridle and bit, fleece saddle pad, in-hand show bridle, winter turnout rug, lightweight turnout rug, flu rug, head collar and fleece.

He is not a cheap pony and he is worth his weight in gold to whoever takes him home.

Will be very sad to see her go! Please see video below

• Three correct uphill paces
• Scopey straight forward jump
• Exceptional ground manners

Jonty, aka Foundation Roll With It, is a lovely 8-year-old bay gelding who is a genuine, straightforward horse with a lovely attitude to his work and excellent manners on the ground.

He is working nicely on the flat, showing three correct, uphill paces and is developing well in his schooling.

Jonty is very straightforward to a fence, showing great potential, scope and ability. He has also been XC schooling and has taken to it well, giving every indication that he has the ability to progress and be competitive across all three phases.

He is equally happy hacking alone or in company and is also experienced doing ride-and-leads, making him a very useful and versatile horse.

Away from riding, Jonty is a pleasure to have around the yard. He has impeccable ground manners, is good to shoe, catch and load, and is generally very easy to deal with.

A lovely horse with a kind temperament, good attitude and plenty of potential to progress in his eventing career.

Jonty would suit someone looking for a genuine horse to produce through the levels, with the scope and ability to go on and do a competitive job.

• Tonto has all the qualities to excel in show jumping
• He would make a lovely pony for someone looking for a fun, competitive partner

Tonto is a super genuine, straightforward pony who is an absolute pleasure to have around. He has a fantastic attitude to work and is a very willing pony who loves his jumping. He has plenty of jump, is careful and athletic, and will jump from any stride. He is the type of pony that will always try his best and will take his rider to the fence. He has never said no, bucked or reared.

Tonto is a forward-going but sensible pony that responds to the rider's aids and, with a lovely soft mouth, rides comfortably in a snaffle. He hacks out happily both alone and in company. Hector has the sweetest temperament on the ground and ridden. He’s good to clip, load, bath, shoe, dentist ect

🐴 Very sadly, our beloved Hettie the Horsebox is now up for sale 😔

It’s with a very heavy heart that we’ve decided to put Hettie up for sale.

She has been absolutely amazing from the day we got her, taking us to countless shows all over the country and never skipping a beat. She has been one of the best vans we’ve ever owned, which makes it incredibly sad to see her go.

She’s recently had a huge amount spent on her mechanically, so she’s ready to take her new owners wherever they need to go — whether that’s up and down the country or around the world! 🌎🐴

Overall, Hettie is in really good condition for her age. The bodywork does have a few age-related marks and scuffs, but nothing unexpected for a 2015 horsebox.

The interior has been exceptionally well looked after and is in fantastic condition.

She has been a reliable, hardworking and much-loved horsebox for us, and we genuinely hope she finds a new owner who will enjoy her as much as we have.

Any inspection welcome.

We’re more than happy for anyone genuinely interested to come and view her and inspect her properly.

Chip ~ super smart 12.2hh, 16 year old 2nd pony. Been in same pony club for 2 homes and still in touch with previous 2 homes. He is the kind of pony everyone comments on as is super striking and such a careful jumper.

• Stunning safe traditional mare
• Safe Hack / dressage / show
• Kind easy temperament, minimally marked.

She is a special one and must only go to a long term kind home who will appreciate her. Back, teeth and Vaccines up to date no health issues.

Only for sale due to lack of time. Serious calls only .

• Small riding horse prospect
• Erwwastad Apollo x Quidam de Revel breeding
